대학생의 디저트카페에 대한 경험가치가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 외식소비성향의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Experiential Value of on Customer Loyalty in Dessert Café of College Students: Focused on Moderating Effect of the Eating Out Consumption Patterns)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between experiential value, customer loyalty and eating out tendency of dessert $caf{\acute{e}}$ in college students. This survey was conducted for college students who have used dessert $caf{\acute{e}}$ mainly in college areas where dessert cafes are concentrated in Seoul. The survey was conducted on August 17, 2017 to 28 August. A total of 250 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 208 copies of valid data were used for the analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, emotional experience value and service experience value were found to affect customer loyalty, and cognitive experience value did not affect customer loyalty. Second, the economic and health seeking type showed a positive(+) moderating effect between emotional experience value and customer loyalty, and negative(-) moderating effect between cognitive experiential value and customer loyalty. Next, atmosphere seeking type showed a moderating effect between service experience value and customer loyalty, and the eating out seeking type showed a moderating effect between emotional experience value and customer loyalty. Finally, convenience seeking type showed positive(+) moderating effect between cognitive experiential value and customer loyalty, and negative(-) moderating effect between service experience value and customer loyalty. Based on the results of this study, the dessert cafe operator can grasp the experience value of college students in order to secure college students who are using dessert cafe as loyal customers. In particular, the relationship between experience value and customer loyalty, it is expected to provide useful data for constructing a specific positioning strategy according to each segment market.

언어와 경험: 괴리와 거리 (The Breach and Distance between Language and Experience)

  • 이 논문의 주된 목적은 경험주의적 언어관을 지탱해 왔던 '언어-경험 대응'이라는 가정이 근원적으로 그릇된 것이며, 그 가정에 근거한 문자적 의미 또한 공허한 이론적 가정의 산물이라는 점을 밝히려는 것이다. 필자는 체험주의적 시각에 의존해서 언어가 기호의 체계이며, 따라서 그 의미 또한 기호적으로 주어질 수밖에 없다는 점에 주목했다. 기호적 경험의 구조에 대한 체험주의적 해명에 따르면 기표의 의미는 그것에 기호적으로 사상되는 경험 내용이다. 나아가 기호적 사상이 본성적으로 부분적이라는 것은 기표와 사상되는 경험 내용 사이에 본성적 괴리가 존재한다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 괴리는 일대일 대응의 원천적 불가능성을 의미하며, 그것은 문자적 의미의 불가능성을 의미한다. 이러한 새로운 구도 안에서 언어적 의미에 대한 해명은 기호적 경험에 대한 해명의 일부가 되어야 한다. 여기에서 객관주의가 가정했던 객관성은 발견되지 않을 것이다. 그러나 언어는 여전히 소통 가능한 정도의 안정성을 드러내며, 우리는 그 안정성의 근거를 신체적이고 물리적인 경험의 공공성에서 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

오프라인 매장의 체험특성과 환경특성이 지각된 가치 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Experience and Environment Factors in Offline Stores on the Perceived Value and Revisit Intention)

  • 본 연구는 애플(Apple), 화웨이(Huawei), 샤오미(MI), 오포(Oppo), 삼성(Samsung), 비보(Vivo) 등의 오프라인 매장을 체험한 258명 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 체험요소와 환경요소가 제품과 관련된 지각된 가치를 창출해내는지, 이러한 가치가 매장의 재방문의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 체험특성과 지각된 가치의 관계에서는 교육적 체험 및 미적 체험이 감정적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 오락적 체험이 기능적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경특성과 지각된 가치의 관계에서는 조명, 직원 서비스 및 매장 배치가 기능적 가치에 영향을 미치고, 조명 및 직원 서비스가 감정적 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치는 모두 오프라인 체험매장의 재방문의도를 높이는 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 오프라인 체험매장을 관리하는 기업들이 소비자들을 위하여 고려해야 할 체험매장 특성이 무엇인지 이해함으로써 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

개인적 특성이 DIY체험과 지속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Personal Characteristics on DIY Experience and Intention to Continue)

  • 최근 DIY에 대한 소비자의 관심이 증가하고 관련 산업이 발달하면서, DIY에 대한 이론적 관심도 점차 증가하고 있지만 깊이 있는 연구는 부족한 편이다. 특히 DIY를 마케팅적 관점에서 접근한 연구가 부족하며 더욱이 DIY 참여하는 개인들의 특성이 주는 영향은 거의 연구되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 개인특성이 DIY 체험과 지속의도에 주는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 이러한 기존 연구의 한계점을 보완하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. DIY 체험에 영향을 주는 개인특성으로서 감성강도, 인지욕구, 자기효능감을 제안하고, 이들 변수가 감각, 감정, 인지, 행동, 관계 등의 DIY체험에 주는 영향, DIY체험이 DIY 지속의도에 미치는 영향을 가정하였다. 다양한 분야의 DIY를 체험한 소비자를 대상으로 231부의 데이터를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 예상대로, 감성강도는 감각체험과 감정체험에 인지욕구는 인지체험, 자기효능감은 행동체험, 관계체험에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 DIY 체험은 지속의도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 DIY 소비자 개인특성의 영향을 확인하고 포괄적인 체험의 관점에서 DIY에 접근함으로써 기존 연구의 한계점을 보완하고, 전략적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

모바일 소셜플랫폼 기반 SNG 이용자의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinant to User's Continuous Usage of SNG Based Mobile Social-Platform)

  • The wide spread of smartphones and the growth of the number of internet users are reshaping the SNS (Social Network Service). Merging into other service areas and creating new business models with high profits, SNS is no more a service simply providing personal connections. Now SNS has positioned itself as a service platform. SNG (Social Network Game) is a new outcome utilizing SNS as a game platform and showing a rapid growth rate in a short period of time. The number of SNG users is expected to increase steadily. In this study, we examine whether SNG user motivations lead to flow experience and future intention to use. For that purpose, we conducted a survey with smartphone users. The results indicate that flow experience functions as a mediator and user motivations indirectly affect intention to use through flow experience. This paper concludes with discussions on findings and suggestions for future research.

재골절예방 서비스 코디네이터 경험 (Experiences of Fracture Liaison Service Coordinators)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore the experience of Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) coordinator nurses in a hospital setting. Methods: An in-depth interview was done using a semi-structured questionnaire on 4 FLS coordinator nurses between August 2022 and May 2023. A qualitative content analysis method was used for the data analysis. Results: Three themes of the experience of FLS coordinator were "The absence of identity of FLS coordinator," "struggling with the approach of creating something out of nothing," and "improvement of training and system to establish FLS coordinator role." Conclusion: This study identified three themes about the experience of FLS coordinator nurses in hospital setting. This finding is expected to be useful in developing education programs for FLS coordinator nurses.

A Study of Holism based Service Experience Analysis System

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to offer a holism based Service Experience Analysis System(HSEAS) for service design. Background: Customer experience has been focused in a lot of service area. But it is difficult to understand the customer's needs and their experiences because it's so complex and uncertain. Thus it needs holistic approach that means it's difficult to explain general character merely through the understanding of small parts that composes an object and it must be analyzed within the overall context. Method: Accordingly, the thesis paper proposes the Service Experience Analysis System that satisfies the four following needs. (1) Need of solid Experience Framework in which the special quality of the service experience is considered, (2) need of support for the semantic cohesion between different kinds of data, (3) need of support for the management and search of vast data, and (4) need of building the knowledge base system for collaborative research. Results: HSEAS combines the short information in the customers' words and behaviors or situations and circumstances and provides a place of analysis where the context of the general experience can be read and allows concrete understanding of the actual state and factor of the problem as a Combined Data Analysis Tool. Conclusion: HSEAS becomes the center of information management, analysis and connection and it provides a free collaboration place where physical condition has no relations to as a knowledge base system based on network. Application: It is expected that length and width will be added to the analysis and assistance for effectively accumulating information will be provided in the area of diverse service.

비모수적 통계방법을 이용한 모바일 페이스북과 인스타그램의 사용자 경험 차이 비교 -감성인터페이스 모형을 중심으로- (Comparison the Difference of User Experience for Mobile Facebook and Instagram Using Nonparametric Statistics Methods -Focused on Emotional Interface Model-)

  • 본 연구는 최근 SNS(Social Network System)중 30대 이하 연령층에서 가장 많이 이용하고 있는 페이스북과 인스타그램의 모바일 서비스 사용자 경험 비교에 관한 연구이다. 감성인터페이스 모형을 통해 사용자 경험의 요소를 나누고 사용자 경험 수준을 분석하였고, 평균 분석과 비모수적 통계방법인 윌콕슨 부호화순위검정 결과를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 페이스북과 인스타그램의 모바일 사용자경험에서 기능성 요소의 메인 페이지의 직관적 구성 항목과 편리성 요소의 시각적으로 정보 전달 항목에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이 연구는 두 SNS의 사용자 경험에 대한 통계적인 비교 평가를 통해 경쟁상황 속에서 우선적으로 개선할 사용자 경험 요소를 모색하는데 도움을 될 것으로 기대한다.

TUI 환경의 유저 사용 만족도 연구 (A study on user satisfaction in TUI environment)

  • An interface in smart device environment is changing to TUI(touch user interface) environment where a system is being controlled by physical touch, differently from a system controlled through conventional mouse and keyboard. What is more important than anything else in this TUI environment is to implement interface in consideration of learn ability and cognitive constructivism according to user's experience. Therefore, now is the time when it is necessary to carry out various studies on smart content design process going a step farther together with discussing the details of user's experience factor. Hence, this study was intended to look into what effect a user's experiential traits had on the production of contents for the purpose of measures for improving TUI user satisfaction in order to effectively realize contents in smart environment. Results were yielded by using a statistical empirical analysis such as cross-tabulation analysis according to important variable and user, paired t-test, multiple response analysis, and preference frequency analysis of user preference on the basis of a survey. As a result, a system was presented for implementing DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) process. TUI experience factor can be divided into direct habitual experience, direct learning experience, indirect habitual experience, and indirect learning experience. And in the results of study, it was possible to find that the important variables of this study had a positive effect on the improvement of use satisfaction with contents on the whole according to the user convenience of smart contents. This study is expected to have a positive effect on efficient smart device-based contents production by providing objective information according to empirical analysis to smart media-based developer and designer and presenting a model for improving the changed TUI usability.

재가노인의 낙상에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Prevalence and Associated Factors of the in-home Falls of the Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the realities related with the in-home falls of the elderly and also the factors that affect on the fails. Method: The data collection was carried out from January 10 to 13, 2005. The subjects of this study were 201 in-home elderly people over age 60 who resided at G city of Jeollabuk-do. Result: The following are the results from the analysis of collected data with using the SPSS program. 1. The number of people who experienced fall injuries was 51.7% within three years. Most cases of falls occurred in winter (52.4%), on roads (52.9%), wearing sports shoes (56.7%), when walking (56.7%), loosing their balance (54.8%), and slipping (54.8%). 2. The factors yielding the difference between the groups of elderly with the experience of fail injury and the group of elderly with no experience of falls showed a statistical significance for gender (p=.000), last academic career (p=.049), and number of people in the family (p=.041). 3. Among the factors related with health, the factors yielding the difference between the group of elderly with the experience of falls and the group of elderly with no experience of fails showed statistical significance for drinking (p=.015), dizziness (p=.000) and level of drug intakes (p=.015). 4. The elderly with the experience of fall injury as compared with the group of aged people with no experience of falls showed a higher degree of depression (p=.009). 5. From the result of logistic regression analysis to explore the factors affecting the experience of fall injury, it was found that there was a significant result for gender (p=.002) and depression (p=.018). Women as compared with men and the elderly with depression showed a higher rate of danger in falls. Conclusion: Based on the above results, it is expected that fall prevention programs are needed with regard to the general characteristics and health related characteristics, that is, the individual danger factors should be focused on such depression and gender as being the most important variables affecting the experience of falls.
