본 연구는 상가부동산의 권리금 결정요인을 입지, 인테리어 및 시설, 통행량, 매출액, 밀집도로 선정하여 대학로 및 동숭로 상가 임차인 대상으로 설문 분석한 결과 입지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 다음은 매출액, 통행량, 인테리어 및 시설이고 밀집도는 영향이 미미하였다. 또한 성별, 연령, 학력, 업태, 소득 차이를 분석한 결과 외부적인 요소와 내부적인 요소가 복합적으로 권리금에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석하였다. 이 결과를 신규 창업자 및 점포이전 임차인들에게 제공하여 사업 성공에 기여하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 지능공간의 구현을 위해 CIB 프레임워크를 제안한다. 유비쿼터스 지능공간에서 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스는 주변 상황을 스스로 인지, 판단하여 서비스를 제공한다. CIB 프레임워크에서 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스는 리소스 및 정보의 효율적인 관리를 위해 RDF 형태의 저장방식을 가진다. 이 저장공간은 새로운 정보의 추가, 수정, 삭제에 유연하며, SPARQL을 이용하여 질의에 응답한다. 또한 주변 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스에 내부정보를 XML 형태로 제공하며, 외부에서 수집된 정보를 자신의 디바이스에 맞게 변환하여 저장하는 기능도 제공한다.

IPTV functions not only as media player that does play the broadcasting industry's contents, also as the gateway is guaranteed of QoS(Quality of Service). This is for free contents-sharing that device stores contents using home network circumstance, and is for watching with seamless network service. Also this have required next QoS model that can handle stably as it may contain more data of the small computing device in next generation home system. We need ubiquitous-oriented QoS's design and development project that focuses on internal and external media service, not the existing QoS nor one-sided QoS of media sevice industry. This paper focuses on network module development. This supports IPTV in media industry and two-way capability of QoS highlighting multimedia service in network industry. In additional, this can handle stably the multiplex signal of USN/RFID as the representative ubiquitous and home network that services high-speed wire and wireless interface, and support the seamless u-QoS.

The franchise system has become more widely adopted by Korean distribution industries than before as foreign direct investment is liberalized in these industries. However, a number of problems has arisen between franchisers and franchisees recently. In this regard, the objective of this study is to identify problems arisen between franchisers and franchisees of convenience store operation. More specifically, this paper investigates how credibility between two parties is affected by the internal political structures, including bureaucratic structure and relational norms, and impact strategies of franchisers. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : Under rapidly changing channel environment, credibility between franchisers and franchisees tend to be characterized as the bureaucratic structure rather than relational norms. This result suggests that franchisees are more likely to recognize the power of franchisers in Korean convenience stores. This paper also shows that the adoption of coercive impact strategies decreases credibility and vice versa. The results of this paper suggest following implications. In order to have mutually beneficial relationship franchisers and franchisees have to share benefits and costs incurred by their convenience store operation, and to raise their ability to revise contract terms to accommodate changes in external environments. It is also important for the development of convenience store operation to construct more efficient relationship between franchisers and franchisees by adopting supportive norms rather than opportunistic ones.

현대 상업공간의 패션 리테일 샵은 변화하는 패션경향에 따라 소비자의 라이프 스타일을 고려한 기능적, 감성적 공간으로 다양화되고 있다. 최근 패션 리테일 샵은 형태로부터의 표면의 변화와 표현특성이 상징화되고 있는데, 이는 공간이 이미지화되고 감성화 되고 있는 표피의 중요성을 재인식하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 표피의 특성을 시대적 배경으로 구분하고, 2000년부터 2003년까지의 브랜드 아이덴티티 개념이 도입되고 표피의 표현이 두드러진 패션 리테일 샵의 패션 선두매장 (Flagship store) 4개 브랜드를 중심으로 형태적 측면과 공간적 측면으로 각각 범주화하여 패션 리테일 샵에 나타난 표현경향과 표피의 상관성을 분석 고찰하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically the consumer behavior regarding the purchase of millinery items in relation to their evaluation criterion and demographic characteristics. The survey was carried out to 395 individuals in their 20s and over who were quota sampled according to age and gender. The collected data were statistically treated with the SPSS 12.0 program in terms of descriptive statistics, cross tabulation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient and Duncan-test. The 20s and 50s over were more interested in hat products than other ages. Female consumers obtained the most information about hat products from store visits, TV and magazines. On the other hand, male consumers had it from the acquaintances and internet. Younger consumers more often utilized internet to have it. Their main purchase location was department stores. The younger purchased it more in traditional market, the older purchased it more in mega wholesale market or discount store. The consumers of hat products considered the intrinsic classification most when buying hats. The evaluation criteria employed by them were aesthetics, quality, and external attributes. Hat consumers were more concerned about aesthetics attributes than the other two criteria. Female consumers and consumers who are more interested in the hat and have a higher level of education and income considered aesthetics attributes most important.

The paper proposes a hierarchical fault detection method for the high voltage equipment using a microphone array which detects the location of fault and the thermal imaging and CCD cameras which verifies the fault and stores the image, respectively. There are partial arc discharges on the faulty insulators, which generates a specific pattern of sound. Detecting the signal using the microphone array, the location of the faulty insulator can be estimated. The 6th band-pass filter was applied to remove noise signal from wind or external influence. When the mobile robot carries the thermal and CCD cameras to the possible place of the fault insulator, the fault insulators or power transmission wires can be detected by the thermal images, which are caused by the aging or natural erosion. Finally, the CCD camera captures the image of the fault insulator for the record. The detection scheme of fault location using the microphone array and the thermal images have been proved to be effective through the real experiments. As a result of this research, it becomes possible to use a mobile robot with the integrated sensors to detect the fault insulators instead of a human being.

This study is an architectural investigation paper which has been investigated for 5 years from 1986 about commoner's traditional houses and village in southwestern island area of Korea. Man has lived in this area form the prehistoric age. But from 13C to 14C and in 16C most of people had left this islands by external invasion (Japan) and from 17C many people have lived in real earnest. This area did not have cultural interchange easily than inland area because of geographical conditions, Therefore, so far, many traditional factors have been handed down and especially, a good many commoner's traditional houses exist. The time of builging of these houses is mainly 19C and building shape of those days remains nearly as it is. About 450 houses have been investigated for 5 years. The composition of the houses is composed of Anchae (a centeral house), Sarangchae (an attached house of anchae) and Chukganchae (It has rest room and stores barnyard manure). Somtimes, Sarangchae was ommitted according to the circumstance of the house. Generally, the form of arrangement of house is divided into two shapes; One is 'ㅡ'shape which has only Anchae and the other is 'ㄱ' shape which has Anchae and Sarangchae. In the scale of the house, Anchae averages $41m^2$ and Sarangchae averages $27m^2$.

The pivoting composite wing is developed for the kit to be mounted on the external stores. The wing has a pivoting structure for the installation to an aircraft and high aspect ratio to increase lift drag ratio. The wing needs to be light and have sufficient strength and stiffness to satisfy structural design requirements. The wing is designed with carbon fiber composite and the structural parts are integrated to reduce cost to manufacture. In order to verify the structural performances, the design load analysis and flight load survey, the static analysis and test, the ground vibration test and flutter analysis are performed. It is shown that the wing has sufficient structural strength and stiffness to satisfy the structural design requirements.

Air curtains are widely used for gates of shopping mall, warehouse, cold stores and refrigerated display cabinets. The purpose of the air curtain is to reduce the infiltration of outdoor air and heat loss from the air conditioning space to ambient air. Design data for the air curtain given by previous researchers do not mention the influence of wind speed. Thus, this paper presents a performance of single jet air curtain in heating space when the wind blows toward the opening space of the building. A numerical simulation is used to study the influence of various parameters on the efficiency of the downward-blowing air curtain device which is installed inside of the wall above the door. The performance of the air curtain is evaluated by sealing efficiency which provides the assessment of the energy savings. A new safety factor is also proposed for determination of air curtain jet velocity under the various wind conditions.
