  • We have lost our true characteristics without being grown and development of our traditional beauty in state of drawing into a whirlpool as the environment of western cultrue. So, to be existed for self-sown capability of our traditional culture, we'll have to keep up with the unique and creative Korean traditional furniture design through the synchloization between 'Traditionalism in our already westernized life' and 'Korean identity in our already westernized life' and 'Korean identity in worldwide culture' based on independent position by correct view of worth, as for the escape from attitude of receive on western culture in recklessnese. Hereupon, first of all, after reviewof fornuclation backround and characteristics in traditional furniture to be established by an ancestor, based on this and extract the conceptual language, it was presented past published works as for the approaching method toward physical form aspect by use of pattern of modern access method. Secondly, it was the symbolic approaching from method based on traditional and cultural context. Gradually, the embodiment of traditional image, in today's features of our furniture loosing the particular cultural identify is very important aspect, and beside above mentioned two methods, it should be investigated as for the diversified approaching study. Thereafter, we'll have to establish the positionof our modern furniture in global wordwide, for seek the beauty being interrelated form past historical communications, under the circumstance of original and future-oriented value.

Hot Wall Epitaxy(HWE) 법에 의해 성장된 $CuGaSe_2$ 에피레이어의 광발광 특성 (Photoluminescience propeerties for $CuGaSe_2$ epilayers grown by hot wall epitaxy)

  • To obtain the single crystal thin films, $CuGaSe_2$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were $610^{\circ}C$ and $450^{\circ}C$, respectively. After the as-grown $CuGaSe_2$ single crystal thin films was annealed in Cu-, Se-, and Ga-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of $CuGaSe_2$ single crystal thin films has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10 K. The native defects of $V_{CU}$, $V_{Se}$, $Cu_{int}$, and $Se_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the Cu-atmosphere converted $CuGaSe_2$ single crystal thin films to an optical n-type. Also, we confirmed that Ga in $CuGaSe_2$/GaAs did not form the native defects because Ga in $CuGaSe_2$ single crystal thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

  • The stochiometric mix of evaporating materials for the $CdGa_2Se_4$ single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, $CdGa_2Se_4$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperature were $630^{\circ}C\;and\;420^{\circ}C$, respectively. After the as-grown single crystal $CdGa_2Se_4$ thin films were annealed in Cd-, Se-, and Ga -atmospheres, the origin of point defects of single crystal $CdGa_2Se_4$ thin films has been investigated by PL at 10 K. The native defects of $V_{Cd},\;V_{Se},\;Cd_{int},\;and\;Se_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as donors or acceptors. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the Cd-atmosphere converted single crystal $CdGa_2Se_4$ thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that Ga in $CdGa_2Se_4$/GaAs did not form the native defects because Ga in single crystal $CdGa_2Se_4$ thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

문묘제례악 소(簫)의 유입과 변화에 관한 역사적 고찰 (A Historical Study on the Influx and Change of the 'So'(簫) used in Confucian Shrine Ritual Music)

  • 본 논문은 문묘제례악 소의 유입과 변화에 관한 세 가지 쟁점을 다루었다. 첫째, 현재 문묘제례악에서 사용되고 있는 쌍날개 악학궤범가(架)형의 악기는 1116년(예종 11) 송나라 대성아악이 유입될 때 함께 들어온 형태가 아니라, 공민왕 19년 명나라로부터 들여온 원나라 형태의 소이다. 대성아악이 들어온 고려 예종 당시의 송나라에는 쌍날개 악학궤범가형의 배소가 아직 존재하지 않았으며, 이는 원나라 때 처음 등장한다. 이후의 시기인 공민왕 때 '소'와 함께 '배소'라는 이름의 새로운 악기명이 처음으로 등장하는데, 이러한 연유로 해서 이 '배소'가 지금의 쌍날개 악학궤범가형의 악기일 가능성이 농후하다. 둘째, "악학궤범"에 기록된 조선시대 소의 형태는 비록 중국의 것을 따르고 있지만, 그 음고와 배열은 12율 4청성의 음역과 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 음률이 높아지는 배열로 현재까지 그 원형의 맥을 잇고 있다. 중국의 16관 배소는 12율 4배성으로 구성되어 있으며, 좌우로 8율과 8려로 나뉘어져 있다. 그러나 한국의 쌍날개 악학궤범가형 16관 배소는 12율 4청성으로 구성되어 있으며, 율관의 길이와는 무관하게 좌에서 우로 황종부터 청협종까지 순서대로 배열되어 있다. 셋째, 1930년대에 이르러 '악학궤범"과 전체적인 형태는 같으나 관 사이가 붙은 것과 관 사이가 떨어진 것으로 존재하였고, 이후로는 현재 경북대학교 박물관에 소장된 것과 문묘제례악에 사용되는 악기에서 보듯 관 사이가 떨어진 악기만이 존재하게 된다. 그러나 현재 문묘제례악에서 사용되고 있는 관 사이가 떨어진 형태는 악기학적 관점에서 볼 때 퇴보한 형태이며, 역사적으로도 연결고리를 갖지 못한다. 어떠한 연유로 소가 이처럼 변모하였는지는 명확하게 알 수 없지만, 악기학적이고 역사적인 관점에서 "악학궤범"의 우리화(化)된 소의 형태를 다시금 정립하는 것이 마땅하다 할 것이다.

  • According to development of acu-figure which has been existed in Korea, China and Japan through successive generation and conservation status, I classified the process of manufacture of Standard Acu-Figure that is the first manufactured form in Korea historically. And conclusion was as follows. In history, the first acu-figure was manufactured in Song(宋) Dynasty by Wang Yu Il(王維一). after that acu-figure had been made various type in the each countries. In japan, Cheon Seong Acu-Figure(天聖銅人) was imported and preserved and similar shape acu-figure was manufactured. In Korea, Chim Geum Acu-Statue(鍼金銅像) is unique acu-figure that is conservated and exhibited in museum. Standard Acu-Figure was manufactured after the model of standard human body. First step process of standard acu-figure manufacture undertook at my lab, next step, investigation, discussion, reform was proceeded along with other chief professors major in meridian and acupuncture point.

맞대기 용접부내의 인공 결함에서 초음파의 전파특성 (Propagation Characteristic of Ultrasonic on Slit Defect in Butt Joint)

  • An ultrasonic testing uses the directivity of the ultrasonic wave which propagates in one direction. The directivity is expressed as the relationship between the propagate direction and its sound pressure. The directivity of ultrasonic wave is related to determination of testing sensitivity, scanning pitch and defect location. This paper investigated the directivity of ultrasonic wave, which scattered from slit defect located in heat-affected zone (HAZ) in butt joint using visualization method. The directivity of shear waves scattered from slit defect were different according to probe direction (far defect, near defect) and probe position (forward movement, maximum echo position, backward movement). The difference of directivity of reflection wave was existed between 2 MHz and 4 MHz angle probes. In the case of 2 MHz angle probe, the directivity of reflection wave was appeared sharp form because of the relation wave length and defect size.

Subcellular Localization of Catalase Encoded by the ctl+ Gene in Schizosaccharomyces pombe

  • The cttl+ gene in Schizosaccharomyces pombe encoeds a catalse responsible for H2O2-resistance of this organism as judged by the H2O2-sensitive phenotype of the ctt1Δ mutant. In this study, we investigated the subcellular localization of the Ctt1 gene product. In wild type cells catalase activity was detected in the organelle fraction as well as in the cytosol. The ctt1Δ mutant contained no catalase activity, indicating that both cytosolic and organellar catalases are the products of a single ctt1+ gene. Western bolt analysis revealed two catalase bands, both of which disappeared in the ctt1Δ mutant. The major, fastermigrating band existed in the cytosol whereas the monor, slower-migrating band appeared to be located in organelles, most likely in peroxisomes. These results suggest that the ctt1+ gene product targeted to the peroxisome is a modified form of the one in the cytosol.

Effects of Electric Current on Flowering in Pharbitis and Floral Stimulus activity in the Phloem Exudate of Cotyledons

  • Direct current (DC) applied to cotyledons during a 16 h inductive dark period inhibited the flowering in the short-day plant, Pharbitis nil Choisy cv. Violet. The inhibitory effect of DC was more profound when the current flowed from roots to cotyledons, showing its polarity-dependent action. The second half on the inductive dark period was more sensitive to DC stimulus. The flowering was significantly depressed only when DC stimuli were applied to the translocation path of the floral stimulus from the induced cotyledon to the apex, suggesting that the transport of floral stimulus was damaged by the DC treatment. The vegetative apex culture bioassay system showed that a significant level of the floral stimulus activity existed in the phloem exudate from the cotyledons which would fail to form their own floral buds. These results strongly support the hypothesis that DC partially impede, at least temporarily, the transmission path of the floral stimulus from florally-induced cotyledon to the apex, rather than depressing in situ synthesis of the floral stimulus.

  • In this paper, for the trajectory tracking control of mobile robot, firstly, we obtained the T-S fuzzy models from the tracking-error models, one of which has nonlinear form and the other is linearized around the reference trajectory. Then the tracking control inputs are designed using the proposed fuzzy linearization method and the existed PDC method. Lastly, the tracking performance is tested and compared for each model through simulation.
