This study was conducted to develop a portable quality evaluation system of bee-honey by near infrared spectroscopic technique. Two kinds of bee-honeys from acacia and polyflower sources were tested in this study. The system consists of power supply, tungsten-halogen lamp, detector, and optical fiber probe. Performance of the system was analyzed by comparing the prediction accuracy of the laboratory spectrophotometer. Total of 346 spectra was divided into a calibration set and a prediction set. The PLS (Partial Least Squares) models were developed to predict the quality parameters of bee-honeys. Reflectance spectra, moisture contents, ash, invert sugar, sucrose, F/G ratio, HMF(hydroxy methyl furfural), and $C^{12}/C^{13}$ ratio of honeys were measured. The PLS models of the laboratory spectrophotometer showed good relationships between predicted and measured quality parameters of honeys in the wavelength range of 1.100~2.200 nm. The PLS analysis of the portable quality evaluation system showed good relationships between predicted and measured quality parameters of honeys in the wavelength range of 1.100~1.300 nm and 1.400~1.700 nm. The results showed the feasibility of the portable quality evaluation system to determine the quality parameters of bee-honey in the field during harvesting.

Because the traditional network information security vulnerability risk assessment method does not set the weight, it is easy for security personnel to fail to evaluate the value of information security vulnerability risk according to the calculation value of network centrality, resulting in poor evaluation effect. Therefore, based on the network security data element feature system, this study designed a quantitative assessment method of network information security vulnerability detection risk under single transmission state. In the case of single transmission state, the multi-dimensional analysis of network information security vulnerability is carried out by using the analysis model. On this basis, the weight is set, and the intrinsic attribute value of information security vulnerability is quantified by using the qualitative method. In order to comprehensively evaluate information security vulnerability, the efficacy coefficient method is used to transform information security vulnerability associated risk, and the information security vulnerability risk value is obtained, so as to realize the quantitative evaluation of network information security vulnerability detection under single transmission state. The calculated values of network centrality of the traditional method and the proposed method are tested respectively, and the evaluation of the two methods is evaluated according to the calculated results. The experimental results show that the proposed method can be used to calculate the network centrality value in the complex information security vulnerability space network, and the output evaluation result has a high signal-to-noise ratio, and the evaluation effect is obviously better than the traditional method.

This study was to secure the safety of poor appearance distribution concrete poles effectively and to reduce the replacement costs of them by developing a soundness evaluation index. The researcher of this study investigated poor appearance types of concrete pole, collected 53 of test samples, and tested pole strength. As a result of strength test, only 17 percent of poor appearance concrete poles were below 2.0 of safety factor spec. As results of multiple regression analysis, it is verified that surface air void, horizontal crack, net-shaped crack, elapsed year, vertical crack, and deterioration in concrete compressive strength have statistically negative effects on safety factor of concrete poles in a significant level. The researcher set up a soundness evaluation index by using multiple regression equation, and suggested that poor appearance concrete poles should be replaced or reinforced only in case of soundness evaluation score of 150 or above.

Recently, the research and discussion to set up the evaluation standard for nor impact noises in multistory residential buildings has been vividly carried out In Korea. Therefore, the correlation between the methods and auditory responses was investigated through this research to investigate the applicability of the L index evaluation method and the reverse A characteristics evaluation method that are listed in JIS A 1419 since Japanese circumstance are similar to Korean after evaluating the duality of Korean multistory residential buildings. As a result, it was found that the correlation between the value resulted from L index evaluation and the value from reverse A characteristics evaluation is high. In addition, it was also revealed that human responses to each Impacter was similar. Consequently, it is considered th:31 the tendency about the two methods would be similar.

There is currently a focus on usability of interactive computer software. Previous research in software ergonomics has indicated the importance of evaluating the usability of software user interfaces. Software developers, interface designers or human foctors engineers often confront the task of comparative evaluation among systems, versions or interface designs. This study presents a structured model for comparative evaluation of user interface designs using usability criteria and measures. The proposed model consists of twomain phases : the prescreening phase ad the evaluation phase. The first phase involves expert judgment-based approach with qualitative criteria. The prescreening phase uses absolute measurement analytic hierarchy process to filter possible altermative interfaces to a reasonable subset. The second phase involves user-based approach such as usability testing, with quantitative criteria. The objective of the evaluation phase is to evaluate a subset of altermatives using objective measures. A set of criteria and measures for evaluating the usability of computer software designs is presented. The proposed model provides practitioners with a structured approach to select the best interface based on usability criteria and measures.

This study investigates the difference in the evaluation of English pronunciation quality between native speakers of English and Korean learners of English. This study employs a novel method of independently evaluating the prosody and segmentals of English sentences. A set of stimuli were made by swapping the prosody and the segmentals of English sentences read by a native speaker of American English and a Korean learner of English. Evaluations of the difference level of stimuli pairs and the goodness of the pronunciation quality showed that both native speakers of English and Korean learners of English give priority to the segmentals but native speakers of English were more sensitive to the difference in prosody in the evaluation of English pronunciation.

Demand for manpower of conducting pharmaco-economic evaluation was investigated. The priority order of conducting economic evaluation on the already listed drugs was set by the budget impact for health insurance by the therapeutic groups. Manpower demand was estimated by the Anatomical, Therapeutical, Chemical (ATC) code. The total number of economic evaluation on the already listed drugs is estimated to be 346 cases. Based on these numbers, at least 53${\sim}$102 of full-time-equivalent (FTE) manpower is needed for conducting economic evaluation per year in the following 5 years.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

This research investigates how interest develops across a set of tasks within a course defined by a specific knowledge domain. The current study examined the relationships among self-concept, self-efficacy, Korea-related factors, and evaluation, in the context of learning about the Hanbok costume at Chinese universities. A survey (n=300) was conducted using an online survey website (www.sojump.com) from the 1st to the 25th of June. The structural equation model (SEM) analysis, including total and specific forms of self-evaluation with Hanbok courses, showed that self-concept was positively associated with self-efficacy. Conversely, K-culture interest and K-country image did not significantly affect self-efficacy in clothing, but positively affected Hanbok's self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the more self-efficacy perceived, the higher the level of evaluation. Overall, our findings imply that supporting the students' Korean culture interest, country image perception, and self-concept for regulation can enhance self-evaluation and self-realization success. Theoretical and practical implications for Hanbok courses are discussed.

온실가스 에너지 목표관리제 시행에 따라 대상기업 및 사업장에서는 온실가스 배출량 및 에너지 사용량 명세서, 목표관리 이행계획서 및 실적(온실가스 감축 잠재량 실적의 검증) 보고서 작성 등 당면과제가 놓여 있다. 따라서 관련 컨설팅 기업들이 대상기업의 감축목표를 달성하기 위하여 온실가스 감축시스템을 구축하고 실행하도록 유도하기 위한 방안의 하나로 우수기업 지정제와 같은 제도의 도입이 요청되고 있다. 본고에서는 온실가스 감축컨설팅 우수기업 지정에 관한 방안이 원활하게 시행되기 위한 제도화 방안으로 지정대상, 평가절차, 평가기준의 설정 및 평가기관의 평가위원회 구성 등 대안을 제시하였다.
