대학캠퍼스 건축물의 형태적 요소 및 이미지평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Image Evaluation and Morphological Elements of Buildings In the University Campus)

  • This study evaluates the relationship among the evaluation structure of morphological elements, the satisfaction on exterior elements, and the image evaluation for the campus landmarks by campus type. The investigation results are summarized as follows. 1) The university headquarter was nominated as the university landmark, and the main reason for the nomination was the building's historic and locational value. 2) Of the morphological elements of the campus landmark, 'proportion and balance' and 'harmony and order' were deemed important, while 'diversity' was deemed less important. 3) For the satisfaction on the facility's exterior elements, the evaluation structure was different for each university. However, the factor of 'location of the facility' was deemed the biggest factor for satisfaction for all universities, while the facility's 'color and material' were found to be the most dissatisfying factors. 4) The image evaluation on the facility was different for each university. Although there was a strong skeptical image about 'liveliness', there was a very positive image about 'elegance' and 'scale'. 5) On the relationship between the satisfaction on exterior elements and the image evaluation, there was a different evaluation structure for each university. 'Facility's color and exterior material' were the main elements which improved the overall image of the facility. Thus, the study results strongly suggest that an important task is to determine the maintenance direction through the emphasis on the relationship between exterior elements and image satisfaction for each university.

지역대표도서관 입지환경 평가에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Assessment of Location Environment of a Regional Central Library - The Case of Daegu Metropolitan City -)

  • 이 연구는 대구 대표도서관의 입지선정을 위한 평가요소와 지표를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 사회적 여건, 물리적 여건, 경제적 여건, 사업시행 여건 등 4개 영역에 12개의 평가요소를 제시하였으며, 전문가집단의 입지 평가 요소에 대해 가중치에 대한 검증을 토대로 7개의 대구 대표도서관 건립 후보지에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 입지에 대한 연구진의 자체평가 결과에 대해 전문가집단의 검증평가를 실시한 결과 평가 일치도가 높은 것으로 나타나 객관성과 타당성을 확보하였다. 본 연구는 향후 지역대표도서관 및 공공도서관의 입지를 선정하는데 객관적인 평가기준을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

조망거리에 따른 농촌경관의 농촌다움 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of the Rurality by the Distance of View)

  • Improve the rural views of the Government and the municipalities with the intention of rural landscape planning. However, rural scenery evaluation of landscape types and element categories, landscape scenes, such as the valuation of resources selected, form a coherent system and ecological point of view is not only a Visual perspective of evaluation, or evaluation is made. Location Selection Factors for International Distribution Center in Port Hinterland - A Review of Busan New Port Hinterland from User's Perspective -

  • As port functions change to act as an economic catalyst and take on a central position in industries engaged in international trade, port hinterland has become a significant component in international shipping. The success of port hinterland as a strategic base of logistic activities critically depends on location selection factor for international distribution center that links elements of global supply chain management. By examining multi-measurement items empirically, this paper analyzed location selection factor for international logistics distribution center in port hinterland, and evaluated Busan new port hinterland from the user's perspective. Employing exploratory factor analysis, the results revealed that the model structured around five factors incorporating geo-location and accessibility, availability, political supports, cost factors, and quality of business environment is valid and reliable in the context of the location selection factors for logistics distribution center in the context of port hinterland operations. The evaluation of Busan new port hinterland provides useful insights for strategic improvement to accommodate the users' expectation. Further, the model offers both a descriptive and diagnostic strategic management tool for port hinterland development and operations, to guide future improvement.

울산시 서부생활권 내 주거지구의 도시적요소에 대한 비교 (Urban Factors of Residential Area in the “Western Region of Ulsan City” -Focused on the Mugeo, Daun, Gulhwa, Guyoung, and Cheonsang districts-)

  • The aims of this study was to provide information of sites to potential buyers and apartment builders through a comparative investigation on the urban criteria in 5 disDicts of Usan city Mugeo, Daun, Guhwa, Guyoung, and Cheonsang. The content analysis method was used to determine the urban factors which reviewed the urban and environment plan legal system and contents of plans which analyzed the housing characteristics in Ulsan city. Also utilized were professional's opinion and various emphasized elements such as the location of apartments through newspaper advertisement from 1990 to 1999. The urban evaluation factors used in this study were degree of air and noise pollulion, traffic facilities, land use, living environment and economics. Major findings are as follows: Mugeo area has the most convenience community facilities, Guyoung and Cheonsang areas have excellent natural environment-air and noise pollution.

A Study on Lighting Environmental Evaluation of Senior Welfare Centers Based on biophilia

  • Light is an essential environmental element for elderly people to do various activities. At senior welfare centers, healthy indoor lighting is especially necessary because the facilities are used by the elderly to perform their mostly indoor activities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate light environments at senior welfare centers for well-being lighting characteristics. We based the study on the 'Biophilia' theory, a concept related to health from happiness. Thus, this study is mainly based on literary review and survey research. For this, we conducted a location focused field study to identify the current state of the lighting environments at senior welfare centers in Busan, South Korea. First, we constructed structural questionnaire to evaluate lighting environment based on 'Light and Space' biophilia theory. Then, to survey subjective evaluation, the participant of research included total of 122 senior welfare center users. Based on the results of this research, the conclusions are as follows; 1) overall, it seems that the overall result of the light environmental evaluation seems to be high because the evaluated facilities in the case survey in large-scale were recently built elderly welfare centers. 2) most of the healing design elements are focused on the introduction of natural light and psychological influence. The satisfaction with actual natural light is evaluated to be high. Although shadow and reflected light are very important in discrimination and recognition of indoor space and wayfinding, the evaluation of reflected light and shadow was low for the study. 3) items that are related to the functionality of the light were highly evaluated, while the items that are related to the spatiality of the light were rated poorly. This study has its significance when examining the effects of light environments within the welfare center form of the perspective of senior citizens. It can be referenced when reconsidering the recognition of light environment as a major consideration factor to establish a desirable senior welfare center environment.

  • This study was carried out for evaluating the interior thermal environment in KBS Open hall with large ceiling height and large space. Ventilation systems of KBS Open hall have combined mixing ventilation and downward displacement ventilation system. Temperature and velocity was measured 130 locations with low level(0.1m), mid level(0.6m) and high level(1.1m). But relative humidity was measured at 15 locations. The subjective thermal sensation was made an inquiry of occupancy at the location measured physical elements.

우리나라 신도시 초등학교의 통학로 안전환경 비교분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Assessment of Elementary School Environment in Korea)

  • 우리나라의 교육환경평가제도는 그 동안 많은 역할을 한 것도 사실이지만, 통학로 안전환경 조성에는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 교육환경평가 항목중 '학교위치'를 중심으로 통학로 안전의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 평가지표 개발을 위한 기초적 연구자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 각종의 문헌 및 선행연구서나 논문 등의 자료를 기초로 통학의 안전성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 판단되는 계획요소와 이들 계획요소별 안전성 평가기준을 제시하였다. 또한, 경기도지역내 3개 신도시(SB, DB, PK) 총 27개 초등학교를 대상으로 통학로 안전 실태조사를 하였다. 조사분석은 20개 계획요소에 대하여 평가기준에 따라 '우수(5점), 보통(3점), 미흡(1점)'의 3등급 척도로 구분하고, 각 요소별 점수를 5점에 최대취득 점수는 100점 만점으로 하였다. 본 연구의 주요연구결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 개발시기가 다른 'SB(53.38점)

  • 단지계획 또는 특정 목적의 시설물 설립을 위한 적지선정은 제반여건과 주변환경을 면밀하게 고려해야 한다. 특히, 인간의 생활공간이라면 채광 및 통풍, 부지활용의 효용성 등이 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위해서 3차원 지형 모델링과 가상 시뮬레이션을 통한 다각적인 입체분석이 필요하다. 이러한 지형모델링에 필수적인 고해상 위성영상이 아리랑2호 위성(KOMPSAT2)을 통해 국내기술로 제공되고 있으므로 저렴한 비용으로 처리가 가능해 졌다. 본 연구에서는 특정목적의 단지계획을 위해 몇 개의 후보지를 선정하고 3차원 지형모델링과 토지정보를 이용하여 적지분석을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 필지분석, 지가산정, 경사도 분석, 향분석을 실시하였으며 각 후보지 별 평가지표를 마련하여 정량적인 평가를 시도한 결과 효율적이며 합리적으로 적지선정을 할 수 있었다.
