This paper provides how to establish an integrated plan for LE (life extension) and MD (modernization) of aged hydropower plants. The methodology is developed through review of overseas/domestic LE/MD histories, investigation of the previous overseas methodologies and consideration of domestic practices. The methodology includes reviews of the various factors such as condition, operation and maintenance history, up-to-date technology, and economic benefit. In order to establish the life extension/modernization plan, the methodology is applied to the domestic aged hydropower plants. Finally, priority rankings and draft practice plans for LE/MD are derived.

We followed the below procedure to establish the development strategy of CITIS standard. At first, we investigated Military CITIS and Commercial CITIS to establish the concept of CITIS and examined several implemented examples. And using the previous analysis, We analyzed the structure of the functions, the technologies and the standards. To establish the development strategy of CITIS standard, we divided CITIS standards into three category, These are infrastrucure standard, data standard and process standard. In the process standard, we analyzed how we develop a formulated process and which item we select to make formulated official documents. And finally, We explained the implementation plan and extension strategy of government-enterprise and inter-enterprise CITIS respectively.

It is not easy to establish the correct standard time and standard manhour in a process of small quantity batch production system, especially in a case of irregular quantity of production. Therefore, how to establish rational standard time about manufacturing process of a power cable company which is representative business for small quantity batch production system will be suggested in this paper. Furthermore, how to establish standard manhour which can be used for effective control of labor productivity will also be presented.

The purpose of this research is to present basic data for the residents, experts, and administrators to establish sustainable and future-oriented experience villages by investigating the operational realities of rural and mountain experience villages that have currently been promoted as the government-supported projects. First, in order to establish a sustainable experience village, each of the residents, experts and administrators who are the principal agents for cultivating the village should perform their role appropriately and build an organic cooperative system. The residents should have a sense of ownership and form a sense of solidarity by organizing communal consultation system. The experts should be able to present feasible project plans. The administrators need to have posture of understanding from the viewpoint of residents. In order to establish sustainable experience villages, ecological, cultural, and social values should be conveyed preferentially, and through this, the living spaces like farm villages should be formed.

Many legislations have been implemented in order to manage the subsurface environment in Korea. However, there was no control tools for managing subsurface environment so effectively. In this study, many laws and regulations were analyzed for extracting Korean subsurface environment management plan. Korean government need to 1) establish the basic paradigm for building the subsurface space, 2) establish the clear subsurface environment management systems, 3) establish the regulations related with subsurface space compensation, 4) prepare the human health and ecosystem related legislations.

We establish the existence of $C^1$ stable invariant manifolds for differential equations $u^{\prime}=A(t)u+f(t,u,{\lambda})$ obtained from sufficiently small $C^1$ perturbations of a nonuniform exponential dichotomy. Since any linear equation with nonzero Lyapunov exponents has a nonuniform exponential dichotomy, this is a very general assumption. We also establish the $C^1$ dependence of the stable manifolds on the parameter ${\lambda}$. We emphasize that our results are optimal, in the sense that the invariant manifolds are as regular as the vector field. We use the fiber contraction principle to establish the smoothness of the invariant manifolds. In addition, we can also consider linear perturbations, and thus our results can be readily applied to the robustness problem of nonuniform exponential dichotomies.

In this paper weak and strong convergence theorems of modified Noor iterations to fixed points for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in the intermediate sense in Banach spaces are established. In one theorem where we establish strong convergence we assume an additional property of the operator whereas in another theorem where we establish weak convergence assume an additional property of the space.

In this paper, under some suitable integrability and smoothness conditions on f, we establish the central limit theorems for $$\sum_{k{\leq}N}k^{-1}f(S_k/{\sigma}\sqrt{k})$$, where $S_k$ is the partial sums of strictly stationary mixing random variables with $EX_1=0$ and ${\sigma}^2=EX^2_1+2\sum_{k=1}^{\infty}EX_1X_{1+k}$. We also establish an almost sure limit behaviors of the above sums.
