This study was conducted in several phases in consideration of the characteristics of plan and design, on the basis of the theoretical review of agricultural tourism. In the second phase, strategies and concepts were established for the theme park, based on which development methods were decided by phase and facility. Then, a preliminary review was conducted on functions and facilities to introduce to the theme park. In the third phase, a comprehensive plan was drawn up, which includes basic plans for respective parts. In consideration of the characteristics of the study, construction was not looked at in detail. The total size of land subject to the study is approx. $97,960m^2$, which was divided into four separate zones--Sambaek Cultural Experience Zone, Natural Observation & Experience Zone, Agricultural Life Experience Zone and other facilities zone--in order to connect facilities, functions and experience with the physical characteristics of the city, and separate space planning was conducted for each zone. The outcome of the study carries significance as an example of alternative tourism which considers regional characteristics, develops local resources and makes use of obsolete rural facilities, in what is called the eco-friendly development where nature and eco-system, landscape and culture, and recreation and leisure come together as one.

  • The goal of this study was to investigate how adolescents' daily experience of schoolwork and leisure activities relate to depression. A sample of 58 high school seniors reported the amount of time spent in daily activities and their affect states in these activities seven times a day for a week. To evaluate the relationship between daily life experience and depression Pearson correlation analysis was conducted. The significant zero order correlations were followed up by conducting partial correlation analyses using background variables as control variables. While the amount of time spent in schoolwork and leisure activities was not an important factor relating to depression, affect states in specific daily activities were related to levels of depression. In particular, affect states during schoolwork activities were related to depression; however, these states during leisure activities were unrelated to depression. These findings suggest that the everyday manifestation of adolescent depression was not prevalent across daily contexts, but was limited to a specific context.

  • The purpose of this study is to research the viewpoint of space practice method through the discussion about social space. The study researched how social practice strategy is unfolded through the understanding about daily life, space manufacture and interaction. As a social practice, space design should adopt the interaction approach method on the basis of social relationship latent in the base of space. As a result of study, the viewpoint of space practice can be summarized into 3 viewpoints as below. First, it is the viewpoint of recognition through the experience meeting daily life. Rural space is the one of experience where daily life and social relationship interact each other. As a delicate sensible experience, it is the recognition of special space detected in the space where daily life occurs. Second, it is the viewpoint of form creation as a media product of society and space. Space is a whole creature of the relationship that has been formed socially as a historical process. Depending on the goal of community, new form is created by sharing the characteristic of space and having sense of kinship. Third, it is the viewpoint of tuning as a practice for subject participation. Rural space is the daily space to practice structured society subjectively through interaction. In the place of subjective life, there should a space practice with the tuning and cooperation method between subject and society. The main vein of space practice, which is analyzed with the discussion about social space, shows that out lives are maintained by space practice and directly connected to social relationship and structure. After all, the space, which is searched for through space design, has a clear subjectivity, ensures abundant subject life and is led to realization of community value.
