한.중.일 파렛트 표준화로 인한 기대효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expected Effects from Logistics Standardization among Korea, China, and Japan)

  • Three major Asian countries, Korea, China, and Japan, shared 18.3% of global GDP and 14.2% of global trade volume in 2005. When considering this number, cooperation of these three countries is very important. Also, it is needless to say that we need efficient international logistics system in Asia. The key point to realize efficient international logistics system is unit load system utilizing pallets and containers. To build up efficient logistics system among Korea, China, and Japan, we need 'total palletization' with standardized pallets. We may regard 'total palletization' as an 'efficient highway of North-Eastern Asia logistics.' In this study, we will suggest two kinds of effects, which logistics standardization among Korea, China, and Japan will make. One is the effect on economy and trade, and the other is the effect on logistics business and environments.

  • From a social psychological perspective, Make-up is an tool for run a lot smoother and perform communication efficiently. Many people give a turn to hair color through dyeing form due to yearning to change individual image through the image which the color is having. This paper study how make-up behavior, hair color and self-consciousness will affect the Level of Expected social-psychological effect of College Girl Students. In the sense of make-up behavior, according to result, a group of make-up behavior of self-satisfaction-oriented the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of make-up behavior of tradition-oriented. Hair colors doesn't seem to be having much effect on the level of expected social- psychological effect, but have been shown to influence make-up behavior and self-consciousness. On the self-consciousness, a group of high self-consciousness the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of low or fair self-consciousness. They doesn't have much effect passive expected effect as 'complement of self insufficiency' or 'a person consciousness' But they are affect active expected effect as 'the pleasure of change' and 'positive ascent'.

모바일 어플리케이션 선택과정에서 전자적 구전의 효과 (The Effects of E-WOM in Selecting the Mobile Application)

  • 온라인 소비자들의 구매의사결정에 전자적 구전의 효과는 상당하다 볼 수 있다. 실제로 많은 선행연구에서는 온라인 리뷰를 통한 제품정보의 획득이 구매의사결정에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 실증적으로 검토하기도 하였다. 온라인 구전 관련 선행연구에 대한 이론적인 검토를 통해 온라인 리뷰의 유용성의 결정요인과 스마트폰 이용자들의 모바일 앱 수용과정의 영향력 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 모바일 앱에 대한 유용성을 평가하기 위한 특성들을 선행연구로부터 도출하였으며, 온라인 리뷰의 유용성과 성과에 대한 기대, 그리고 정보원 신뢰성이 리뷰 수용도에 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위한 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 모바일 앱을 구매(무료 또는 유료)한 경험이 있는 228명으로부터 자료를 수집, PLS(Partial Least Square) 기법을 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 모바일 앱에 대한 사용자 리뷰의 신뢰성과 충분성, 도움정도 그리고 설득력이 리뷰 수용의도에 영향을 미치며, 정보원 신뢰성 역시 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다.

미혼남녀의 결혼의향과 결혼희망연령에 대한 가족 가치관의 영향 추세 연구 : 2005년, 2009년 전국 결혼 및 출산 동향, 조사 자료를 중심으로 (The Effects of Family Values on Intentions of Marriage and Expected Age at First Marriage)

  • 본 연구는 미혼남녀의 결혼지연 현상을 가치관 접근으로 파악하는 것이다. 2005, 2009 전국 결혼 및 출산 동향조사 중 미혼남녀 5,984명의 자료를 분석하여 결혼, 출산, 성역할 규범 등 가족 가치관의 변화를 살펴보고, 가족 가치관이 결혼의향과 결혼희망연령에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 지난 5년 사이 남성의 결혼과 자녀의 필요성에 대한 동조성은 낮아지고, 전통적 성역할분업과 남성생계부양모델에 대한 동조성은 높아졌다. 여성의 결혼의 필요성과 혼전 동거에 대한 동조성은 높아지고, 자녀의 필요성에 대한 동조성은 낮아진 반면, 성역할태도는 보수적으로 변화하였다. 결혼과 자녀의 필요성에 대한 동조성이 높고 전통적인 성역할태도와 부양모델에 동조하는 사람일수록 결혼의향이 더 높았다. 남녀 모두 결혼 필요성에 대해 동조할수록 결혼희망연령이 빨랐으며, 여성은 혼전동거에 대해 수용적일수록 결혼희망연령이 높았다. 결혼 및 자녀의 필요성과 같은 당위적 규범이 결혼의향에 미치는 영향은 최근으로 올수록 약화된 반면, 자녀의 정서적 가치가 미치는 영향은 최근으로 올수록 강화되었다. 가족 가치관이 미혼남녀의 결혼의향과 결혼계획연령에 영향력을 발휘하고 있으며, 그 영향력이 성별, 가치관 영역, 시기에 따라 서로 다르게 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.

도시 중년 남성의 건강식품 섭취 경험과 의도에 관한 연구 (The Experience and Intention of Health Food Use among Middle-aged Men in Urban Areas)

  • This study examined the experience and intention of health food use regarding the different type of health foods among 201 middle-aged Korean men form urban areas. Based upon the results of a prestudy, health foods were classified into 4 groups including Chinese medicine(CM), toner foods(TF), vitamin or mineral supplements(VMS), and other manufactured heath food supplements(MHFS). compared with the4 case of health food experience, the similar proportion of the subjects were intended to use CM( 70%) and MHFS( 40%), yet the smaller proportion of them had the intention for TF(46%) and VMS(52%). Our subjects mainly obtained information on CM and TF from social networks, such as families, relatives, friends and neighbors and VMS and MHFS from mass media. Expected effects of health food consumption were different by the type of health food. The most positive expected effects were found in CM, followed by VMS. However, there was weak evidence for the positive effects of the TF and MHFS. Upon the consumption of health foods, our subject appeared to expect to their body energy to increased and body functions to be improved in general. Multivariate analyses indicated the importance of expected effects of health food consumption and aging symptoms as determinants of future health food use. Experience was rarely associated with intention in health food use. This study suggests that educated middle-aged Korean men may have a rational attitude toward health food use. Regarding different attitudes and behavior toward the different type of health foods, further research should consider the nature of each type of health foods. The limitations of this study are also discussed.

The Effects of Using O2O Fashion Mobile Commerce on Consumers' Attitudes and Intentions -Focused on the characteristics of consumers and O2O mobile commerce-

  • This study investigated consumers' enjoyment, perceived risks, expected values, and innovativeness factors and the effects of the convenience and personalization of "online to offline" (O2O) fashion mobile commerce on its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and consumers' attitudes and intention to use O2O mobile commerce. A research model was developed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A mobile survey was conducted through smartphone messengers and SNSs targeting male and female college students in their 20s who are living in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. A total of 192 questionnaire responses were used in the analysis. "Among the consumer characteristics, only enjoyment and expected values were found to make consumers feel that the O2O fashion mobile commerce is useful and easy to use. Among the mobile commerce characteristics, only convenience was found to have significant effects on consumers' perceived usefulness and ease of use regarding O2O fashion mobile commerce. Perceived usefulness was found to have the effects on attitudes as well as intention to use toward O2O mobile commerce. It was shown that positive attitudes toward O2O mobile commerce led to positive use intention toward O2O mobile commerce.

자기 이미지 일치성과 의복 선호 및 준거 가격이 지불의도 가격에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-Image Congruence, Clothing Preference and Reference Price on Payment Intention Price)

  • In this study, the notion of payment intention price was introduced and examined in relation with self-image congruence, clothing preference and two types of reference price: expected price and fair price. One hundred samples of female collegiate students participated in the group survey and responded to the instrument including variables of clothing image evaluation, clothing preference, reference price, payment intention price toward a one-piece dress as the stimulus, and ideal self-image perception. Descriptive statistics, correlations, and regressions were applied on data analysis. The results were as follow. Payment intention price was determined by clothing preference and fair price, and the explaining power of fair price was greater than clothing preference. One confirmatory path was observed that self-image congruence effects clothing preference, and then clothing preference effects payment intention price. The other confirmatory path was from expected price to fair price and fair price to payment intention price.

한국과 캐나다 조직간 원격근무 수용태도와 기대효과에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Acceptance Attitudes and Expected Effects : Organizations between Korea and Canada)

  • This research conducted empirical and comparative study following interview concerning the relationship of acceptance attitudes and expected effects of the teleworking between Korean and Canada organizations. Independent variable was acceptance attitude, and the expected effect as dependent variable. Totally, 201 responded questionnaires (Korea : 118, Canada : 83) were analyzed for multiple regression and mean difference between groups. On January 1, 2015, Canada had agreed FTA (free trade agreement) with Korea. Therefore, many organizations can have opportunities for sharing hands in social infrastructures and business area. As a result, the research found out that teleworking can positively improve employee's quality of life, efficiency of works. Moreover, respondents informed us that it may give us national and social cost saving. The BYOD (bring your own device) will be helpful to make employees do more active communication. This comparative research expects that two countries have some insights to cooperate in smart work or teleworking. In addition, several Korean companies can have chances to export IT technologies to Canada market.

LOHAS 인증이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expected Effects of LOHAS Certification on Companies)

  • 본 연구는 LOHAS 인증이 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구이다. LOHAS 인증은, 한국표준협회가 도입 운영하고 있는 인증제도로서, 소비자에게는 친환경적이며 사회공헌적인 상품의 확산과 보급을 통해 건강하고 행복한 삶의 질 향상에 기여하고, 기업에게는 상품 가치와 이미지 제고를 통해 기업의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 지원하는 인증 제도이다. 인증의 대상은 제품과 서비스 공간 등 비제품으로 나눠지며 본 연구에서는 제품을 생산하여 인증을 취득한 제조 기업을 대상으로 LOHAS 인증이 인증기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 설문조사를 통해 연구하였다.
