The purpose of this study was to measure the knowledge, attitude and experience in sex for college students in oder to provide basic sex education information. For this study, the questionnaires were given to 316 students in the S college of Kyungi-do and collected during the period from March 22 to May 7, 1999. These results were analyzed statistically by means of frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results of this analysis are as follows. 1. The level of sexual knowledge related to sex was relatively high. The level of subjects knowledge was sexual Physiology, Generation Physiology, Venereal Disease and Genital Physiology. 2. The sources of sexual knowledge were friends 26.6%, expert books 23.4%, teachers 7.6%, mass-media 7.6% of subjects obtained. 3. Only 19.3% of subjects thought that pre-marriage virginity should be kept and there was difference of concept between males(3.48%) and females (15.8%). 4. The experience of masturbation was 28.5% of total. The subjects that had not experienced kiss were 51.6% of total. The subjects that experienced sexual intercourse were 76.9% of total and there were difference between both sexes(male: 54.0%, female: 82.6%).
The purpose of this study was to investigate dietitians or nutrition teachers' perception of sugar reduction and usage of sugars in school meal service. A survey was conducted for dietitians or nutrition teachers at elementary, middle, and high schools in Gyeonggi and Incheon. Survey data were analyzed according to the experience period and school types of dietitians or nutrition teachers. The numbers of subjects according to work experience period were 134 (44.2%) for <5 years, 68 (22.4%) for ${\geq}5$ and <10 years, and 101 (33.3%) for ${\geq}10years$. Among the subjects, 168 (55.4%) were nutrition teachers at kindergarten/elementary schools, and 135 (44.6%) were at middle/high/special schools. Perceptions of sugar reduction programs were higher in kindergarten/elementary schools than in middle/high/special schools. The perception of added sugar use increased with more work experience, and interest in sugar reduction was higher in kindergarten/elementary schools than in middle/high/special schools. Practice for added sugar reduction increased with more work experience, and the most common method for reducing sugar was use of natural sugars. The main reason for not reducing added sugars in school meals was due to preference. Nutritional education for students increased with more work experience and was higher in kindergarten/elementary schools than in middle/high/special schools. The major nutritional education methods were using school homepage (37.4%), sending family letters (37.4%), and using principle's discretion time (18.4%). Organic sugar and rice taffy were used more at kindergarten/elementary schools, and white sugar, brown sugar, and white syrup were used more at middle/high/special schools. The most common menu using added sugars was stir-fried dishes (stir-fried pork, chicken, and vegetables).
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of oral health education experience on needs for oral health education in children and adolescents in elementary and secondary schools. A self-administered survey was conducted on the students in elementary, middle and high schools located in the city of Mokpo, South Jeolla Province, from October 1 to 31, 2018. The data that were collected from 327 students were analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Statistical data on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were obtained, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the subjects got 2.25 on a three-point scale in self-rated oral health status. This score was above average, which indicated that the students thought they were in good oral health. As for problems with oral health, dental caries was given the highest score of 2.48 on a five-point scale, followed by oral malodor with 2.35. Second, the students who experienced oral health education accounted for 69.1 percent, and the students who felt the need for this education represented 82.6 percent. As for educational content desired, the biggest group of 57.8 percent hoped to learn about how to prevent and manage dental caries, and the second largest group of 17 percent wanted to learn about how to take care of oral health during orthodontic treatment. Third, as a result of investigating the state of oral health education by the grade of school, the elementary school students had more oral health education experience than the middle and high school students, and the middle school students placed the most importance on the necessity of oral health education. The differences were statistically significant. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the correlation between oral health education experience and the necessity of oral health education, the students who had more oral health education experience asked more for this education, which implies that there was a statistically significant positive correlation. The findings of the study ascertained that oral health education should be provided for students in childhood and adolescence to boost the level of their oral health knowledge and change their oral health attitude in a positive manner. If oral health practice programs that connect schools, local communities and families with one another are developed to guide the oral health behaviors of teenagers in the right direction, it will make a contribution to the promotion of oral health.
This study was carried out to create a master plan for an urban eco-forest, including concepts of forest restoration, forest management, and nature education. The concept of an urban eco-forest is different from the original eco-forest, which pursues the conservation of native species in their habitats, using the resources of special plants, etc. The study site was a hill (128m) managed as an urban natural park. Citizens have usually used the park for fitness purposes, as a place for outdoor exercise early mornings on weekdays and holidays. The result of a questionnaire survey showed that the users knew about the eco-forest, and they wanted to participate in the nature education programs. The flora and actual vegetation were weak about conservation of native species on the site. The framework of the plan consisted of development of the ecological forest and forest restoration, and allowed for recreation and the experience of nature, according to the concepts of the urban eco-forest. The landscape was divided into the experience zone of biodiversity, the experience zone of a valley ecosystem, the forest restoration zone, and the recreation and experience zone in nature. Based on this framework, detailed programs and theme areas were planned, as were forest restoration models and planting plans.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review and synthesize the existing literature on the experience of nursing students in simulation. Methods: A systematic review was undertaken using meta-ethnography. Eight databases were searched up to January 2014 for peer-reviewed studies, written in Korean and English, that reported primary data, used identifiable and interpretative qualitative methods, and offered a valuable contribution to the synthesis. Results: Nine studies were identified, with quality appraisal undertaken. Three key concepts were generated: ambivalence of simulation practice, learning by reflection, and building up of the competency as a future nurse. Six sub-concepts emerged: double sidedness of simulation setting; feeling ambivalence of simulation; learning from others; learning from self-reflection; improvement of confidence by role experience; and internalization of nursing knowledge. A line of argument has been developed based on the themes generated. Conclusion: The findings from this qualitative synthesis and other related literature indicated the importance of capability of educator and extension of the simulation system to facilitate effective simulation-based education.
This study is aimed to offer the elementary school teacher's experience and awareness about science field trip and science museum field trip, by analyzing the survey of 867 students and 81 teachers in Seoul. Research shows 67.9% high figure of elementary school teacher's experience on science field trip. That experience is include 61.8% of science museum using experience. In case of elementary school teacher's pre-activity is only 53.1% and most of them was visiting Website. Post-activity is more than preceding activity(74.1%) but method is too simple like checking work sheets. 62.3% of elementary school students have been to science field trip and science museum that is higher than teachers'. 66.5% of students said science field trip is influence on science study in good ways but there are some difficulties like lack of pre-activity(33.0%) and unkind information about science museum(21.9%). For activation of science field trip, resources development for effective science field trip operating, program development for pre- and post-activity, school group science field trip program development which is linked science curriculum, complement and expand activity information of science field trip institution.

Purpose: This study is to use perspective patterns of male nurse students in new born room practice experience as a fundamental data which can be helpful to use theories with technique in the science of nursing for children. Method: The study was using the Q-methodology. Q-methodology was used 33 Q-samples selected, This study was analyzed by personal interviews from July to Nov 2005. 20 male students of nursing Dept. in J college were selected as p-samples based on 33 Q-samples. Result: The first type is the positive receivers ; they accept environmental changes positively in practice of new born baby room. The second is the life respecter ; they learn the mysteries and importance of life. The third type is the sexual identity founder ; they set up identify the sexual roles. Conclusion: As stated above, their newborn baby room practicing experience can be divided into 3 types. we suggest as follows: 1. qualitative research about practice experience of male nurse students should be needed. 2. newborn baby room practice of male nurse students teaching program should be developed.
Objective: This study was conducted in order to explore the predictive model of the experience of harmful shops in middle and high school students. Methods: The survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire method online via the homepage of the education ministry's student health information center. Participants were 1,888 middle school students and 1,563 high school students from 107 schools in Korea. The collected data were processed using the SPSS classification trees 18.0 program and examined using data mining decision tree model. Results: In this study, 6.9% of all subjects were found to have been to sex industry harmful place and 81.8% game place. The results revealed that smoking, living with parents, and school grade were significant predictors for experience of sex industry harmful place. The perception of study disrupts, drinking, living with parents, stress, and satisfaction of school life were significant predictors for experience of game harmful place. Conclusions: These results suggest that an educational approach should be developed by tailored conditions to prevent the access to harmful shops.
