SNS(Social Network Service)의 사용자 만족과 지속적사용 향상을 위한 방안 (A Study on the Strategies for Improving User Satisfaction and Continuous Usage of Social Network Service)

  • SNS 기업들의 최대 관심사는 사용자들의 요구분석을 통한 만족도 제고 및 지속적 사용을 유도할 수 있는 서비스 개발에 있다. 특히, 성숙기에 접어든 SNS는 서비스를 전개하는데 있어 관리의 방향성이 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이를 위해 SNS에서 제공하는 서비스 중 사용자 기대에 비추어 만족하지 못하는 부분들을 파악하고, 궁극적으로 소비자들이 추구하는 기능을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 이론 및 선행 연구들을 분석하여 사용자의 SNS 이용 만족 및 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 기대일치이론(Expected Confirmation Model : ECM)을 기반으로, 기존 품질요인에 SNS 특성을 반영한 사회성 품질, 개인 감성 품질을 추가적으로 고려하여 품질 관점에서 통합적으로 접근하였다. 그리고 인지요인들과의 영향정도를 분석하여 이용 만족 및 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 SNS 기업들의 서비스 전개 방향성 및 이용 만족 모형을 개발하는데 유용한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

시선 추적을 활용한 패션 디자인 인지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Design Cognition Using Eye Tracking)

  • This study investigated the cognitive process of fashion design images through eye activity tracking. Differences in the cognitive process and gaze activity according to image elements were confirmed. The results of the study are as follows. First, a difference was found between groups in the gaze time for each section according to the model and design. Although model diversity is an important factor leading the interest of observers, the simplicity of the model was deemed more effective for observing the design. Second, the examination of the differences by segments regarding the gaze weight of the image area showed differences for each group. When a similar type of model is repeated, the proportion of face recognition decreases, and the proportion of design recognition time increases. Conversely, when the model diversity is high, the same amount of time is devoted to recognizing the model's face in all the processes. Additionally, there was a difference in the gaze activity in recognizing the same design according to the type of model. These results enabled the confirmation of the importance of the model as an image recognition factor in fashion design. In the fashion industry, it is important to find a cognitive factor that attracts and retains consumers' attention. If the design recognition effect is further maximized by finding service points to be utilized, the brand's sustainability is expected to be enhanced even in the rapidly changing fashion industry.

  • 글로벌 OTT(Over the Top) 서비스의 국내 진출이 늘어나고 기존 플랫폼 개편이 활발히 이루어지면서 OTT 서비스 시장의 경쟁이 더 치열해지고 있다. 초호화 콘텐츠를 보유한 막강한 경쟁자들이 계속해서 시장에 뛰어들고 있고 사람들의 니즈도 다양해짐에 따라 지속적인 수익 창출을 위해 가입자의 이탈을 막기 위한 OTT 서비스 플랫폼의 다양한 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 기대일치모델을 기반으로 OTT 서비스 특성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. OTT 서비스 이용 경험이 있거나 현재 이용 중인 개인을 대상으로 총 386부의 설문을 수집하여 AMOS24를 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 플랫폼 품질 우수성을 제외한 콘텐츠 큐레이션, 콘텐츠 풍부성, 시청 능동성은 기대일치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기대일치는 지각된 유용성과 사용자만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 유용성은 사용자만족에 영향을 미치고, 사용자만족은 OTT 서비스 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 가격공정성은 기대일치와 사용자만족, 지각된 유용성과 사용자만족, 사용자만족과 OTT 서비스 지속이용의도 간의 관계를 강화해주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 OTT 서비스 사업자의 수익 창출에 가장 직접적인 영향을 미치는 가입자 유지를 위한 서비스와 콘텐츠 개발에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

간호사의 치매환자에 대한 공감도 요인구조 탐색 및 모형적합성 검증 (Factor Constructs Exploration and Model Goodness-of-fit Verification of Empathy for Dementia Patient among Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 치매환자를 돌보는 간호사의 공감도 구성요인이 무엇인지 분석하여, 이를 통해 치매환자 간호실무에 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 요양병원에서 치매환자 간호에 종사하는 219명의 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 공감도(ECRS)를 이용하여 요인구조 탐색과 확인요인분석(CFA)을 통한 기초모형 추출 및 모형 수정, 모형 적합성 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 간호사의 치매환자에 대한 공감도는 타인 정서의 수용, 자신의 부정정서 억제, 정서의 교류 및 상호작용 등 3개요인 49개 문항으로 구성요인의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 공감도 측정 도구는 향후 치매환자 간호실무현장에서 간호사의 공감도를 확인하는 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

백혈병 생존 아동 건강관리를 위한 부모코칭 영역 개발 (Development of Parent Coaching Domains for the Health Management of Childhood Leukemia Survivors)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop parent coaching domains for the health management of childhood leukemia survivors. Methods: In this study, we conducted a literature review and in-depth interviews with 6 parents of childhood leukemia survivors who were identified using convenience sampling. We identified areas of parent coaching through the 4 stages of the GROW model, which are: goal setting, realistic grasp, confirmation of realization, and search for alternatives. Results: Nine domains and 27 subcategories emerged from the study. The 9 parent coaching domains for the health management of childhood leukemia survivors were routine life management, education and information provision, emotional support for the surviving children, social support for the surviving children, follow-up management, family support, school life management, symptom management, and improvement of growth and development. Conclusion: This research developed 9 parent coaching domains for the health management of children surviving leukemia. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the efficient health management of childhood leukemia survivors by enabling practitioners to continuously identify new coaching domains as needed for their health management. Researchers should improve the health management of childhood leukemia survivors by developing nursing interventions for these new coaching areas.

The Infrared Medium-deep Survey. VII. Optimal selection for faint quasars at z ~ 5 and preliminary results

  • The universe has been ionized in the post-reionization by several photon contributors. The dominant source to produce the hydrogen ionizing photons is not revealed so far. Faint quasars have been expected to generate UV photon budgets required to maintain ionization state of universe. Observational limits, however, hinder to discover them despite their higher number density than bright one. Consequently, the influence of faint quasars on post-reionization are not considered sufficiently. Therefore, a survey to find faint quasars at z ~ 5 is crucial to determine the main ionizing source in the post-reionization era. Deep images from the Hyper Suprime-Cam Subaru Strategic Program (HSC SSP) allow us to search for quasar swith low luminosities in the ELAIS-N1 field. J band information are obtained by the Infrared Medium-deep Survey (IMS) and the UKIRT Infrared Deep Sky Survey (UKIDSS) - Deep ExtragalacticSurvey (DXS). Faint quasar candidates were selected from several multi-band color cut criteria based on simulated quasars on color-color diagram. To choose the reliable candidates with possible Lyman break, we have performed medium-bands observations. Whether a candidate is a quasar or a dwarf star contamination was decided by results from chi-square minimization of quasar/dwarf model fitting. Spectroscopic follow-up observations confirm three quasars at z ~ 5. 100% spectral confirmation success rate implies that the medium-band observations effectively select faint quasars with strong Lyman alpha emission.

작업분류체계 기반 소방 객체 IFC 정보 모델링 확장 방안 연구 (Extension of IFC information Modeling for Fire Safety based on WBS)

  • The main objective of this study is to propose a method to enhance building safety using the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) schema in Building Information Modeling (BIM). To achieve this goal, a fire object relationship diagram is created by using the Model View Definition (MVD) and Property Set (Pset) methodology, as well as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based object relationship analysis. The proposed method illustrates how to represent objects and tasks related to fire prevention and human safety during a building fire, including variables that are relevant to these aspects. Furthermore, the proposed method offers the advantage of considering both the IFC object hierarchy and the project work hierarchy when creating new objects, thereby expanding the attribute information for fire safety and maintenance. However, upon confirmation via an IFC viewer after development, a problem with the accuracy of mapping between attributes and objects arises due to the issue of proxy representation of related object information and newly added object information in standard IFC. Therefore, in future research, a mapping method for fire safety objects will be developed to ensure accurate representation, and the scope of utilization of the fire safety object diagram will be expanded. Furthermore, efforts will be made to enhance the accuracy of object and task representation. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the technological development of building safety and fire facility design in the future.

물리 결정 모델링에 의한 충청도 병천천 유역의 하천 유출량 복원과 물 수지 수립 (Restoration of the Stream Runoff by the Physical Deterministic Modeling and Formulation of Water Balance for the Catchment of Byungchun River in Chungcheong Province in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 장기적인 기상 자료(meterological data)와 하천 유출량 자료(stream run off data)의 획득이 가능한 충청도 병천천 유역에 대해 BROOK90 4.4e 물리 결정 물 수지 모델(physical deterministic water balance model)을 사용하여 '병천천 유역의 물 수지 모델'을 수립한 것이다. 모델 조작 매개변수(model fitting parameter)를 교정(calibration)한 비준 모델(validation model)을 가지고 기상 자료(meterological data)가 있지만 하천 유출량 자료(stream runoff data)는 없는 시기에 대한 장기적인 물 수지를 수립하였다. 연구의 결과는 a priori 모의 단계에서 실측 하천 유출량(measured stream runoff data)과 모의 하천 유출량(simulated stream runoff data)이 유사하게 나옴으로써 물 수지 모의 실험(experiment for water balance modeling)이라는 연구 성격으로서 목표하는 첫 번째 기대 수준에 도달하고 있다. 모델 조작 매개변수(model fitting parameter)를 확정하고 수행한 비준 모의(validated simulation)를 통해 과거 9년(1998년 ~ 2006년)의 물 수지가 복원되었다. 이 유역의 지형(geomophology), 식생(vegetation), 토양(soil), 토지이용(land use) 상황이 변하지 않는다면 기상자료(meterological data)만 가지고서 언제나 하천 유출량(stream runoff amount), 토양수량(siol water amount) 그리고 증발산량(evapotranspiration) 등 다양한 수문기후 자료를 생산할 수 있다. 이 연구는 현재 한국의 물 수지(water balance) 수립은 물론이고 과거의 물 수지 복원(water balance reconstruction) 분야에 또 하나 새로운 지평을 열었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 한반도에서의 기후(climate)와 식생(vegetation)의 변화에 따른 미래 물 수지(water balance) 예측 분야에서도 널리 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Assessment of Legal Instruments and Applicability to the Use of Electronic Bills of Lading

  • Purpose - This study mainly investigates two potential legal regimes expected to govern the use of electronic bills of lading: the Rotterdam Rules (2009) and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (2017). Widespread use of electronic bills of lading has been unsuccessful partly due to the absence of a uniform legal regime and protracted uncertainties. This paper aims to carry out an assessment of the possibilities where either of two potential legal regimes could provide certainty to the effect and validity of the use of electronic bills of lading, and contribute to the facilitation of electronically transferring the rights to goods carried by sea. Design/methodology - This paper first introduces two legal instruments and the relevance to electronic bills of lading. Since neither of these legal instruments has yet entered into force, the following section looks into the ratification or enactment possibilities based on a literature review and track records of the past legal regimes of the same kind. Assessment of the different adoption possibilities further requires comparative work of the two legal instruments, which will be based on an analysis of relevant provisions and a literature review. The literature review on the Rotterdam Rules delves into various studies and data produced since the UNCITRAL's adoption in 2009. The literature review on the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records heavily relies on UNCITRAL working group documents from 2011 to 2017 together with the final explanatory note. Findings - The main findings can be summarized as follows. Application of the Rotterdam Rules would negate the role of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records assisting in the implementation of the Rotterdam Rules due to some conflicting issues. Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law alone can sufficiently provide a higher level of certainty in the use and effect of electronic bills of lading so long as lawmakers and parties are aware of some issues with the application. What concerns potential users most is the extension of the status quo, where neither of the legal instruments have any effect. It is necessary to take a number of alternatives into consideration, such as promotion of standard clauses and confirmation by a court ruling. Originality/value - Existing studies focus either on the Rotterdam Rules or on the UNCITRAL Model Law, but not both. Not many papers have yet dealt with the Model Law, which was adopted by UNCITRAL only 2 years ago, particularly in the context of a potential legal regime for electronic bills of lading. This paper attempts to introduce the differences between the two legal instruments in regulating the use of electronic bills of lading while providing an assessment of the various possibilities for which parties involved in international trade can be better prepared for the changing legal environment.

Gender Differences in Continuance Intention of On-line Shopping Services

  • Given the extensive role of IS in everyday life and the increasing presence of women in IS users, understanding gender differences in individual technology continuance usage decisions is an important issue. Nevertheless, much of the large body of research on gender differences has just examined mean differences between women and men in terms of abilities, usage habit, and traits. Even though lots of psychology studies have shown that women, more than men, were influenced by affective factors, gender-affection-continuance use linkage has not been examined in the context of on-line shopping services. Therefore, the primary purpose of this paper is to seek to examine gender differences in terms of influence of affective factor in the context of IS continuance use. Meanwhile, IS continuance has been an important subject of study in the IT research area. To date, to explain why and how users are motivated to continue to use on-line shopping services, lots of theory-based research such as expectation-confirmation model (ECM) has been proposed. In particular, various affective factors have been proposed to explain continuance use of on-line shopping services recently. Affective factors have been regarded as essential factors for increasing relational strength and satisfaction. Several affective factors have been studied by prior IS adoption and continuance studies. Among them are enjoyment and anxiety. In IS continuance research, positive affect has been commonly and narrowly conceptualized and measured as the enjoyment which a person derives from using computers. Hence, in this study, we introduced intimacy factor, which was conceptually related to the quality of interactions and relationships in previous research. It also has been regarded as essential factors for strengthening human relationships. As a result, we have observed gender effect while examining intimacy-continuance bond. As expected based on the previous literatures, women seem to be more sensitive in affective factors. The contribution point here is that we find evidence in the context of on-line shopping services.
