Ideological characteristics and child rearing practices of North Korean society were studied with in-depth interviews of twelve adults who had escaped from North Korea since 1990 and with a questionnaire consisting of 17 items completed by 158 subjects who had also escaped from North Korea. There are 3 ideological characteristics of North Korea : Monotheism, collectivism, and patriarchalism. Collectivism resulted in collective behavior styles; monotheism made the hero worship of the Kim Il Sung lineage possible, and patriarchalism contributed to boy-preference and to differentiated sex-role expectations for their children. In practice, parents emphasize honesty and loyalty to the Communist Party, and they use praise as verbal reinforcement. Parents also emphasize obedience and control rather than democratic participation.

Construction is a labor-intensive industry that heavily relies on skilled construction workers. However, the aging of the workforce is rapidly growing, and the shortage of skilled workers is intensifying. The application of construction robotics technology can solve the problem of workforce shortage and guarantee construction productivity, safety, and quality improvement. This study presents a framework of the functional analysis for construction processes and work tasks that classifies and analyzes processes and work tasks for construction robotics design. The framework presents the functional analysis process, which analyzes workers' attributes and identifies functions of construction robotics.

본 논문에서는 장기간 게임을 접속하지 않던 이용자가 다시 게임에 복귀하는 요인이 무엇인지에 관한 조사 내용과 분석 결과를 제시한다. 어떤 요인이 이용자가 게임에 복귀를 결정하는 데에 있어 영향을 끼치는가를 바탕으로 새로운 게임을 기획하거나, 게임을 운영할 때 고려해야할 점을 제시한다. 이러한 조사와 분석이 온라인 게임 운영자 및 기획자의 실무에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

국내 건축물들이 다양한 변모를 보이면서 화재안전을 위한 성능설계가 도입되고, 화재 영향평가제도와 화재위험성평가제도가 시행되고 있지만 이러한 방재관련 특별법에 대한 방법론이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 국내보다 앞서 성능설계를 도입하여 시행하고 있는 일본의 동경소방청 화재피난시뮬레이션(FEA)을 국내 성능설계의 방법론으로 적용시키기 위하여 FEA를 중심으로 국내에서 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 SIMULEX와 EXDOUS를 활용하여 사례분석을 통한 각 시뮬레이션의 특징에 따른 차이점을 분석하고 FEA의 한국 적용방안에 대한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

2009년 국내에서 실행되는 성능위주설계인(PBD)을 비롯하여 화재안정성평가를 시뮬레이션을 중심으로 사용하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 자체 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 이용빈도 보다 타국의 프로그램의 이용 빈도가 높은 추세이다. 현재 많이 이용되고 있는 영국의 SIMULEX와 EXODUS가 대표적인 프로그램이 되겠다. 일본의 동경소방청에서 개발된 화재피난 시뮬레이션(FEA)에서는 연기와 화재성상을 고려하여 피난과 연동하여 피난을 실시하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 FEA가 국내에 적용방안에 합당한지 파악하고자 SIMULEX와 EXODUS 비교를 실시하여 FEA의 개선점을 도출하였다.
