In this study the traffic noises were investigated for the subjective allowing limitation ion and the testified classes, 7 point scale was selected to evaluate the annoyance level with vocabularies. As a result, 'relatively annoying' is the most suitable expression for the allowing 1imitation, and the sound pressure levels for the traffic was 44.4㏈.

This study is intended to formulate the issues through the status analysis and image evaluation for each street on the basis of colors for the outdoor advertisements for part of street side in the oldest downtown for its construction year. Analysing the business type of the street side, it displays the identity of the fashion business area and the color status shown on the outdoor advertisement did not consider the harmony on the other business type and building improvements that it displays chaotic street views in overall. Status of color for the outdoor advertisement compared and analyzed for each street-side to be analyzed with high color contrast with the building structure and outdoor advertisements than the Street B side where there are many businesses of fashion sundries and fashion clothes to form more complicated street scenery visually for the Street A side. The color combination principle of building structure and outdoor advertisement was shown to be the factor for the contrasting unity and diversity. In order not to stimulate this visual confusion, the colors of outdoor advertisement has to be applied on the basis of the color guideline based on the color combination principle of outdoor advertisement and building structure to have the aesthetic harmony overall. As a result of analysis using the KJ method, the present image of the old downtown area was shown with the adjective vocabularies of "complicated", "out-dated", "chaotic", "disorganized", "dirty", "suffocating", and "unilateral", and its image to strive for would be in a total of 6 adjective vocabularies of "well-arranged", "young", "dynamic", "sophisticated", "personable" and "neat", and it has presented the basic foundation of color guideline of outdoor advertisement fit for its image.

For the comfortable housing life, an urban environment should give comfort and pleasantness to people living in house and in city. There are lots of environmental conditions in city affecting house and life and most of all the noise pollution have been become factor that makes people's life hard without need to say. Recently researches have been performed to create comfortable urban environment and a study on the evaluation of urban environmental sounds is now undergoing. This study aimed to analyse the subjective characteristics through the subjective evaluation to the sounds measured with physical parameters and eventually to find out evaluation method for urban environmental sounds. Vocabularies applied to previous studies were used for the subjective evaluation and sound sources recorded in specific places were presented with picture at the same time.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement scale for evaluating the auditory affect of automobile engine sounds. Methods: In order to collect affective vocabulary, literature review, user tests, and expert interviews were conducted. Affective vocabulary related to automobile engine sounds was selected through three methods. To develop the evaluation scale, open/close card-sorting and expert interview-based survey method was used. Results: The results of this study are as follows; In order to select the main affective vocabulary from the collected vocabulary, 39 vocabularies with a frequency of 5 or higher were selected as vocabulary expressing the main auditory affect of automobile engine sounds. Each affective vocabulary is divided into three di- mensions, it was confirmed that the conceptual model for the auditory affect of automobile engine sounds is composed of three levels: intuitive, descriptive, and evaluative of hierarchical structure. As a result of the study, four indices of intuitive dimension, seven indices of descriptive dimension, and one index of evaluative dimension were derived from the evaluation scale of the auditory affect in an automobile engine sound. Conclusion: The auditory evaluation scale developed in this study can be used to systematically measure and evaluate the auditory affect of automobile engine sounds.

Korean Classical Music, as the abbreviated wording for 'Korean Music', is being used as the indicating phraseology for our traditional music that distinguishing from Western Music, the foreign music or foreign-styled popular music. Since such Korean Classical Music has the different acoustic characteristics from Western Music, it needs its own performance space for the special exclusive-use of Korean Classical Music. Likewise, even though the demand for the performance space of special exclusive-use for Korean Classical Music where Korean Classical Music is rendering, is on increasing tendency due to the increase of national concern about traditional culture art, since it is being planned without any concrete standard or method that gratifies the supreme listening condition, it is the real situation that a securement of the satisfying acoustic condition is very difficult, after the completion of construction. On such viewpoint, in order to evaluate the acoustic characteristics of the performance space of special exclusive-use for Korean Classical Music, based on the subjective response which reflects human being's psychological attribute at first, this Study has attempted to extract the proper evaluation vocabulary for appraisement on Korean Classical Music. The abstracted vocabulary in such way would be used significantly for Subjective Response Evaluation in order for the evaluation on the Acoustic Characteristics of the performance space of special exclusive-use for Korean Classical Music.

본 논문에서는 ETRI에서 개발한 가변 어휘 음성 인식기의 어휘 독립 음향 모델링 방법을 기술하고, 이 모델의 어휘 종속, 어휘 독립 및 어휘적응 성능을 평가하기 위하여 다 양한 고립단어 및 연속음성 DB에 대하여 실험한 결과를 분석하였다. 평가를 위하여 사용한 음성 DB로는 고립단어 음성으로 POW(Phonetically Optimized Words) 3848, PBW(Phonetically Balanced Words) 445, PBW 452, 호텔예약 244 단어, 게임 제어용 단어 등이며, 연속음성으로 일반 문장 음성 및 연속 숫자음을 이용하였다. 성능 분석 결과 40개 음소 모델만으로도 비교적 높은 인식률을 보여 주었지만, 어휘독립의 경우는 어휘종속에 비 하여 성능이 크게 낮았고, 특히 대상 어휘가 숫자음, 알파벳, 연속음 등의 경우에는 POW 데이터나 PBW 데이터만 가지고는 우수한 가변 어휘 음성 인식기를 구현하기에 한계가 있 음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 훈련 데이터의 어휘와 평가데이터의 어휘가 비슷할 경우에는 변이음 모델을 사용하면 음소 모델만을 사용할 경우에 비하여 그 성능이 우수하였지만, 일반적인 어휘독립의 상황에서는 효과가 별로 없음을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose With the increasing number of foreign travelers visiting Korea, it is a heavy question to evaluate service quality of typical domestic hotel companies. Our research aims to evaluate service quality of domestic hotels in Korea from the perspective of foreign travelers in order to provide the quality improvements that call attention for the hotel management. Design/Methodology/Approach In this paper, topics of sentiment followed Lodging Quality Index(LQI) dimensions classifying lodging service quality appropriately. Also, we employed word2vec algorithm which calculates similarity and affinity among the vocabularies accurately. To calculate sentiment of each dimension, we adopted scores from SentiWordNet. Findings From the result, we found the number of foreign travelers particularly satisfied with cleanliness, politeness, and problem solving skills. In contrast, it has also been found out that both promptness of services and efficiency of communication do not fulfill the requirements of travelers.

For the accurate evaluations of influence of construction noise, it is necessary to investigate not only physical characteristics of construction noise but also the subjective psycho-acoustical respects of individual persons. To develope the effective evaluation procedures for construction noise, we investigated Korean vocabularies which can express the feelings for construction noise, and analyzed psychological factors influencing on the subjective feelings of persons, through a series of psycho-acoustical experiments to construction noise. As a result of, it was found that the construction noise sources including the six factors. And this study intends to get the basic data for the evaluations about construction noise.

It is getting higher the demand on a good sound in a car. Like some other sensory qualities, achieving a good sound is still treated as a black-box followed by the individual taste of tuning engineers. This study aims to define the attributes of a good car audio sound and the assessment factors affecting the sound quality. With a variety of surveys on professional listening groups and car audio installers, 26 most frequently used vocabularies are selected as typical presentations of car audio sound quality. After repetitions of listening tests with deliberately selected test CD, pre-recorded 15 different digital car-recordings, headphones replay system, and three different listening groups, it is proved that there are at least 5 different assessment factors which significantly affect the car audio sound quality. They are high fidelity, spectral balance, tonal accuracy, sound stage and acoustic fault.

There has being developed elementary mathematics textbooks currently based on the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. Vocabularies used in mathematics textbooks are mainly determined by the authors to develop textbooks. The purpose of this study was to investigate the adequacy of elementary school mathematics textbooks based on the unit structure and vocabulary, and to provide implications for elementary mathematics textbooks which is currently in development, in accordance with the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result, there were found some problems in the unit structure and vocabulary of elementary mathematics textbooks.
