This study was performed to assess the financial performance of medical institutions and examine the affecting factors in Taegu metropolitan and Kyungpook province. The major results are as follows ; The liability to total assets was significantly different according to the ownership type of medical institution. It was the highest in the case of juridical person having a special status. The total assets turnover and value added to total assets were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and ownership type of medical institution. They were higher in the tertiary medical institution, in private hospital and university hospital, and they were increased with establishment period of medical institution. The growth rate of patient revenues were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and the growth rate of adjusted inpatient days were significantly different by period of establishment. The return on assets and net profit to gross revenues were the highest in private hospital. Private hospital went into the black, but other hospitals went into the red figures. According to the multiple regression analysis for the net profit to gross revenues, ownership type, period of establishment, and management strategy of medical institution were significant It was higher in private hospital and medical institution with prospector management strategy, and it was increased with establishment period of medical institution. In multiple logistic regression analysis for the status of financial performance in medical institution, period of establishment, management strategy of medical institution were significant It was better in medical institution with prospector management strategy and longer period of establishment.

The concerned object of the construction industry is environment. It is one of the main purposes of today's construction that human can live reasonably in nature. This study is about the fish-road connecting hydraulic structure in the river with nature. Chapter 2, starting with the general investigation about fish-road and helps comprehension for relatively general fish-road such as necessity, establishment purpose, history, study example, relating domestic law, design condition, consideration and form of fish-road. Chapter 3, containing the present condition of fish-road facilities in Gangwon-Do and thoughts of the problems and general countermeasures of existing fish-road. Chapter 4, Having Examined compatibility by amount of flowing water through hydraulic model test in the Ice harbor I-type model. chapter 5, Analyzation and arrangement to efficient establishment plan of fish-road and the result of the hydraulic model experiment to be beaconed a little in forward fish-road study. In the hydraulic model test result, when we suppose establishment of 1~3 in slope of 1/20, could know that applicable drought flow of the river is $0.06{\sim}3.0m^3/sec$ in case of Ice harbor I-type which transforming Ice harbor that was invented as studying project of the Ministry of Environment.

This study aims to establish the identity of traditional Korean gardens and develop a universal way for overseas Koreans and foreigners to have an appropriate understanding of traditional Korean gardens, as part of efforts to distribute and promote the overseas establishment of traditional Korean gardens. The focus of this study is on developing planning and design guidelines to ensure that traditional Korean gardens have individuality when they are established overseas and on establishing directional rules for planners. Although traditional Korean gardens may vary in form according to their purposes and spatial scales, the most important thing is that they should incorporate emotions that are well-matched with Korean landscapes and that their design language should be easily recognizable and understandable to everyone. The basic spatial types of traditional Korean gardens for overseas establishment, which are presented in this study, include the exhibition(fair) type, the garden type and the park type. These basic types serve as prototypes that correspond to the purposes of the gardens. In consideration of the spatial scale, the exhibition(fair) type is set as the minimum unit for composition, and suggested basic facilities include trees, a well, a pond and an island in the pond, flower beds and fences. The results of this study have significance as basic information for planning and designing traditional Korean gardens for overseas establishment.

The establishment by seeds and the maintenance by ramets of the autumn olive (Elaeagnus umbellata) population were investigated in the Namhansansung Provincial Park, Jungbu-myun, Kwangju-gun, Kyunggi-do. Seed production and germination rate were 3, 300 $seeds{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$ and 52%, respectively. The ramet formation in the population was classified into 4 types: stump type, creeping root type, lateral root type and secondary creeping root type. The subterranean creeping roots were 0.1~1.0 m in length, 4.5~14.0 mm in diameter and 0.06~0.2 m in soil depth. The number of ramets formed from a node was 1~21. The subterranean roots spread $5~509cm^2{\cdot}plant^{-1}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$, which began to be produced from 7~9 year-old individuals. The number of stems was 1~67 per stump, which was reduced by self-thinning from 2 to 14 year-old trees. The frequency distribution of stem diameter$(D_{30})$ showed a reverse J-shaped curve, suggesting that this population be maintained perpetually by their own ramets.

Education environment of modern society is rapidly changing along the usage of various device and development of contents. Learners of diverse age groups and genders are exposed in smart education environment. Thus in order to investigate effective smart education contents production, this study classified interactive types that affect learning satisfaction into CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) based , NCS (Network Communication System) based , and NTS (New Technology System) based . Then we investigated how each interactive types affect immersion, utility, self-efficacy, practicality, and stimulation. The effects were measured according to the learner's gender and age. As the result, interactive types do affect smart education, where male had higher learning satisfaction for CAI based, game type, and wiki type while female had higher satisfaction for relationship establishment type and experience type. Also, for age group, the 10s preferred NTS based, 20~30s NCS based, and 40s and over CAI based interactive type. Thus, if satisfaction levels according to gender and age are considered when producing smart education contents, it may be possible to create educative contents that meet the dispositions of the learners.

This study analyzed a characteristic by types of urban regeneration helping the establishment of urban identity under social condition change. It will be foundation of sustainable urban development with strategy that secures world-wide competitive power. For this, sample cases that established identity from urban regeneration were reviewed about the main subject and the supporting subject in business side and hardware, software, system, and finance in design factors. 4samples each in inheritance intensification type and change creation type were selected and analyzed. The result said it is most effective to establish urban identity when inheritance intensification type is the private-centered for urban regeneration. And it is better to do the project that the main subject and the supporting subject are taken by the private or the private-leading partnership. It is necessary to manage the region and plan events with software design factors more than hardware design factors. In addition, for urban identity, it was found to be desirable to utilize and preserve fully current resources such as historical scenery and activate the communities than making new facilities. On the contrary, the project based on change creation type needs to be under the public management with innovative idea. Also, when it comes to design factors, facilities related to culture and art and community spaces should open and run actively. It is important for the region to improve its image by New design style such as TOD. In software side, it is important to manage the region by monitoring about urban regeneration business and solve social mix and employment problem. On the other hand, in terms of system and administration, both types don't show a difference in urban identity establishment, since it is same that both should make partnership and get a support of subsidy to be most effective.

This study is on the establishment process of Certification Plan of KPP small aircraft development, domestic BASA(Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement) shadow certification project. For the development of certification plan incorporations process understanding applicable regulations, selection of certification basis, definition of means of compliance and establishment of compliance checklist. On the basis of this process, we develop type certification procedure suitable for domestic small aircraft.

This study was conducted to estimate the appropriate workforce of dietitians by type of kindergarten through the recognition survey and job analysis of the kindergarten. Nutritionists' duties were classified into 6 duties, 28 tasks and 94 task elements. The statistical data analysis was completed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) (ver. 25.0). The time spent on 6 duties, including 'Nutrition management' (public attached 666.24 hours/year, public independent 843.04 hours/year), 'Foodservice management Practices' (public attached 1,472.52 hours/year, public independent 1,298.11 hours/year), 'Hygiene management of kindergarten foodservice' (public attached 611.78 hours/year, public independent 607.18 hours/year), 'Nutrition-diet education and counseling' (public attached 340.53 hours/year, public independent 253.42 hours/year), 'Managing snack during semesters and lunch/snacks during breaks' (public independent 309.04 hours/year) and 'Professionalism enhancement' (public attached 88.86 hours/year; public independent 65.17 hours/year). Total working hours for dietitians were 3,179.94 hours/year (public attached) and 3,375.97 hours/year (public independent). The time/day ×5 days/week ×52 weeks/year calculation method using derived total working hours/year was applied to derive appropriate full-time equivalents (FTEs). The analysis showed that the public attached kindergarten's FTEs were 1.53. The public independent's FTEs were 1.62, and the total FTEs were 1.55. This is the first study to analyze the workload of kindergarten dietitians and appropriate manpower by kindergarten establishment type. It is expected to be a valuable policy basis for efficient operation measures related to the kindergarten dietitians.

"Konhee" zoysiagrass[Zoysia matrella (L) Merr.](Patent registration no. 2000-723), a vegetative cultivar, was developed by the Dept. of Horticultural Science, Konkuk University, Seoul. "Konhee" was selected from the cross, ZKV6$\times$ZKV10, in 1997 and F1 seed were produced in the greenhouse in 1996. "Konhee" is superior to the other fine leaf zoysiagrass lines in many traits such as erect type, plant height($8.5\pm$2.0cm), short 3rd stolon length($3.4\pm$0.5cm), dark green, fine leaf($2.3\pm$0.2mm), low first sheath height($0.9\pm$0.2cm), rapid establishment and recoverage, many stolon number, and high shoot density. When "Konhee" was compared to the five other zoysisagrass lines at the DNA level using 35 PCR primers, it had the specific bands with primer No. 740, 544, 765, 772 by RAPD analysis.No. 740, 544, 765, 772 by RAPD analysis.

Metro Subway System is widely known as the leader of public transportation in a metropolitan area. The signal interlocking is one of the most important organs that plays a major role in the system. By improving the quality of signal lights on the traffic system and keeping its maintenance on a high level will not only repair the current state, but it will also let the LED type signal semi-permanent. The device, which underwent a process of fine manufacture establishment and a close examination, obtained a patented article (2004, as a new device). Utilizing the equipment with cautious preservation on the system will enhance the current state of the signal device. Especially, the test for improvement and development based upon the technique that decreases the frequency of defect produced will further precipitate its efficiency. With authorization of imposing the LED lights on production, installment, and investigation of the system, the newly made equipment will bring improvement to the signal technology and to the industry at largest extent.
