It is an urgent problem that Korea logistics enteprises' expansion of advance into China market and the logistics network establishment between Korea and China to back up the former are to be solved. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to deduce the subjects to establish the logistics network between Korea and China, and to evaluate the priority order. The results of this research are as follows: First, we conducted face-to-face interviews on the advisery group in China and Korean enterprises which advanced into China, and drew out 6 promoting subjects to build the logistics network between the two. Second, the AHP model was adopted, which is a multi-criteria?multi-hierarchical decision making method, to draw out the weight and priority order of the deduced 6 promoting items. Third, the resultant priority order of the promoting subjects is as follows: No.1 - to establish the distribution & logistics support center by region(0.3900); No.2 - to support various taxes in investing the logistics business abroad(0.1980) ; No.3 - to improve the management of CIQ(0.1958); No.4 - to back up the joint-venture of logistics firms(0.1169); No.5 - to enhance trade and foreign policies to deregulate the entry into logistics markets(0.0536); No.6 - to construct the logistics information system of China(Northest Ssia)(0.0458). This paper resulted in finding out Korea logistics enterprises that have not secured their own inland-transport network in China and the actual difficulties of Korean enterprises with using the inferior network that advanced into China. These problems were developed into the analysis adopting the AHP method, and the significancy of this paper is to present the priority order of promoting problems using a sophisticated technique.

This study is to investigate global logistics strategies of Korean electronics companies. in terms of service parts. According to the survey, Korean electronics companies were pursuing multi-level global logistics network such as global, continental, national, regional and service center echelon for improving the efficiency of service parts global logistics. Especially there was a tendency of developing new continental distribution centers. And the companies were exploiting efficiency through inventory control by multi-level echelon, demand forecasting by the product life cycle and supply and service lead time management. But there were some insufficient factors for the efficiency of global logistics operation at the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system and pursuit of the efficiency on the whole network including subcontractors. For the future competitive advantage of the Korean electronics companies, the following are suggested: 1) the establishment of arranged logistics channel adjusting each company's global strategy, 2) the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system, 3) the reengineering of all logistics procedures such as order processing, shipping, inventory control, etc., 4) the enhancement of the ratio of the supply from the external companies and the internal manufacturing subsidiaries at each continent, 5) and the pursuit of operational internalization of external subcontractors.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to establish the government's logistics policy by calculating the logistics cost of the company and grasping the management status, to reduce the logistics cost of the related companies and to provide basic statistical data necessary for the management strategy. This work examines some associations between reasons for reducing corporate logistics costs (RCLC) and corporate classification such as industry and sales size. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted in 2018 for 2,000 companies based on the business of mining, manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries since 2010. The survey population is 94,976, of which 92,708 are small and medium enterprises and 2,268 are large corporations. The association among factors may be statistically and visually explored by using chi-squared test and correspondence analysis. Result - This study reveals the association between reasons for RCLC and corporate classification and properties and closeness that exist between the categories of each factor can be mined. Conclusion - As a task to reduce logistics costs of industrial products, expansion and operation of joint logistics business, establishment of cooperative logistics network, and establishment of ordinance on support for smart distribution logistics can be proposed.

East Asia has played an important role in the economic and social development in the Asian pacific region and in the global arena. In the region the impact of companies centralizing their logistics activities around a few distribution centers has already led some leading ports such as Singapore, Hong Kong to transform and expand their functions and business activities to provide port users with value added logistics services. Other ports in the region also have an important part to play in the total logistics Chain. In these environments, the maritime activities of Jang BoGo, who was the maritime king of the commercial maritime empire in East Asia in the 9th century, give many implications to the international logistics network strategy that Korea has to take in order to become a power of International Logistics. Though the trading and economic environments at that time may be quite different from today, the super-national maritime management pattern that Jang Bo-go, founder of the Northeast Asian maritime trading kingdom devised, gives us many implications in the global trading and economic environments, in the respects of overseas direct investment and international logistics. Accordingly, the paper aims to examine the establishment of hub port in Northeast Asia, modelled after the maritime network management strategy of Jang BoGo.

This study analyzes the economic effect through the use of the RCEP direct transport rules, and suggests the necessacity of logistics efficiency and policy alternatives. The advantage of the hub network has been widely applied to the international logistics system, but there is a limit in the FTA logistics system in which goods must be directly transported between two contracting parties. Therefore, based on the new RCEP direct transport rules and the theoretical review on the possibility of an FTA logistics hub, FTA logistics efficiency improvement is estimated. This study quantitatively estimated the economic effect of direct transportation, unlike the previous studies, which were limited to the analysis of judicial precedents or surveys. GTAP model was used through five scenarios according to the impact of the RCEP tariff cut and the FTA logistics hub establishment in Singapore or Korea. As a result of the analysis, Korea's trade volume increased by 0.38% of exports and 1.63% of imports, and RCEP would increase exports by 0.27% and imports by 0.42%. In particular, the establishment of an FTA logistics hub (0.71%) was found to have a greater effect on the improvement of terms of trade than a tariff cut (0.12%), confirming the necessity of establishing an FTA logistics hub in RCEP. As a policy proposal, the institutional support of the customs authorities for the use of RCEP, the expansion of the free trade area where BWT traded cargo can be stored, and the establishment of a system for issuing back-to-back certificates of origin with approved exporters.

With the increasing recognition of logistics as a source of potential competitive advantage by companies, there has been a rapid growth in the logistics service industry. In particular increased globalization by multinational corporations has prompted consideration of outsourcing logistics service to third party logistics firms. This paper aims to seek the way to establish logistics information system by the case study of company 'D'. The G-Project, aiming to establish global supply chain including information network was required to form integrated logistics information system between manufacturer and logistics provider. The results should have considerable value to both global manufacturers and logistics providers.

본 논문은 점차 국제경쟁력을 갖추어 가고 있는 광양항을 전남지역의 국제물류거점으로 하여 전남권의 목포항, 여수항, 완도항, 등의 항만물류, 무안국제공항의 항공물류, 그리고 장성의 복합화물터미널인 내륙화물기지의 연계를 통하여 효과적인 물류네트워크를 구축하여 이를 통해 전남지역의 물류산업을 활성화 방안을 살펴보았다. 전남의 물류거점인 광양항, 장성복합화물터미널, 목포항, 무안국제공항을 연계하여 체계적인 지역혁신계획을 수립하여 지역혁신주체 및 산업혁신의 역량을 강화하고 지역산업을 활성화하는 방안을 모색하여 전남 U-물류체계 구축을 위한 RFID/USN 기반의 종합물류관리시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 또한 3각 물류거점인을 연계하는 교통망의 추진과 관련하여 광주시내 및 인근에 산재해 있는 중소형 수출입 물류거점을 조기통합추진이 필요하며 국제공항인 무안공항을 중심공항으로 육성하기 위한 방안을 설정하고 항공화물 처리를 위한 화물터미널의 기능을 강화하여야 한다.

현재 항만물류보안과 관련한 노력이 활발하게 일어나고 있지만 항만정보기술과 관련된 보안에 대해서는 인식과 교육, 제도 등이 부족한 상황이다. 상호인증 협약 수립을 통해 항만물류보안 정보를 실시간으로 교환 할 수 있는 통합 네트워크를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 항만경쟁력 확보 및 물류 서비스 강화를 목적으로 물류보안을 위한 국가 전략수립이 중요하다. 무엇보다 시급히 필요한 것은 항만물류조직구성원 들의 보안의식을 높이고 항만물류조직의 중요한 특성인 정보 보안 능력을 향상시키는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 항만물류조직구성원들의 정보보안능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 보안규범이 보안인식에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었지만 보안활동과 보안인식 간의 관련성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보안규범과 보안능력 간의 관계, 보안인식과 보안능력 간의 관계에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과로 나타났다.

모바일 기반 온라인 쇼핑의 급성장과 COVID-19로 인해 시작된 비대면 비즈니스의 성장은 택배와 같은 물류 서비스 수요를 폭발적인 증가를 이끌어냈다. 급격하게 성장한 수요에 대응하기 위해 대부분의 물류·유통기업들은 도심 내 풀필먼트 센터 구축을 통한 고객 서비스 수준 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 높은 지가와 교통 체증 등과 같은 사회적 요인에 의해 도심 내 풀필먼트 센터를 확보하는 데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 향후 고속도로에 스마트톨링 서비스가 전면 확대됨에 따라 유휴부지로 전환될 요금소 부지를 공유물류센터로 전환하기 위한 후보지 선정 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 사회연결망 분석을 통해 각 후보지들의 중심성을 분석하였으며, 중심성 평가의 특성에 따른 결과의 해석을 위한 네트워크 구조를 거리기반과 시간기반의 두 가지 방법으로 재설계하여 평가하였다. 누적된 중요도를 기준으로 적정 후보지 군을 선택하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The advancement of information technology provides a wide range of options for the corporate to cope with new business environments. As with most other businesses, the utilization of the logistics information technology can be an instrument to enhance the competitiveness of the company. Therefore it is essential to analyze how companies utilize and verify the relationship between company business performance and the level of information technology utilization, which is the objective of this paper. The questionnaire was sent to 300 companies listed on the stock market at random The author received 176 responses of which 142 were complete and valid. According to the analysis of questionnaires, the adoption level of information technologies was dependent on the perception of top managers on the importance of information technology in business competitiveness. Furthermore the level of relation between the information technology adoption and business performance was significant. Therefore businesses need to increase the utilization of information technologies, such as establishment of logistics information system, network with other business partners in order to business logistics performance.
