Ethics-Literacy Curriculum Modeling for Ethical Practice of 5G Information Professionals (5G 정보환경 정보전문가를 위한 윤리 리터러시 교육과정 모형연구)

  • Ethical Issues increase when people engage in smart technological systems such as 5G, IoT, Cloud computing services and AI applications. Range of this research is comparison of various literacy concepts and its ethical issues in considering of 5G features and UX. 86 research papers and reports which have been published within the recent 5 years (2017-2022), relating the research subject, are investigated and analyzed. Two results show that various literacies can be grouped into four areas and that some of common issues among those areas as well as unique issues of each area are identified. Based on the literature analysis, an Operational Definition of Ethics-Literacy is presented and the model of ethics-literacy curriculum supporting ethical behavior of 5G information professionals is developed and suggested.

  • This Thesis analyzes the two forms of Confucian Golden Rule(Shu恕) that were proposed by Zhu Xi朱熹 and Dai Zhen戴震 each other, and researches their ethical significances. Zhu Xi don't regards Shu as universal ethics by itself, while Dai Zhen identify Shu as the ground of universal ethics, According to this thesis, Zhu Xi thought that Shu has a danger of immoral misusage in some situation because Shu is so simplistic form of identification. Because this, Zhu Xi, for the purpose of blocking arbitrary misusage of Shu and holding universality of ethics, suggests that moral sincerity(Zhong忠) of subject is necessary to practice of Shu. Dai Zhen, however, criticizes Zhu Xi's Ethical Structure. In Dai Zhen's view, Zhu xi's idea that the subject has to establish his own morality through Zhong before practice Shu cannot make him escape from subjectivity necessarily. In this point, Dai Zhen revive Shu. His Shu concept means the reciprocity of human desires to each other. But Dai Zhen's idea, as Zhu Xi worried, has a danger of immoral misusage in some situation. On this problem, this thesis elucidates that Dai Zhen' desire concept is not individual various desires but is common basic desires of existence, thereby attests that Dai Zhen's Shu is safe from immoral misusage. This thesis claim that even if Zhu Xi's and Dai Zhen's position is so different, the ethical aims of two scholars is same. They both attempted to overcome the evil of subjectivism and to procure universality of ethics, furthermore to accomplish social fairness. Consequently, this thesis claims that two scholars both walked in same way because both wanted to establish the universality of Shu and to pursue realization of social fairness.

New Aspect of Patriarch as a Male Abject and Gender Politics of Class Representation - Focusing on (남성 아브젝트라는 새로운 가부장의 형상과 계급 재현의 젠더 정치 -영화 <기생충>을 중심으로)

  • This article pays attention to the gender representation of an abominable male abject that reveal class polarization in the movie Parasite. I seeks to read a new aspect of emotional politics in which a precariat man becomes a male patriarch while representing himself with an abhorrent position. Parasite shows a reversal of daughter and son responsible for parents, contrary to the existing family narrative. They teaches the parents' generation how to survive neoliberal that their place is created only when they take away others' place. However, after losing this prospect, Ki-woo confesses to his father that he is sorry first. Ki-taek also attempted to identify Dong-ik with the patriarch, but this male solidarity collapsed by class and committed murder in sudden anger. As a result, Gi-taek goes down to the hateful status of a stinking underground life, and Ki-woo receives a message of ethical reflection from his isolated father. The film gives the father and son the noble status of ethical fighter who fought against the structure of class polarization, especially the ending epilogue and narration emphasizing the ethical responsibility and mutual solidarity between father and son. In this process, the voices of female characters are gradually omitted, blurring gender screening for male characters. Parasite reveals the political reenactment strategy of precariat men in the age of neoliberalism, which is ethical subject by claiming to be a class abject himself. And representing the hate with gender-selecting, it is beautifying the responsible ethics of the patriarch.

An Analysis of Posthuman Characters in Digital Games (디지털 게임에 나타난 포스트휴먼 캐릭터 분석)

  • This paper analyzed the body images of the posthuman characters in digital games and the nomadic subjects formed through gameplay. Nomadic Subject is the subject with a complex and non-single identity that appears as a posthuman identity. The player experiences posthuman subject directly in the process of controlling characters. Body images of posthuman characters are categorized into three types that imitate idealized bodies, deform the bodies through articulation, and extend the bodies through equipment. The player builds ethical identity by making choices under the constraints of the game.

Domestic Research Trends on the Ethical Conflicts in Nurses and Current Status Analysis of Nursing Ethics Education (간호사의 윤리적 갈등에 대한 국내 연구 동향과 간호윤리교육 현황 분석)

  • This study was attempted to suggest future directions for nursing ethics education by analyzing research trends related to ethical conflicts among nurses and the current status of nursing ethics education. In four domestic databases, it was searched as a combination of words 'nurse', 'ethics', 'moral', 'bioethics', 'conflict', 'sensitivity', 'dilemma', 'issue', and 'value'. As a result, 591 papers were confirmed from 2000 to December 2021, of which 111 papers were finally analyzed. The status of nursing ethics education was analyzed for 184 out of 203 schools that operated a four-year bachelor's degree program registered with the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education. As a result of the study, the number of studies related to ethical conflicts among nurses steadily increasing, and quantitative studies on nurses in general hospitals were the most common. The main keywords were identified as moral sensitivity, moral agony, ethical dilemma, and biomedical ethics awareness. Nursing ethics education was operated by 68% of universities as a major subject, and more than half of universities opened it in the first and second grades with one or two credits. As a result of this study, ethical conflicts experienced by nurses are increasing according to social change. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to further expand the proportion of nursing ethics education and to establish an educational model for each grade level for the continuity of the educational effect.

LOHAS Marketing Strategy of Fashion Company for Sustainable Image Positioning -Focus on Domestic and Foreign Case Analysis- (패션업체의 지속가능한 기업이미지 포지셔닝을 위한 로하스 마케팅 전략 -국내·외 사례분석을 중심으로-)

  • This study investigates the main trend of LOHAS, examines and analyzes the LOHAS marketing cases of the fashion industry, and proposes an effective LOHAS marketing strategy for the domestic fashion market. Data were collected from Naver, Google and Daum from 2005 (when LOHAS began to be recognized) to October $31^{st}$ 2010. We searched the research material with keywords related to the research subject (such as eco, green, well being, echo-friendly, LOHAS, sustainable, environmental management, and green management) to conduct a theoretical and exploratory study through qualitative analysis. The data are analyzed with three types such as personal value of eco-friendly fabric, economical value of recycled fabric and re-use or re-form, and social-ethical value of distribution and promotion. The research results show that LOHAS marketing activities focused on personal values and social-ethical values (rather than economical value) and from an eco-friendly management centered on merchandise; in addition, an eco-friendly supply chain management incorporated with a management system were applied. LOHAS marketing strategies at home and abroad revealed some differences in the cases of eco-friendly fabric, recycling, and fair trade.

Medical Ethics Education: Its Objectives and Curriculum (의료윤리교육의 목적 및 과정에 대한 고찰)

  • Medical ethics has been integrated into the curriculum for medical education in Korea for over 30 years now. There have been many attempts to establish standards for the educational objectives and curriculum, including establishing learning outcomes and publishing medical ethics textbooks in Korean. However, this task is not easy for several reasons: the interdisciplinary nature of the subject, educators' lack of experience, and the lack of a consensus on the criteria that would be effective educational goals. In this article, the author explores (1) the need for reflection on the education itself, (2) two perspectives of medical ethics education, (3) critical perspectives on the effectiveness of the current medical ethics education, and (4) the variety of modalities of medical ethics education. Further, the author proposes a way to teach medical ethics in Korea. The contents and means are closely related to the question of philosophy of medical education: "Should professional ethics education be 'realistic' or 'idealistic'?" Ethics requires educators to be open to new learning experiences and to ethical development. Medical Ethics education should be relevant to everyday clinical experiences and, at the same time provide students and educators to critically review their ethical perspective through reflections.

  • The Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is applied variously by advanced development, however that also causes the ethical problem simultaneously nowadays. It is emphasized the necessity of information and communication ethics and the scheme also is suggested that the student actually may produce and use their own UCC as an educational material which relates to ethics of information and communication in this paper. By doing that activity, student could learn themselves from what they've produced. Therefore they can approach the subject with more interests, beside the method how teacher has been teaching normally which can be described as cramming. The suggestion is phased by the steps as below; First of all, adequate guidance is selected and the aim of education is established to the method of education through producing UCC by analyzing the contents system of information and communication ethics. Second, it is analyzed educational effect along media of UCC. Third, it is analyzed educational effect along the producing format of UCC. Finally, the scheme is developed that student could be learned from UCC they have created. Therefore, students could be participated by themselves more actively to the education and manage the negative effects of ICT. They also could acknowledge and determine the right ethical awareness of information and communication, and develop more advanced ethical awareness by doing this activity.

Ethical Event of Responsibility in Nietzsche's Philosophy (니체철학에서 책임의 문제)

  • The notion of responsibility, which has now gained a firm foothold as one of the fundamental notions of philosophy and its neighboring disciplines, became the subject of philosophical enquiry only in the 19th century by Kierkegaard, who delved into the morality of critical self-awareness in ethical responsibility of the absolute self; and Nietzsche, who put emphasis on the responsibility of the sovereign self in coping with the problems of the future. Nietzsche is the first philosopher who took issue with the diminishment (Verkleinerung) of humanity-what he called human being's greatest disease-that swept Europe at that time. Concerns about Europe's future were the key movens of Nietzsche's philosophy revolving around the advent of nihilism in Europe and its solutions. He prepared alternative solutions in deep awareness that the ethics of good and evil firmly rooted in the traditional metaphysics and Christianity would not even catch the depth and breadth of the big problem of globalization brought about by modernism, let alone solve it. Nietzsche devoted his whole life to disseminating the knowledge that the future of humankind depends on removing these old ethics. This article traces Nietzsche's reflections on the ethical event of responsibility and provides an overview of the purview and scope contained in the meaning covered by the notion of responsibility in his philosophy beyond common norms and values.

  • The purpose of this study was to derive ethical life skills in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic from the 'care of self' that Foucault highlighted in . Care of self extends to the relationship one has with oneself and one with others. care of self is a practical ethic that realigns relationships with others and changes society through self-transformation. This study tried to derive specific practices for a life of care of self that individuals can realize against another rule of neoliberalism. Its specific practice style is keeping one's distance from dominant thoughts, forming oneself through practice and writing of subjective thinking, practicing knowing in everyday life, and practicing 'looking down'. These modes of self-care include the other and the world into consciousness in self-examination and transformation. Therefore, through care of self, individuals in the pandemic era can be reborn as members of society who change their lives while building a self-centered life that is faithful to themselves.
