응급의료기관 평가에서 구조영역과 과정영역의 평가기준 관계 분석 (The Relationship Between Evaluation Criteria of Structure and Process in Evaluation of an Emergerncy Medical Services)

  • Recently, the importance of emergency medical services has emerged, as rapid advances in urbanization and industrial development. Accordingly, the need for effective emergency medical services is increasing, and the evaluation of an emergengy medical services centers is conducted to meet these policy needs. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the structure and the process domain of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center based on the Donabedian's model and to verify the validity as an index of quality evaluation through the results. As a result of the analysis, there were some indicators that showed a different direction than expected, but generally there was a significant correlation between the structure and process domains of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center. This suggests that the process can be improved by improving the structure. In conclusion, as structure and process indicators in evaluation of an emergency medical services center show significant relationship, it can be evaluated as validity as a tool to measure the quality of emergency medical services.

웹기반 서비스 인증.평가제도 발전방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Web-based Services Evaluation and Certification Program)

  • Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 수준을 측정하고, 보안성과 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해서 모바일 웹서비스 보안 서비스의 개요와 보안 위협을 정의한 후, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 방법을 정의하였다. 또한, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가를 위한 요구사항들을 정의하였고, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 프레임워크를 구성하였다. 마지막으로, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 프레임워크를 이용한 평가 시나리오에 대한 예제를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 방안을 통해서, 모바일 웹서비스가 제공되기 이전에 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 수준을 점검할 수 있으며, 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 대한 대응책을 마련할 수 있다. 이를 통해서, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 모바일 웹서비스의 활성화를 촉진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 대학도서관 연구성과 서비스 개발 및 운영 모형 연구 (A Model for the Development and Operation of Research Evaluation Services in Academic Libraries in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학도서관에서 수행하고 있는 연구성과 서비스의 도입, 성장, 현재 운영 내용 및 향후 계획을 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 향후 서비스 도입을 고려하는 도서관이 참고할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 연구성과 서비스를 선도적으로 제공하고 있는 4개의 대학도서관을 대상으로 서비스 담당자와의 심층면담을 수행하였다. 심층면담의 내용은 성장, 운영, 서비스를 포함하는 5개의 범주로 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 연구성과 서비스는 대학 연구경쟁력 강화를 지원하려는 목적으로 학내 구성원의 요구 또는 서비스 확대를 위한 도서관 내부의 기획으로 2010년 전후로 시작되었고, 시스템의 개선과 서비스 내용의 확대를 통하여 지속적으로 서비스가 강화되어온 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연구성과 서비스의 개발과 운영을 위해 참조할 수 있는 연구성과 서비스의 종합적인 모형을 제시하였다.

임상전문분야별 의사 설문조사를 통한 병원서비스 평가 방법 연구 (A study on a hospital services evaluation method by physician survey)

  • A physician survey was done by mailing for the purpose of performing hospital services evaluation and ranking. A slightly over one thousand samples were drawn from the list of professional societies, and 324 physicians(about 32 percent) replied. This study has focused on developing easy and simple method to evaluate hospital services, and providing patients with useful information. Hospital service structure and process were evaluated without outcome evaluation, because it is difficult to obtain reliable data regarding health services outcome indicators. Clinical specialty was targeted to evaluate, and three specialties were chosen, that is obstetrics & gynecology, cardiology, and proctology. Among 16 structural indicators, four indicators were finally chosen in each specialty by respondent specialists. And then using these indicators, structural score was calculated for study hospitals. For process evaluation, physicians were requested to nominate five most famous hospitals. The nomination score and structural score were summed up to produce final score and hospital ranking. This method is very easy to conduct rather than other hospital services evaluation methods prevailing in Korea. And it is more useful for patients to choose hospitals, according to his/her own purpose, because it gives high ranking hospitals with specific clinical specialty.

  • This paper provides an economic evaluation model for public web services which are mainly operated by government agencies. Though there are various services, this paper focus on services for bottleneck problem solving and management information providing. This paper suggests quantitative and qualitative effects of public web services and evaluates them with I-NET users using e-mail surveys. This Paper mv provide a guideline for the future investment on public web services.

  • Convergence services are very important to mobile operators in next generation mobile networks. However, mobile operators cannot deal with all convergence services because there are numerous convergence services. Thus, they should select and develop main technologies to provide convergence services which are areas to grow our business. In this paper, we introduce basic technologies to provide convergence services and then present some evaluation models to select an important area and technology.

온라인 정보 서비스 품질평가모델에 대한 귀납적 연구 : 국가 온라인 정보 서비스 NTIS와 NDSL을 중심으로 (An Inductive Study on the Service Quality Evaluation Model of Online Information Service : Focusing on the National Online Information Service NTIS and NDSL)

  • As diverse online information services are introduced and the use of them are increasing, the importance of the quality control over the online information services is also increasing. Therefore, studies are being attempted to derive quality evaluation models for online information services, but these showed many limitations. In order to overcome the limitations of the previous studies and create more appropriate quality evaluation model, this study analyzed 408 data collected through the interviews with the users of Korea national online information services (NDSL, NTIS) using content analysis and the coding method of ground theory. Through the analysis, we identified the quality evaluation model (13 elements, 6 dimensions) of online information services and the description and insights of each elements. And the priorities of the most significant element(amount of information) and other key elements(such as the usefulness of the information, the diversity of the field, etc.) were figured out through the frequency analysis. Through these inductive methods based on the responses of users, the quality control model could be derived, which is different from the previous researches. This study is the first study which derived the quality evaluation model of online information service through the inductive way based on 408 interview responses from users. Therefore, the results of this study will be helpful to the post researchers who conduct studies on the quality of online information service, etc. Moreover, the results of this study are expected to provide references of frame for decision-making of working-level officials who have to manage the quality of online information services.

다중의사결정모델을 이용한 블록체인 서비스 효용 평가 프레임워크 (A Utility Evaluation Framework of Blockchain Services using a MCDM)

  • Blockchain has gone beyond the proof-of-concept level and is converging with various industries and fields, moving toward the service development and commercialization stage. However, although various blockchain technologies and services are emerging, their development is quite slow and their widespread application to various industries is difficult. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify areas with high introduction utility when applying blockchain services in actual industries and to develop a method to evaluate the utility of blockchain services for this purpose. This paper proposes a framework for evaluating the utility of blockchain services using a multi-criteria decision-making model. Through a case study on the utility evaluation of blockchain services, the proposed framework was applied to domestic and foreign blockchain services to evaluate its utility and verify its applicability. It is expected that the proposed framework will be able to identify industrial and functional characteristics where actual blockchain services can be introduced and demonstrate effective utility and can be used to develop blockchain services in various industrial fields.

요양병원평가가 요양병원 종사자의 근무환경, 직무만족과 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of National Evaluation of Long-Term Care Hospitals on Hospital Workers' Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Quality of Services)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the work environment and job satisfaction of hospital workers and to assess their effects on quality of services under the national long-term care hospital evaluation (hereafter, national evaluation), which has implemented since 2008. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted on 178 hospital workers' at 18 hospitals in Chungcheong province, Korea. Survey questionnaires include questions about respondent' awareness of the national evaluation and any change in work environment and job satisfaction under the national evaluation. We used a path analysis to assess the effects of work environment and job satisfaction on quality of services. Results: Results showed that the effects of the national evaluation on work environment and job satisfaction were positive, which, in turn, leads to better quality of services. Improvements in the work environment under the national evaluation have resulted in increased job satisfaction. High scores for job satisfaction showed a significant association with the quality of services provided in long-term care hospitals. In addition, the national evaluation itself had a positive effect on improving quality of services. Conclusions: In order to facilitate quality improvement activities under the national evaluation, it is suggested that workers be provided with education and training. Continuous efforts to improve work environment and to enhance job satisfaction would lead to provision of better quality of services in long-term care hospitals.
