Since World War II nations have formed alliances for reasons of security and trade. Countries have seen international integration as an appropriate approach to resolving domestic and international political issues, improving their welfare by both transforming their infrastructures and increasing their foreign trade. While the majority of these relationships are straightforward d Turkey's relationship with the European Union is more complex due to differences in religion and, at times, political ideology from other Union members. As a candidate country Turkey has made advances towards the full membership of the European Union with the customs union being the most significant. The impact of customs union membership is discussed and the effects of the customs union on Turkey's trade and economy are examined from a perspective of different economic theories.

The main purpose of this study is to analyse what are the key financial innovations in the euro area electronic payment systems. TARGET2 is the RTGS-system provided through the Eurosystem. It is used for settling central bank operations, for large interbank transfers in euro and also for other euro-denominated transfers. The specific features of TARGET2 include processing in real time, settlement in central bank money and immediate finality. In addition, the SEPA is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers denominated in euro. In particular, the main innovations consist of the completion of the phased migration to the TARGET2 infrastructure, and the introduction of a single retail payment market in euro - the SEPA and its products, schemes and frameworks. As the study analyse, the key innovations consist of the TARGET2 introduction, SEPA establishment and migration towards the T2S system. These innovations will lead to a better understanding of the payment and settlement systems' behavior in stress situations and to enhance the stability of the euro area financial system. Moreover, the successful integration of the European payment and settlement infrastructures will further contribute to the integration of the European financial markets, as well as to their higher competitiveness.

유럽연합의 경제적 통합과 지리적 확대는 역내 회원국간 교역흐름과 교역구조에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 첫째, 유럽연합의 역내 교역량은 경제통합과 단일시장 확대로 지속적으로 증가해 왔다. 이러한 교역량 확대는 시장통합에 따른 회원국간 무역창출 및 무역전환효과에 의한 것이기도 하지만, 신규 회원국의 가입에 따른 시장확대에 의해 이루어졌으며 신규 회원국의 가입이 교역량 증대에 미치는 효과는 점차 약화되고 있다. 둘째, 경제통합과 단일시장 확대에 따른 무역확대로 서부유럽은 물론 남부유럽과 중 동부유럽의 역내시장에 대한 수출 입 의존도는 증대되었다. 특히 남부유럽 및 중 동부 유럽의 역내 수출 입 의존도가 상대적으로 더 높게 증가하였다. 셋째, 유럽연합의 역내 회원국간 교역구조는 상품의 자유로운 이동과 단일시장 확대로 규모경제가 가능해짐으로써 상품의 차별화에 의한 산업내 교역이 증가하였다. 산업내 교역에서도 수평적 산업내 교역은 감소하고 수직적 산업내 교역은 증가하였다. 그리고 산업내 교역은 서부유럽의 교역에서 높았으며 산업간 교역은 남부유럽 및 중 동부유럽의 교역에서 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 그러나 남부유럽 및 일부 중 동부유럽국가의 교역구조도 산업간 교역에서 산업내 교역으로 변화되고 있다.

The TANDEM project is a European initiative funded under the EURATOM program. The project started on September 2022 and has a duration of 36 months. TANDEM stands for Small Modular ReacTor for a European sAfe aNd Decarbonized Energy Mix. Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) can be hybridized with other energy sources, storage systems and energy conversion applications to provide electricity, heat and hydrogen. Hybrid energy systems have the potential to strongly contribute to the energy decarbonization targeting carbon-neutrality in Europe by 2050. However, the integration of nuclear reactors, particularly SMRs, in hybrid energy systems, is a new R&D topic to be investigated. In this context, the TANDEM project aims to develop assessments and tools to facilitate the safe and efficient integration of SMRs into low-carbon hybrid energy systems. An open-source "TANDEM" model library of hybrid system components will be developed in Modelica language which, by coupling, will extend the capabilities of existing tools implemented in the project. The project proposes to specifically address the safety issues of SMRs related to their integration into hybrid energy systems, involving specific interactions between SMRs and the rest of the hybrid systems; new initiating events may have to be considered in the safety approach. TANDEM will study two hybrid systems covering the main trends of the European energy policy and market evolution at 2035's horizon: a district heating network and power supply in a large urban area, and an energy hub serving energy conversion systems, including hydrogen production; the energy hub is inspired from a harbor-like infrastructure. TANDEM will provide assessments on SMR safety, hybrid system operationality and techno-economics. Societal considerations will also be encased by analyzing European citizen engagement in SMR technology safety.

본고에서는 기록관리 그리고 그 담당자 아키비스트는 어떠한 사회 역사적 역할을 수행하는가? 하는 질문이 핵심의 화두다. 기록관리를 통해 공동체의 사회 역사적 증거가 제공되고 공동의 기억 및 의식 그리고 정체성이 확립되기 때문에 사회변동과 역사변혁을 위해 아키비스트의 역할은 실로 막대한 것이다. 필자는 유럽통합 과정에서 그리고 독일의 유럽적 차원에서 수행하는 나치 과거사 청산에서 아카이브즈 및 아키비스트가 수행하는 사회 역사적 역할을 실증적으로 탐색한다. 유럽인들은 민족주의 또는 국가주의를 전쟁의 원인으로 규명하였고 영구평화를 정착시키기 위해서는 초민족주의(Supranationalism) 또는 초국가주의 이념을 정립하고 실현해야 한다고 생각했다. 구체적인 방안으로 유럽통합을 구상하였다. 그리고 이들은 새로운 유럽, 즉 초국가주의 유럽의 미래를 개척하기 위하여 부끄러운 과거사를 철저히 반성하고 정리하여 새로운 유럽인 공동의 정체성을 확립해야 한다고 생각했다. 여기에서 그들은 아카이브즈 역할의 중요성을 절실히 깨달았다. 제 2차 세계대전이 끝나는 시점인 1945년부터 실질적인 유럽통합이 추진되었고 1989-90년 시점에서 베를린 장벽이 붕괴되고 현실사회주의가 와해되고 독일이 통일되면서 유럽통합은 큰 변동을 겪었다. 1945년부터 1990년까지는 냉전의 시기로서 유럽통합은 서유럽에 국한되는 서유럽통합이었고 1989-90년 이후부터는 탈냉전시기로서 유럽전체의 통합이 추진되었다. 이 시기에 동유럽의 국가들이 유럽연합에 가입하기 시작하였다. 이 과정에서 독일 아카이브즈와 아키비스트들이 과거청산의 핵심적인 역할을 수행함으로써 평화와 연대로 정의되는 유럽 공동의 미래상 정립에 크게 기여하였다. 이렇게 유럽통합 과정에서 아카이브즈와 아키비스트들이 중대한 역할을 수행할 수 있는 것은 공동의 기억과 이에 기반한 공동의 의식 정립이 상호 불가분한 관계에 있기 때문이다. 공동의 기억과 공동의 의식 정립은 공동체 정체성 확립을 위해 필수적이며 이러한 과정은 명확한 증거에 기초하여 이루어져야 한다. 명확한 증거의 제공은 무엇보다도 기록의 보존과 관리에 의해 가능하다. 이러한 맥락에서 아키비스트들의 존재 의의와 아카이브즈 운영의 목표가 충분히 인지되어야 할 것이다.

European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

유럽연합의 자동차산업은 생산공간의 확대와 경제통합의 심화 그리고 미국과 일본 등 역외 완성차업체의 시장진출로 생산방식 및 생산체계의 지리적 재구조화가 형성되고 있다. 생산활동의 글로벌화와 지역화로 완성차업체간 경쟁이 심화되면서 비용절감과 다양한 제품개발, 신속한 제품혁신 위해 생산방식이 플랫폼의 공용화와 모듈화된 부품조달체계로 변화되고 있다. 모듈화된 부품조달방식의 채택으로 완성차업체와 부품공급업체간의 역할이 재조정되고 생산활동과 관련된 다양한 생산기능들의 지리적 재구조화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 새로운 생산방식과 생산공간 확대, 그리고 경제통합의 심화에 의해 제공된 기회를 이용하기 위해 제품의 특성과 생산활동의 기능별 특성에 따라 공간적으로 전문화되고 집적화되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 고가모델의 생산과 연구 개발 및 전문서비스 기능은 중심부에서 강화되고 저가모델의 생산과 일반화된 장비 및 부품생산 기능은 주변부에 분산 입지하는 계층적 구조가 심화되고 있다.

이 논문에서는 글로벌 및 권역의 선진주식시장(미국, 영국, 독일)과 유럽 신흥주식시장(헝가리, 체코, 러시아, 폴란드) 사이의 수익률 및 변동성 연계를 VAR-이변량 GARCH 모형을 이용하여 연구하였다. 주요 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 수익률 측면에서의 정보전이효과 경우 선진주식시장으로부터 신흥주식시장에로의 일방향의 인과관계를 발견하였고, 반대 방향의 인과관계는 유의하지 않았다. 이는 선진주식시장의 가격결정이 유럽 신흥주식시장의 가격결정을 선도한다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 변동성 측면의 정보전이효과 경우에서 선진주식시장 중에서도 권역 선진주식시장(특히, 독일)과 신흥주식시장 사이에서 강한 인과관계를 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 유럽 신흥주식시장의 변동성이 글로벌 선진시장(미국)보다 권역 선진주식시장(특히, 독일)으로부터 더 유의하고 강한 영향을 받는다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 유럽 신흥주식시장은 선진주식시장, 그 중에서도 독일주식시장에 상당히 긴밀하게 통합되어 있다고 볼 수 있다.

The modern development of higher education in Ukraine is the result of two main factors. One of them - the factor of social progress - reflects the transformations inherent in modern Ukrainian society. These include, first of all, the processes of democratization and the development of civic responsibility. European the choice of Ukraine, the integration of our state into the European space determine accordingly, the second factor influencing the development of domestic higher education - the trends that guide the progress of the European Higher Education Area (European Higher Education Area (hereinafter - EHEA) and the European Research Area Research Area, hereinafter - ERA). The strategy of information support of the educational process (approved by the European Commission in 2010) recognizes the leading role of higher education as a driver of social progress, accordingly states the priority - the development of free economic education and identifies indicators of such progress - the achievement and international attractiveness of European free economic education. The information support of modernization challenges in higher education are aimed at the educational process, the leadership position of students, in particular through promotion and implementation of leading achievements and best practices in the context of globalization.
