기준점 배치에 따른 쿼터니언기반 공간후방교회법의 정확도 분석 (Analysis of the Accuracy of Quaternion-Based Spatial Resection Based on the Layout of Control Points)

  • 사진측량에서 3차원 위치를 결정하기 위한 사전단계로 외부표정요소를 결정하는 공간후방교회법을 수행해야한다. 기존의 공선조건식 기반의 공간후방교회법은 비선형 방정식으로 외부표정요소의 초기값이 필요하며 짐벌락 현상이 나타날 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 이에 반해 쿼터니언 기반의 공간후방교회법은 외부표정요소의 초기값이 필요없고 짐벌락의 문제를 제거할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 쿼터니언기반의 공간후방교회법 안정성을 분석하기 위해 기준점의 배치를 달리하여 외부표정요소를 결정하고 이를 기존의 공선조건식 기반의 공간후방교회법을 적용한 것과 비교 하였다. 그 결과 비교적 쿼터니언 기반의 공간후방교회법은 기준점 배치에 따라 공간후방교회법의 정확도가 많은 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 외부표정요소의 초기값을 얻을 수 없다면 쿼터니언 기반의 공간후방교회법으로 초기값을 추정한 후 이를 공선조건식 기반의 공간후방교회법에 적용하는 것이 효과적으로 외부표정요소를 결정할 수 있는 방법으로 나타났다.

실내환경조절 측면에서 본 석굴암(石窟庵) 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Valuation of Seoggur - Am from the Viewpoint of Indoor Environment Control)

  • It is very important that we try to keep our traditional historical assets in the original form for a long time. Seoggur-Am has a very long and old history of about 1200 years. Yet, for the past several years there are many factors ruinning this historical treasure. Recently, specialist are new scientifically examining Seoggur-Am and evaluating its current condition, If you only judge these historical assets from the exterior structural environmental approach your scientific conclusion will not be complete. No one has studied Seoggur-Am from the viewpoint of indoor environmental climate. Therefore, I have surveyed and prepared a report of investigation as well as countermeasure so to understand the impact of indoor environmental climate on Seoggur-Am. The purpose of this paper is to first survey the existing research data based on exterior structural environment. Secondly, closely evaluate the new data of Seoggur-Am from the viewpoint of indoor environmental climate.

Properties of Bentwood for Esthetic Designing by Microwave and Ammonia Solution Treatment

  • This study was carried out to know bending process property of bentwood by treatment methods such as microwave and ammonia solution treatment. Bentwood processing was operated on bending-jig form with 60mm and 100mm radius of curvature (ROC). The species was used to Korean red pine (Pinus densiflora). No significant difference was shown in bentwood processing method on ROC. In treatment method, ammonia solution treatment for bentwood was better in dimensional stability and working ability than that of microwave treatment. However, bentwood stress was reduced with ammonia solution treatment. Color of bentwood surface appearance has a dark tendency in ammonia solution treatment. But it seems to beautiful effect of apparent annual ring is rising esthetically by ammonia solution treatment. To utilize wood as a exterior material for living amenity, it has to be closely examined from various angles including surface property, degree of swelling and shrinkage, drying state, retaining strength, durability, safety, and insect damage.

  • Kinik Company pioneered diamond pad conditioners protected by DLC barrier ($DiaShield^{(R)}$ Coating) back in 1999 (Sung & Lin, US Patent 6,368,198). Kink also evaluated Cermet Composite Coating (CCC or $C^3$, patent pending) with a composition that grades from a metallic (e.g. stainless steel) interlayer to a ceramic (e.g. $Al_2O_3$ or SiC) exterior. The metallic interlayer can form metallurgical bond with metallic matrix on the diamond pad conditioner. The ceramic exterior is both wear and corrosion resistant. The gradational design of $C^3$ coating will assure its strong adherence to the substrate because there is no weak boundary between coating and substrate.

건축물 창호의 화재위험성 평가를 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study to Evaluate the Fire Risk of Building Windows)

  • This study compared the fire safety standards for windows of Korea, the U.S. and Japan to prevent fire expansion through exterior wall openings, and conducted experiments using PVC and aluminum window frames, which are widely used in Korea.The experiment is KS F 2845 which combines frames of the same thickness and area with single-window form and 1 hour fire resistance glass with 8T thickness. Experiments showed that the PVC window was about 9 minutes and the aluminum window was about 26 minutes. However, in Korea, there are no test standards for windows installed at the opening of the exterior wall. In addition, fire safety standards for windows shall be established along with the designation of fire prevention zones.

  • 본 논문은 직각펀형 외다이아프램 형식의 각형강관-H형강보 접합부의 반강접 특성을 파악하기 위하여 기존 실험결과를 수집하여 모든 실험체를 기준이 되는 실험방법과 동일하게 모델링하여 유한요소해석을 실시하였다. 이 해석결과를 실험결과와 비교 검증하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을확보, 이를 준용하는 것으로 하여 본 접합부형식의 반강접거동에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수를 파악하고 차후 골조해석에 적용 가능한 적절한 모멘트-회전각 곡선을 제안, 함수를 구성하는 세가지 파라메타에 대하여 다중선형회귀분석을 실사하였다.

  • Free-form buildings usually have large curved shapes on the outside. In order to construct this curved shape, the exterior of the building must be divided into easy-to-manufacture shapes, and the segmented panel is called the FCP(Free-form Concrete Panel). These FCPs have different shapes and cannot reuse molds. To solve these problems, the researchers developed FCP manufacturing equipment to manufacture a mould of FCP. However, the developed equipment alone cannot completely manufacture FCP's mould. This is because there is no mould to implement side of FCP. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a side form of FCP that can be applied to FCP manufacturing equipment. To this end, this study analyzes the basic requirements that side mould should have before developing side mould.

  • As the building becomes more sophisticated, indoors and outdoors exterior decoration of construction has been increased. However, it is very difficult to produce an FDM(Free-form Decorative Mold) that meets the requirements of quality, durability, and ease of installation, resulting in a high cost. Therefore, the objective of this study is basic research for economical production of FDM production technology while satisfying the above requirements. For this study, the authors analyze the details of the shape and requirements of the FDM, and the production details and processes that reflect the characteristics. The results of this study can utilize to develop algorithms for production and management of academically efficient FDM and can utilize to secure FDM production technology at commercial level.

콘칼로리미터에 의한 외단열시스템의 방염 화재성능평가를 위한 연구 (A Study on Fire Performance Evaluation of EIFS on Anti-Flaming Finish by Cone Calorimeter Test)

  • 본 연구에서는, 건축 외장재로 많이 사용되고 있는 외단열시스템에 대해 방염 효과를 확인하기 위하여 콘칼로리미터 실험을 적용하였다. 실험 결과, 방염제의 도포 형태나 농도에 따라 초기 착화 시점을 지연하는데 효과가 있었으나, 외벽 수직화재 발생 시 외단열시스템의 방염처리는 화재에 영향을 미치지 못할 것이라는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 외단열시스템에 사용하는 고밀도와 저밀도 스티로폼의 밀도차에 의한 화재에 미치는 영향은 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 실험 시 외장재의 착화는 40초 전후로 발생하였으며, 방출열량도 100초 이내에 약 90 %가 발생하는 것으로 나타나 다른 외벽재료와 비교하여 초기 화재 확산이 매우 빠름을 알 수 있었다. 외단열시스템 외장재 화재로 인한 화재 확산을 방지하기 위해서는 법적으로 외단열시스템의 적용 시 건물의 용도별로 사용을 제한하거나 화염전파를 차단할 수 있는 수직외벽 구획 등의 대책이 시급히 요구된다.
