This study investigates the gender differences in determinants of customers' satisfaction when purchasing online beauty and cosmetics products in Vietnamese market. To do so, we construct a data set via online survey of 419 Vietnamese customers including both males and females, and examine such sample using t-tests and multiple regressions. Our regression model is constructed based on our five-construct model including online shopping experience, customer service, external incentives, security and privacy, and personal characteristics. The t-tests results reveal that the mean difference of customer satisfaction (negative coefficient) between the two groups of customers (females and males) is statistically significant. This suggests that the purchasing satisfaction of male customers is significantly higher than that of their female counterparts. Similarly, we also find that male customers are more satisfied with their online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives offered by the online sellers than female peers. Furthermore, regression results for full sample show that, on average, the online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives are significantly and positively related to customer satisfaction. Yet, such positive effect of customer service on customer satisfaction is more likely for males while females' satisfaction is more positively influenced by security and privacy.

The purpose of the present study was to compare and analyze differences in job satisfaction and quality of life in relation to the use of movement assisters among workers with severe and slight external physical disabilities and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the quality of life of disabled persons who use movement assisters. First, severely disabled persons who used movement assisters showed higher degrees of satisfaction with their work content, working environments, working hours, possibilities for development, communication, and human relations. On the other hand, slightly disabled persons who used movement assisters showed higher degrees of satisfaction only with their working environments. Second, severely disabled persons who used movement assisters perceived a higher quality of life in the areas of family, residence, and work. Slightly disabled persons who used movement assisters perceived a higher quality of life only in the area of family. Third, workers with external physical disabilities who used movement assisters had positive effects on their quality of life arising from job satisfaction in relation to income, job stability, working environments, working hours, possibilities for job development, communication, and human relations that is, a higher job satisfaction was correlated with a higher perceived quality of life.
This study was conducted in 2014 with Osong International Bio Industry Expo volunteers as the subjects of the study. The study has analyzed whether their participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and educational training have moderating effects between their motivation and satisfaction. The purpose is to offer implications for successfully holding large events in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the internal reward, a sub-factor of participation motivation, had statistically significant effects on the six elements of volunteering satisfaction. Second, the external reward, a sub-factor of volunteering motivation, had statistically significant effects on the four elements of volunteering satisfaction: self-satisfaction about their abilities; satisfaction in pursuing changes; satisfaction in the event and satisfying interests. However, their satisfaction in self-growth and in interactions were excluded from the volunteering satisfaction elements that were critically affected by the external reward. Third, the training had moderating effects between their internal reward and satisfaction in the event. Forth, the training had moderating effects between their external reward and satisfaction in the event.

The development of industry since the Industrial Revolution has caused environmental destruction and is threatening to destroy the order of the Earth's ecosystem. Due to the severity of environmental problems, companies are facing a crisis where they may lose competitiveness if their management strategies do not prioritize environmental issues. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. As a result of the study, the internal and external environmental orientation of the company on satisfaction had a significant positive influence and were all adopted, while the internal and external environmental orientation on organizational commitment were all rejected as they had no significant impact. Satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment and a significant positive (+) effect on loyalty, so both were adopted. Organizational commitment was adopted because it had a significant positive effect on loyalty, and internal and external environmental orientation had no significant effect on loyalty, so it was all rejected. A company's green environmental orientation plays an important role in a company's sustainable growth and can be formed based on the company's will. Therefore, this study shows that a company's environmental orientation improves the company's environmentally friendly image and provides positive value to organizational members, leading to improved corporate performance.
This study analyzes the correlations of participation motivation, education satisfaction, and positive behavioral intention for participants in marriage enrichment programs. The survey response results for 193 participants in marriage enrichment programs were analyzed with the statistics analysis application IBM SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study are as follows. An examination of relative influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation had a positive influence on education satisfaction, external motivation had a negative influence on satisfaction for facility environment and satisfaction with employee service, and motivation had positive influence only on facility environment. An examination of the influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of the participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation and external motivation had a high positive influence on positive behavioral intention. However, motivation did not have a significant influence on behavior after participation. In education satisfaction, satisfaction with content, satisfaction with instructor, and satisfaction with employee service had a positive influence on positive behavioral intention, however, satisfaction with facility environment had negative influence on positive behavioral intention.

This study analyzed the personal characteristics of the SW industry workers and investigated how these individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of job satisfaction. In addition, we examined how satisfaction with these jobs varies according to satisfaction with internal control and external compensation. This study surveyed the employees of SW industry in Seoul and Daegu from September 15 to October 15, 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, personal characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, extroversion, openness, friendliness and integrity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Park and Song, 2005), which suggests that people with extroversion are more likely to feel positive emotions such as joy. In addition, it is believed that open empathy has a tendency to share with others in work, and positive emotions in work have a significant influence because they show high achievement in work. A friendly person places great importance on a comfortable and harmonious relationship with others, so he builds and maintains good relationships with the members of the organization by trusting others in the organization. Third, nervousness showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Yoo, 1987) in which the more nervousness is, the more unpleasant emotions work and the more negative emotions and negative experiences occur. Fourth, personal characteristics have positive effects on job satisfaction in the moderating effects of intrinsic compensation and external compensation. There is a difference in job satisfaction due to intrinsic compensation and external compensation.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organization-public relationships, external reputation and job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. The subjects were 221 workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS 21 program and IBM AMOS 21 program. The results were as follow. First, Organization-public relationships influenced positively on external reputation. Second, Organization-public relationships influenced not significantly on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. Third, External reputation influenced positively on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. These results will contribute to provide implications related to organization effectiveness.
The controversy between Lewis and Spanier's theory and Thomas and kleber's theory on marital satisfaction and marital stability was tested empirically. The results show that while marital satisfaction was the best predictor for marital stability the impact of alternative attractions and external pressures to remaim married was more complicated than both theories predicted depending on the nature of alternative attractions. Thomas and Kleber's theory was supported in most of groups Contrary to Lewis and Spanier's theory alternative atteractions did not negatively affect marital stability of marriages of high qulity. Contrary to both theories external pressures to remain married was not an important predictor of marital stability . In some cases high external pressures to remain married even lowered marital stability. The validity of both theories are discussed.
The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of the satisfaction and awareness of facilities in child care centers among teachers and parents. Special attention was given to both the indoor and outdoor environments from the viewpoints of both parents and teachers. The subject of this research focused on parents who leave their children at child care centers, and teachers who work for the center. The data was compiled by performing both T-tests and paired T-test. The information was processed by a program called SPSS WIN 10.0. The results were as follows ; 1. (a) With regard to the satisfaction of the external and internal facilities : It was determined that both the play rooms and the wall-pattern arrangements were satisfactory to both the parents and the teachers. (b) Regarding the awareness of the importance of facilities, while the parents focused more on the play rooms and the external environments, the teachers placed more importance on the bathrooms and the play rooms. 2. In the paired T-test that determined whether their individual opinions were different in terms of the satisfaction and awareness of facilities, it was interesting to see that both the parents and the teachers showed significant differences in their opinions and priorities about the porches, the play rooms, the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements. In general, their awareness was much higher than the satisfaction with these facilities. 3. In the T-test that determined whether there were any tendencies in the satisfaction and awareness respectively in the two groups, the satisfaction rate was higher among the parents than the teachers. In terms of the awareness of the importance of the facilities, the teachers rated the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements as a priority.
The purpose of present study were to find the general trends of mate selecting factors and. marital satisfaction. concentrated on married women, to examine the difference among mate selection factors and marital satisfaction according to socio-demographic variables and Psychological variables and to analyze the effects of these variables influencing marital satisfaction. The internal factor of mate selection showed significant difference according to degree of education, career, order, self-differentiation, self-esteem, and sex-role attitude 3. As correlating mate selectional factors to marital satisfaction, the significance appears in the mate's personality. view of value, emotional mature. personal relations. self-differentiation, condition of health. achievement. charm, sense of humor and degree of affection's expression. 4. Married women's marital satisfaction was influenced by self-esteem, personality and child's number that were explained about 38% by these variables. In conclusion, to happy marital life must be loved her own self. and above all considered internal factors like personality than external factors in mate selection.
