This research aims to confirm if the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on existing sectors, and how that affects the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) market returns. The research method used is an event study employing market models in nine sectors of the Exchange with purposive sampling technique, and supported by Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression. Based on the calculation of abnormal returns in the period of 30 days before up to 30 days after, the financial property, real estate, and construction sector results show a decreased abnormal return value. The infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors also show an abnormal return value that tends to be constant, while the abnormal return value increases in other sectors. Judging from the cumulative value of abnormal returns, the most affected sector is financials, followed by the trade, service, and investment sectors. The consumer goods and mining industry sectors are still optimistic, while other sectors show temporary negative sentiment. Overall, the stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with a cumulative negative value of the average abnormal return sample. The results using OLS regression also strengthen the relationships between the COVID-19 pandemic, and negative and significant market returns.

This article is devoted to the consideration of the image strategies of higher education on the example of a comparison of Ukrainian and foreign experience. The relevance of the chosen topic is as follows. Today, educational institutions need to position, shape and elevate their image. PR helps to solve all these tasks, performing a function that is so necessary for establishing mutual understanding as communication management. The following tasks are solved in the article: originality of definitions was investigated; revealed PR and related concepts; analyzed the role of PR in the information promotion of universities; determined the specifics of information promotion, due to temporary conditions and regional development; considered image materials of Ukrainian and foreign universities; disclosed the specifics of the information promotion of the objects under study; analyzed.

As the number of internet-connected appliances and the variety of IoT services are rapidly increasing, it is hard to protect IT assets with traditional network security techniques. Most traditional network log analysis systems use rule based mechanisms to reduce the raw logs. But using predefined rules can't detect new attack patterns. So, there is a need for a mechanism to reduce congested raw logs and detect new attack patterns. This paper suggests enterprise security management for IoT services using graph and network measures. We model an event network based on a graph of interconnected logs between network devices and IoT gateways. And we suggest a network clustering algorithm that estimates the attack probability of log clusters and detects new attack patterns.

Temperature inversion may cause air pollution problems because air pollutants cannot be dissipated through vertical motion of the atmosphere and are accumulated near the surface. The air quality is worsen gradually if an inversion event lasts for a long time. An inversion event is defined as consecutive temperature profiles with occurrence of the temperature inversion condition. In this paper, temperature inversion events over three major cities on Taiwan are analyzed. They are measured by ground-based microwave radiometers installed in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung from 2002 to 2004 by the Environment Protection Administration (EPA) of Taiwan. Characteristics of temperature inversion events at the three cities are extracted using different classification methods.

The effect of the September 2008 global financial crisis weighed heavily on stock markets around the world. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the impact of the crisis on Amman Stock Exchange. Event study methodology has been adopted on a period of 24 months, from January 2008 to December 2009. Monthly average abnormal returns across a sample of 52 industrial and services companies have been tested separately. The results reveal that Amman Stock Exchange experienced significant negative abnormal returns in the fourth quarter of the year 2008. However, there were no significant abnormal returns observed thereafter. This means that Amman Stock Exchange managed to overcome its adverse consequences. Since the event study tests for market efficiency, as well, the results show that Amman Stock Exchange reaction is consistent with the semi-strong form of the efficient market hypothesis.

USM(Unit Service Management System) is the development tool and methodology to handling the event process in a U-City integrated platform by using the minimum unit services. USM can be one of the SOA development methodology. Minimum unit service has a minimum business logic that can be executed with input and output parameters. Minimum unit service consists of three parts : service profile, service input and output parameters and service execution information. USM provides two types of the execution method. One is module execution and the other is web service execution. The development of the event sinario by the USM development methodology can reduce the cost and duration of the u-service development by raising the rate of reusing minimum unit service.

Recently, in the national railway industry there has been interested in the methodology of hazard analysis and risk assessment. The need of safety management system based on the technology of hazard analysis and risk assessment is being extended to identify in advance the weakness and threat factors causing the accident and cope with the accident actively. It is important to manage the risk of railway casualty accidents having a majority of railway accident. Especially, a hazard event of people struck takes the highest proportion of the railway casualty accidents. This paper describes the result of analysis for environment properties such as an age of casualty, time happened, day, month and weather conditions being concerned in the hazard event of people struck.

이 논문은 제16대 대통령기록 중에서 기록관리비서실이 대통령 행사와 관련해서 생산한 '말씀록'의 생산 과정을 둘러싼 기록들의 내용을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 대통령기록관에 이관된 참여정부의 대통령 행사 기록의 생산 맥락을 올바로 이해한 가운데 관련 기록을 연계, 조직하여 적극적으로 활용하는 방안을 제안하였다.

본 논문에서는 편도(One-way)카셰어링 시스템을 중심으로 이벤트를 고려한 수익 개선 효과 검증을 나타내었다. 이동거리와 시간을 고려한 수익을 그래프로 나타내어 기존 해외 논문에서 검증되었던 One-way 차량 재배치 카셰어링 시스템과 현재 우리나라에서 시행되는 이벤트를 고려한 One-way 차량 재배치 카셰어링 시스템을 비교 분석하였다. 특히, 이동거리와 이용시간에 따른 최대수익을 다중선형회귀분석방법을 통해 평가하였으며, 최대손해액을 고려한 최대추정손실을 나타내었다. 이를 통해 기업이 고객들에게 다양한 마케팅 전략으로 이벤트를 활용한 할인쿠폰을 제시하여 이용고객 수요를 늘리는데 초점을 두었다. 뿐만 아니라 비선형 회귀분석을 통해 실제 이동거리와 시간에 따른 최대수익을 결정하는 상관관계 분석을 보여주고 있다.
