Objectives : The purpose of this literature review is to analyze process of manufacture and formulation and toxicity of Geumgweyoryak(金匱要略)'s external applicants for modern and safe using. Methods : This study used the Geumgweyoryak(金匱要略) reprinted by Zhao Kaimei(趙開美) as basic data for a understanding of the manufacture and formulation and toxicity for external applicants. Among the 25 chapters, the 22 chapters were studied except for the last three chapters, which are known to be written by later writers. Based on the above, Geumgweyoryeok(金匱要略)'s external applicants was analyzed the process of manufacture, formulation and the toxicity. Results : There are 11 types of external applicants of Geumgweyoryak(金匱要略). Washing method(洗法) was used 2 times, Drop method(瀝法) was used 1 time, Smoke method(熏法) was used 2 times, Rubbing method(摩法) was used 1 time, Plaster method(敷法) was used 2 times, Invading method(浸法) was used 1 time, Suppository method (坐法) was used 2 times, Flatiron method(烙法) was used 1 time. According to classified the modern formulation, there are 4 types of powder formulation, 4 types of liquid formulation, 2 types of suppository, and 1 type of Semi-solid formulation. Especially toxic drugs, such as Realgar(雄黃) or Hydrocerussite(鉛粉), should be careful. When Realgar(雄黃) smokes, a toxic substance called AS2O3 can come out. Hydrocerussite(鉛粉) can cause lead poisoning. Lead increases the risk of anemia, dehydration, and lead neuropathy when chronically exposed. Conclusion : We supposed that this study can serve as a basic data to help clinical Korean doctors to use the prescription for external applicants more safely and to easily apply it in the form of external applicants.

External excitations are employed to investigate properties of optical media, with measurement data often analyzed via linear response theory. In this respect, external forcing is modeled here by well-known Poisson and negative-binomial distributions. Ensuing dynamics is examined with a special attention to the relative decay rates of damped harmonic oscillators to such external forcing, along with its relationship to other physical phenomena.

With the increasing trend in CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler scale, the EHE(External Heat Exchanger) must be adopted to the large-scale boilers to recover insufficient heat transfer surface. In this study, the numerical analysis model for EHE in commercial 300MWe CFB boiler was developed with the inclusion of mechanistic model, which enables the heat transfer prediction. Finally, the calculated absorbed heat and derived heat transfer coefficient are evaluated through the verification with experimental data.

The conventional management which had economic requirement such as productivity, competition, customer satisfaction, and return needs the environmental management in order to meet a change of the external situation such as the environmental requirement (such as resources reduction, pollution prevention, and waste reduction). However, there have been a few studies which try to investigate internal factor and to regard external factors as negative ones. This paper proposes the external factors are significant to the performance. Several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 126 firms, the hypotheses were analyed with SPSS.

A formalism of reference language and homogeneous field is constructed for Iverson Language to organize a virtual file among external media. To execute some data manipulations among these external media files must be organized homogeneously forming multi-dimensional array like single media. This paper shows some organization of reference language to build the virtual file using many external media and some examples of program and hardware organization is presented for the justification of proposals.

Authors observed the variety of number of head of external pterygoid muscle from 70 Korean subjects. 1) The number of head of external pterygoid muscle were divided into several types. The two heads was the most common type and 1.4% in one head and 5.7% in three heads. 2) No significantly different data were found between the Korean and the Japanese.

A three-dimensional inviscid flow solver has been developed based on unstructured meshes for the simulation of steady and unsteady flowfields around a generic fighter aircraft and for the investigation of the aerodynamic interference between the external stores and the tail surfaces. The flow solver is based on a vertex-centered finite-volume method and an implicit point Gauss-Seidel relaxation scheme. To validate the flow solver, calculations were made for a steady flow and the computed results were compared with experimental data. An unsteady time-accurate computation of the generic fighter aircraft with external stores at transonic flight conditions showed that the external stores cause undesirable vibration on the horizontal tail surface due to the mutual interference between their wake and the horizontal tail surface. It was shown that downward deflection of the trailing edge flap significantly reduces the undesirable interference effect.

Many prior researchers have repeatedly emphasized the importance of utilizing external knowledge as a critical factor for the success of organizational innovation. But they seem to have ignored the importance of the practical methods to advance the ability of finding new way of applying external knowledge to innovation activities. This paper suggests the exploitation of firm's knowledge base in innovative way as a practical method to utilize external knowledge for organizational innovation, because it could be possible to find out a common factor in external knowledge with organizational knowledge base by exploiting it. According to the empirical test with data of 1,143 manufacturing firms, all of the hypothesis were strongly supported.

The concept of style including the external form and internal meaning provides a useful structure to clarify the historical phenomenon on dress. The purpose of this study was to explore surrealism related to the external form and internal meaning and the stylistic change of surrealism through 1930 and 1988 according the linked solution proposed by Brodsky. The results were as follows; 1. In terms of double roots including the external form and the internal meaning on the surrealism of dress, first, the external form was founded to be that each objects having symbolic meaning was dislocated from its original place to dress. Second, the aspects of internal meaning intended to represent not rational and external world but irrational as well as to reveal other nature of object or dress itself. 2. The change of surrealistic style on dress was characterised as "linked solution" change theory than cyclical change theory through the historical data from 1930 to 1988 of documentary sources.

This paper addresses the issues of the external system modeling and power system state estimation with the external model. A set of significant measurements is identified in the external system based on their sensitivities on the tie-lines. These measurement data are transferred to internal system and updated in real-time. The state estimator is run for different loading conditions by using the actual values for the internal system and selected significant external system measurements while keeping the rest of the external system measurements at their base case values. Simulation results are presented using the IEEE 118 bus system as an example.
