보육시설 평가인증에 대한 보육시설장과 보육교사의 인식 (Awareness of Evaluative Accrediation System of the Heads and Teachers in Childcare Centers)

  • This study was intended to analyze whether there would be difference in awareness of the Evaluative Accreditation System(the administrative procedures of Evaluative Accreditation, the effect of Evaluative Accreditation, and the preferred public support types for encouraging participation in Evaluative Accreditation) between child-care directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers. The questionnaires were administrated to 168 child-care directors and 423 child-care teachers in Gyeonggido. Data analyses were conducted by descriptive statistics, the chi-test and the t-test. The main results were as follows. First, there was significant difference in awareness of the administrative procedures of Evaluative Accreditation among the types of child-care centers. Second, there was difference in awareness of the effect of Evaluative Accreditation on child-care service areas between child-care center directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers in terms of child-care services. Third, in terms of the preferred public support for the encouragement of participation in Evaluative Accreditation, there was difference between child-care center directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers.

The Effect of Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism on Resilience: The Joint Moderating Effect of the Social Support and Emotional Intelligence of the Leader

  • In a competitive organizational environment, members view completing tasks to perfection without mistakes as the requirement for success and good evaluation from others. However, unrealistically strong perfectionism can have negative effects on members' psychological states and organizational performance. This study focuses on evaluative concerns perfectionism, the negative aspect of perfectionism, based on positive psychology theory to explore the positive mechanism that comes into place in the process of strengthening organization members' resilience. For this purpose, we performed a moderated moderation analysis to investigate whether the moderating effect of leaders' social support (primary moderator) is moderated by their emotional intelligence (secondary moderator). To verify our research model, we conducted a two-part survey of 252 employees in various industries with a time interval to minimize the common method bias. Job rank and positive affectivity were set as control variables to identify the clear causal relationship among variables. Our findings showed that first, evaluative concerns perfectionism reduced resilience; second, leaders' social support positively moderated the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and resilience; and third, the leaders' emotional intelligence positively moderated the two-way interaction between evaluative concerns perfectionism and the leaders' social support, confirming a moderated moderation. Our findings suggest the need for leaders to assume multidimensional roles to enhance the positive traits of organization members, especially in today's complex business environment. The implications of our findings are further discussed in relation to knowledge management and the development of organization members who exhibit evaluative concerns perfectionism, along with suggestions for future research.

요양시설 내 재활대상 노인의 지지가 죽음불안에 미치는 영향 (The effect of social support on elderly people for rehabilitation at nursing homes)

  • 본 연구는 요양시설 입소 노인의 죽음 및 불안과 관련하여 사회적 지지와의 상관성을 알아보기 위해 대구 경북에 소재하고 있는 노인 요양시설 6개를 임의 모집하여 노인환자 300명(남성: 183명, 여성:117명)을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구의 결과는 사회적 지지에서 물질적 지지와 정보적 지지가 죽음 불안과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고 죽음 불안과 일반적 특성의 연관성에서는 고령일수록, 입소기간이 길수록 증가되는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 따라서 요양시설 입소 노인이 느끼는 죽음·불안에 대한 두려움을 개선하도록 하며 자아 존중감, 자아 통합감을 향상시키고 우울을 해결할 수 있도록 전문적인 상담과 프로그램을 개발하여 실시하는 것이 필요하다.

유아교사의 행복감과 사회적 지지가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Social Support on Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of child care teachers' happiness and social support on job performance. Methods: The subjects were 380 teachers employed in child care centers and kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province. Self-report questionnaires were used to investigate teachers' happiness, social support and job performance. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression with the SPSS program. Results: The results of this study were as follow. First, teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' happiness. The highest correlation sub-variable was purpose in life. Next were personal growth, self-acceptance, environmental mastery and autonomy. And the last was positive relationships with others. Teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' social support. The highest correlation sub-variable was evaluative support. Next were affective support and material support. And the last was informative support. Second, teachers' happiness and social support affected job performance. Evaluative support, which was a sub-variable of social support, affected job satisfaction. And personal growth, purpose in life, and self-acceptance, which were sub-variables of happiness, affected job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study revealed that teacher's happiness and social support were important factors for teachers job performance.

  • A concept is a building block of a theory. The purpose of a concept analysis is to clarify the critical attributes of a concept and identify its real meaning, particularly if the concept is not understood in a clear and accurate manner. This study was conducted to analyze the concept of support, which has been adopted from another discipline and unclearly used in nursing science. For concept analysis of this study, Walker and Avant's method was used. Support is defined as a domain with emotional. informational. material and evaluative aspects. Critical attributes of the concept of support included (1) an experience of support between a support provider and a client, (2) communication, (3) a relationship of mutual interchange of emotional, informational, material, evaluative support, and (4) intention, Cases related to the concept of support included model cases and appendix cases (against. boundary, and related). Antecedents of support were anxiety, depression, and loss of self-esteem, and consequences of support were comfort, increase of self-esteem, and trust. Based on these results, a nursing intervention that can provide a better quality of life for the prevention of diseases, health management, and health promotion may be developed in the future.

결혼이주여성의 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 가족지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Self-efficacy of Married Immigrant Women's on Quality of Life - Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Family Support -)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성들의 삶의 질에 자아존중감의 영향력과 가족지지의 조절효과를 검증하기 위하여 다문화가족지원센터에서 언어 및 직업교육 등을 받는 국제 결혼이주여성들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여, 그 중 279명을 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 둘째, 가족지지의 정보적지지는 삶의 질에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치고, 평가적지지, 물질적지지는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 자아존중감과 상호작용항에서는 정서적지지는 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 평가적지지, 물질적지지의 상호작용항은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보적지지의 상호작용항은 삶의 질에 정적인 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 결혼이주여성들의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인은 한국가족이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 시댁가족들이 결혼이주여성을 자신의 가족으로 받아들이고 지지를 해주어야 한국에서의 안정인 정착과 더불어 삶의 질이 높아진다고 볼 수 있겠다.

학교관리자의 지원에 대한 영양(교)사의 인식과 직무만족도 (Perception on School Administrator's Supports and Job Satisfaction by Nutrition Teachers (Dietitian))

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the association between school administrator support as perceived by nutrition teachers (dietitians) and job satisfaction in order to provide data concerning efficient job performance of nutrition teachers, to determine effects of school administrator support on job satisfaction in nutrition teachers, and to provide basic data that could help improve school meals. Major supporters of nutrition teachers (dietitians) were chief administrators (55.3%), principals (27.2%), assistant principals (15.0%), and managers in charge (2.4%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.38 for perception of school administrator support, 3.66 for emotional support, 3.27 for informational support, 3.22 for instrumental support, and 3.11 for evaluation support. Support of nutrition teachers (dietitians) by school managers included emotional support (3.66)>informational support (3.27)>instrumental support (3.22)>evaluative support (3.11). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.37 for job satisfaction, as follows: work performance (4.19)>interpersonal relationships (3.39)>job satisfaction in general (3.37)>job itself (3.29)>job environment (3.07)>performance rating and benefits system (2.70). Statistically significant correlation was observed between perception of school administrator support and job satisfaction (r= .771, p< .01). Therefore, school administrators are necessary to provide evaluative supports to nutrition teachers (dietitians), performance assessment, employee benefit packages, and improvement of school meal plans and quality.

평가염려 완벽주의와 심리적 고통의 관계: 정서중심 대처와 지각된 효능감의 매개효과 (The Relation Between Evaluative Concern Perfectionism and Psychological Distress: Emotion-focused Coping and Perceived Efficacy as Mediators)

  • 본 연구에서는 관련 이론과 선행 연구결과를 바탕으로 평가염려 완벽주의가 정서중심 대처와 지각된 효능감을 매개로 심리적 고통에 영향을 미치는 인과적 구조모형을 설정하고, 그 적합도와 개별 변수의 영향력을 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해 서울 소재 3개의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 241명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 전체 집단을 대상으로 모형을 검증한 결과, 평가염려 완벽주의에서 심리적 고통으로 가는 직접 경로를 제외한 완전매개모형이 자료를 더 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성별에 따른 모형의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 다집단분석을 실시한 결과, 남학생과 여학생 집단 모두에서 완전매개모형이 더 적합한 것으로 나타나 형태동일성 가정이 성립되었고, 측정동일성과 구조동일성 가정 또한 성립되어 경로계수가 남녀집단에 따라 다르지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 남녀집단 모두에서 평가염려 완벽주의가 정서중심 대처와 지각된 효능감을 매개로 심리적 고통에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 평가염려 완벽주의, 정서중심 대처, 지각된 효능감은 심리적 고통 변량의 약 40%를 설명하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담실제에 대한 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

The Influence of the Social Support on the Job Attitude of Public Social Worker : Focusing on the mediating effects of Self-Esteem

  • The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

예술심리치료사의 일터영성 및 사회적지지가 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Workplace Spirituality and Social Support of Art Psychotherapists on Interpersonal Relationships)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 예술심리치료사의 일터영성, 사회적지지, 대인관계의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 예술심리치료사 114명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리치료사의 일터영성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 일터영성의 하위요인인 소명의식, 내면의식, 공감의식은 대인관계에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 일터영성의 하위요인인 공동체의식, 초월의식은 대인관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술심리치료사의 사회적지지가 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 사회적지지의 하위요인인 평가적지지, 물질적지지는 대인관계에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 사회적지지의 하위요인인 정서적지지, 정보적지지는 대인관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예술심리치료사의 소명의식, 내면의식, 공감의식, 평가적지지, 물질적지지 요인이 높을수록 대인관계가 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리치료사들의 긍정적인 대인관계 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
