It is widely recognized that ISO 9000 certification bring some profits, such as enhancement of quality system and some concerns. Since one of the major concerns is cost for certification, this paper considers the cost for ISO 9000 certification in Japanese companies through review some winning reports and case studies. Specifically, a model that describes the certification activities and their cost is derived through reviewing some winning reports in order to give a framework of cost estimation. Based on the model, we estimate the certification cost in an electric division of a company through an interview survey. Furthermore, we focused on the cost for promotion and administration as a cost for the sake only certification, because these activities will not be needed if a company does not implement ISO certification. It is concluded that this cost may vary approximately 300,000-700,000 (US$) per certification by the interview and telephone surveys to Japanese steel companies.

Background: There have been deviations in the regional rate of certification in Korean long-term care insurance (LTCI). This study aimed to explore the determinants of the rate of certification in LTCI. Methods: The panel data of the year 2010-2014 of the 227 National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) regional office were used. Making use of 26 explanatory variables (socio-demographic factors, access to the long-term care services, etc.), we estimated the random effects model using STATA SE ver. 13.0 program (Stata Corp., College Station, TX, USA) and tried to find out the determinants of the regional rate of certification. Results: Estimation results showed that the most important determinants of the regional rate of certification in LTCI are the long-term care infrastructure such as capacity or number of the homecare service institution, sanatorium, or convalescent hospital. The number of the elderly who lives alone and the dimentia patients were positively related to the regional rate of certification in LTCI. Conclusion: The estimation results implied that the regional variation in the rate of certification in LTCI has nothing to do with the NHIS regional offices or their employees. To alleviate the deviation in the regional rate of certification in LTCI, we suggested the analysis of the deviation in the survey checklist. We also proposed to found the regional comprehensive support center to prevent the geriatric illness and to improve the residents' health, etc.

As horizontal expansion of a city reaches the uppermost limit, on the ground of perpendicular expansion and efficiency of land use, skyscrapers go on increasing in number. However, skyscrapers which were newly built in Korea have many problems such as consumption of enormous amounts of energy, destruction of natural environment, and traffic jam. And from now on, environment-friendly development of skyscraper is urgently needed. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find the planning elements and estimation indexes to improve the environment-friendly quality of high-rise residential architecture by investigating environment-friendly skyscraper certification in Korea and the other countries. For that reason, we investigated the application ratios of 10 cases in Korea. And the results showed that the application ratios of environment-friendly estimation indexes were lower than 50% and the environment-friendly quality of skyscrapers in Korea was generally low. Therefore, based on these planning elements and estimation indexes, we tried to establish the guideline of improvement direction for environment-friendly development of high-rise residential architecture in Korea.

벤처를 지원하는 제도로써 벤처 인증과 이노비즈 인증, 경영혁신기업 인증의 제도 등이 있다. 본 연구는 '2010년 벤처기업정밀실태조사'의 데이터를 이용하여 벤처 인증과 이노비즈(InnoBiz) 인증의 생산적 측면과 기술적 비효율성 측면의 효과를 비교하였다. '벤처 인증'의 경우 정부에서 추측하는 6가지 벤처 인증의 효과 분야 중에서 재무적 효과에서는 생산성을 향상시키지만, 기술적 비효율성 제거에 대해서는 4개 분야에서 효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 이노비즈 인증의 효과는 직접적 생산성 향상에는 효과가 적었고, 또한 기술적 비효율성 제거에도 다소 미미한 효과를 보였다. 그러나 이노비즈 인증의 경우 인증의 특색인 마케팅 능력제고 분야는 생산성과 기술적 비효율성 모두에서 유의적 효과를 나타내어 이노비즈 인증의 본래의 목표는 달성하고 있음을 보여 주었다.

전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.

In this Study, we tested electroluminescent film to accelerate life by temperature, humidity, voltage, and frequency. We analyzed brightness data to estimate activation energy and verify it's suitability. All of the tests performed in operating condition. Because electroluminescent film is mostly degraded by fluorescent in operating condition. Two different sample groups were tested and compared to find common parameter.

Certification about management innovation business (Mainbiz) was added in 2006 newly along with existent technical innovation business certification (Innobiz) and venture business certification with government's policy connected with reform style small and medium enterprises 30 thousand upbringings. Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

Worldwide, Certification systems for standard of material and quality of product exist very variously. Korean industrial Standard (KS) is most representatively certification systems in Korea. But laboratory of korea uses often ASTM, RILEM and JIS and these standards do not get into unionization. so, Granted that experiment is same, result still can different. Therefore, this research measured chloride amount of hardened concrete using identical material and wished to improve accuracy of chloride estimation as that comparison evaluate to each examination.

In this paper we propose a variance function estimation method for replicated data based on averages of squared residuals obtained from estimated mean function by the least squares support vector machine. Newton-Raphson method is used to obtain associated parameter vector for the variance function estimation. Furthermore, the cross validation functions are introduced to select the hyper-parameters which affect the performance of the proposed estimation method. Experimental results are then presented which illustrate the performance of the proposed procedure.
