This study attempts to find out what kind of service quality is considered important by customers in using the Internet shopping mall and suggests the way to activate the customer relationship. The findings based on empirical analysis are shown here. First, empirical analysis of the contextual factors such as gender, education, and experience levels, shows that what customers perceive as most important in the product purchase is security in terms of the payment and personal information service. The second important service quality factor perceived by customers is responsiveness, particularly the rapidity and accuracy of response to their needs and wants. The customers also considered price, quality and diversity of the product as being important. Furthermore, there is no big difference among other service quality factors. Second, in the different gender context, there is no significant difference between the genders. However, the male group shows an even distribution of factors valued in the service quality, whereas female respondents placed stronger emphases on particular aspects of service, such as security, response, reliability and product quality. Third, in the context of different education level, the payment method between graduates and non-graduates has a significant difference. That is, the non-graduates prefer the credit card and saving through ATM, while the graduates use dual payment method using credit card and another payment method together. Therefore, the various payment methods should be considered according to the customer type, namely graduates or non-graduates. Fourth, in the context of different experience level, the result of the empirical analysis of the factors of the service quality shows no great difference between experienced and inexperienced customers. Both types of customer perceive security as the most important. To sum up, the service quality perceived by the customers of Internet shopping malls is empirically analyzed in different contexts such as gender, education, and experience. Then, the device for the customer relationship activation is suggested. It can be utilized as a guideline for the continuing diffusion of the Internet shopping mall, giving it a competitive advantage against other companies.
Objective: Companies want to expand their business by providing their services at other devices and new services based upon existing services. Therefore, they look for building brand identity by providing same experience throughout devices and services. Background: Many services are available to use at multiple devices including mobile phones, tablet, personal computers, and televisions, thanks to proliferation of n-screen and cloud technology. Method: It was discussed that consistency, which emphasizes the regularity and has been one of essential aspects of user interface design, seems not effective to be applied to n-screen services, owing to different screen size, input and output peripherals, usage environment and users' attitude. Results: A new definition of same experience among different devices and services, called coherence, was introduced and abstraction levels of user interfaces were proposed as the denominator of defining coherence. Then types of users' task knowledge at each abstraction level were discussed with examples. Conclusion: This paper concluded by discussing design requirements for designing coherent user interfaces among devices and services.

For the problem of cross-layer joint resource allocation (JRA) in the Long-Term Evolution (LTE)-Advanced standard using carrier aggregation (CA) technology, it is difficult to obtain the optimal resource allocation scheme. This paper proposes a joint resource allocation algorithm based on the weights of user's average quality of experience (JRA-WQOE). In contrast to prevalent algorithms, the proposed method can satisfy the carrier aggregation abilities of different users and consider user fairness. An optimization model is established by considering the user quality of experience (QoE) with the aim of maximizing the total user rate. In this model, user QoE is quantified by the mean opinion score (MOS) model, where the average MOS value of users is defined as the weight factor of the optimization model. The JRA-WQOE algorithm consists of the iteration of two algorithms, a component carrier (CC) and resource block (RB) allocation algorithm called DABC-CCRBA and a subgradient power allocation algorithm called SPA. The former is used to dynamically allocate CC and RB for users with different carrier aggregation capacities, and the latter, which is based on the Lagrangian dual method, is used to optimize the power allocation process. Simulation results showed that the proposed JRA-WQOE algorithm has low computational complexity and fast convergence. Compared with existing algorithms, it affords obvious advantages such as improving the average throughput and fairness to users. With varying numbers of users and signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs), the proposed algorithm achieved higher average QoE values than prevalent algorithms.
The manufacturing industry with Make-to-Order production system is difficult to decide the standard information for the product and the demand is variable to estimate. In this paper, we concerned with the process planning method using data mining in the manufacturing industry with Make-to-Order environment. The subject of our study is the industry transformer plant which is received an diverse order of customer and then produced the product. Currently, process planning method is classified the standard information by hand based on the acquired knowledge through the experience. The standard information stored the various information, such as work sequence, time and so on. This process planning method needs an experts which possesses the field experience for several years. For the product specification which is varied in each order, current process planning method is not efficient due to need many times To solve this problem, we extract the information using data mining process for each processing time, and then construct the knowledge base. We propose a method which is the process planning of the industry transformer product in Make-to-Order environment using the knowledge base.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the realities related with the in-home falls of the elderly and also the factors that affect on the fails. Method: The data collection was carried out from January 10 to 13, 2005. The subjects of this study were 201 in-home elderly people over age 60 who resided at G city of Jeollabuk-do. Result: The following are the results from the analysis of collected data with using the SPSS program. 1. The number of people who experienced fall injuries was 51.7% within three years. Most cases of falls occurred in winter (52.4%), on roads (52.9%), wearing sports shoes (56.7%), when walking (56.7%), loosing their balance (54.8%), and slipping (54.8%). 2. The factors yielding the difference between the groups of elderly with the experience of fail injury and the group of elderly with no experience of falls showed a statistical significance for gender (p=.000), last academic career (p=.049), and number of people in the family (p=.041). 3. Among the factors related with health, the factors yielding the difference between the group of elderly with the experience of falls and the group of elderly with no experience of fails showed statistical significance for drinking (p=.015), dizziness (p=.000) and level of drug intakes (p=.015). 4. The elderly with the experience of fall injury as compared with the group of aged people with no experience of falls showed a higher degree of depression (p=.009). 5. From the result of logistic regression analysis to explore the factors affecting the experience of fall injury, it was found that there was a significant result for gender (p=.002) and depression (p=.018). Women as compared with men and the elderly with depression showed a higher rate of danger in falls. Conclusion: Based on the above results, it is expected that fall prevention programs are needed with regard to the general characteristics and health related characteristics, that is, the individual danger factors should be focused on such depression and gender as being the most important variables affecting the experience of falls.

In the recent years, with a purpose to provide visual and psychological stability to patients and hospital users, Affordance design theory based on perceptual psychological thought has been applied as hospital design. In the past, hospital service design was focused on but Affordance design theory focuses on the patients' experience and methodological research on . The characteristics of the application of Affordance design in the case of patients' experience and service point is as follows:- Firstly, Affordance design is applied when the objective of the patient's experience and the functionality of the object are combined. In other words, affordance design is a condition that arises when encounter between service contact point and patients' experience takes place. Secondly, In the field of Hospital service design, Affordance concepts in and its application can be divided on the functions of experience, cognition and sense following the application of Affordance concepts in Hospital service design. Thirdly, Affordance design method sets meaning of the action received through information provided by morphological features. The condition and surrounding has to be designed in a way that it can induce active behavior of the patient. This study has significance as it has been studied from the perspectives of Affordance theory of design psychology in addition to the physical environment of the hospital, the point of interaction between the hospital and patient, along with the elements of experience design. This study proposes the necessity of analytical study in the field of service design implementation considering various stakeholders in the service contact points of small and medium hospitals in Korea. Furthermore, study of the application of Affordance design can be complemented by reflecting the size of hospitals, the characteristics of specialties, and the specific service environment of each hospital can also be conducted.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the snack intake and brushing behavior according to the oral health education experience in some schools in Busan, and to investigate whether the oral health education experience affects the snack intake and brushing behavior. Methods: This study surveyed the entire fourth grade of elementary school in two districts by participating in university-linked oral health education activities run under the jurisdiction of the education office business to examine changes in the behavior of elementary school students in their snack intake and toothbrush. The survey was conducted on oral health education in elementary schools, prior oral health education experience before and after the activity, whether or not the brushing classroom was operated, and contents related to eating snacks and brushing behaviors. Result: Among the general characteristics of some schools in Busan, 69.9% of students have experience in oral health education and 30.1% of people have no experience in oral health education. 20.0%, 16.3% were 'normal' and 63.7% were 'helpful'. The brushing behavior according to the oral health education was 44.9% in the number of brushings, 44.9% in the number of brushings, 45.7% in 2-3 minutes in the time of brushing, 41.2% in the brushing method by sweeping the brush up and down. In the daily brushing period, 'after breakfast' was the highest at 72.3%, and the parent's brushing instruction was 'to lead' at 65.1%. The amount of sugar in subjective snacks was the highest with 60.6% of sugar content, and the parents had the highest level of 52.2% for parents' snack intake. This result was more significant than the students without oral health education experience. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the number and time of brushing, the method and timing of brushing according to the experience of oral health education. Students who had oral health education experience higher than those who did not have oral health education, but had a lower tendency to brush after lunch at school and before going to bed. For better oral health, the effect of oral health education will be better if the school has more systematic toothbrushing at lunch time and parental guidance at home.
This study organizes an immersive content production pipeline using Meta Quest Pro as an asymmetric virtual environment where mixed reality(MR) and virtual reality(VR) users participate and interact together. Based on this, we compare and analyze the differences in presence and experience provided by the user's experience environment. The proposed production process is to build an integrated development environment using Meta XR All-in-One SDK based on the Unity 3D engine. This includes a real space analysis method using the Room Model function for organic and accurate interaction between MR users in the real world and VR users based on virtual scenes at fixed coordinates. Based on this, this study produces immersive table tennis content where MR and VR users participate together. Finally, we conduct survey experiments to compare and analyze the effects of differences in platform and participation methods on presence and experience using the produced content. As a result, this study confirmed that all users can feel a satisfactory presence and experience within an experience environment where real and virtual correspond.

Based on the recent developments of the reliability-based structural analysis and design as well as the extending knowledge on the probabiliistic characteristics of load and resistances, the probability based design criteria have been successfully developed for many standards. Since the probabilistic characteristics depend highly on the local load and resistances, it is recognized to develop the design criterion compatible with domestic requirements. The existing optimum design methods, which are generally based on the structural theory and certain engineering experience, do not realistically consider the uncertainties of load and resistances and the basic reliability concepts. This study is directed to propose a optimum design based Expected Total Cost Minimization on P.S.C Box Girder Bridge system which could possibly replace optimum design based traditional provisions of the current code, based on the Neldel-Mead Method reliability theory.

In this paper, the method for navigation and obstacle avoidance of the autonomous mobile robot is proposed. The proposed algorithms are based on the fuzzy inference system which is able to deal with imprecise and uncertain information. The self-tuning algorithm, which adopts the simplex method, modifies the parameters of membership functions of the input-output linguistic variables by changing the support of these fuzzy sets according to the integral of absolute error(IAE) of the system response. The wall-follwing navigation and obstacle avoidance of the mobile robot are based on range data measured from the internal sensors(encoder) and the outer sensors(sonar sensor). In addition, the algorithm for the obstacle detection proposed in this paper is based on the expert's experience. Finally, the effectiveness of navigation and obstacle avoidance algorithm is demonstrated through simulation and experiment.
