In this present article, we construct a new framework that's we call the weighted geometric realization of 2 and 3-simplexes. On this new weighted framework, we construct a nonself-adjoint 2-simplex Laplacian L and a self-adjoint 2-simplex Laplacian N. We propose general conditions to ensure sectoriality for our new nonself-adjoint 2-simplex Laplacian L. We show the relation between the essential spectra of L and N. Finally, we prove the absence of the essential spectrum for our 2-simplex Laplacians L and N.

Lavender oil is a prolonged history in ancient medicine and has a wide range of biological effects. The lavender essential oil has 50 different constituents that have different therapeutic significance. The compounds that are separated from essential oil can be used for the anticancer treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. ROS1 is one of the major targets for NSCLC. The compounds from lavender essential oil are separated through GC-MS. From 91 compounds the top compounds that are having high retention values are taken for Molecular docking study against the ROS1 target protein. The binding affinity and the docked pose for those compounds are studied. Later, the chemical reactivity of the compounds is studied by Density Functional Theory. The potent compounds must be validated by in vivo study.

Essential tremor is a neurological disorder with a tremor of the arms and hands. It is well known that essential tremor is characterized by the postural tremor and the action tremor. There has been no report on the quantitative difference in the characteristics of two tremor types. The purpose of this study was to investigate the possible difference in tremor characteristics of postural and action tremors. Seventeen patients with essential tremor ($68.9{\pm}7.9years$, 7 men, 10 women) participated in this study. Patients performed the tasks of postural maintenance (arms outstretched) and daily actions (spiral drawing). Three-axes (pitch, roll and yaw) gyro sensors were attached on index finger, back of hand and forearm, from which the segment and the joint angular velocities were calculated. Outcome measure was the tremor amplitude defined as the root-mean-square mean of the vector-sum angular velocity at segments and joints. Two-way ANOVA showed that task and joint had main factor on the tremor amplitude (p < 0.05). Post-hoc analysis revealed that tremor amplitude at the metacarpo-phalangeal joint was not affected by task (p > 0.05). However, tremor amplitude at the wrist joint differed among the tasks (p < 0.05), and it was greater in the action tasks than in postural task. Tremor was greater at finger segments than at hand and forearm and it increased in action tasks. The results of this study would be helpful for the understanding and task-specific treatments of the essential tremor.

본 연구는 청소년의 비행또래에 대한 체험을 현상학적으로 탐구함으로써 비행또래의 근원적인 구조와 본질을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 청소년의 비행또래에 대한 체험을 심층적으로 파악하기 위해 연구자는 인간의 생활세계를 구성하고 있는 네 실존체를 중심으로 비행또래의 본질의미를 탐구하였다. 자료 수집은 심층면담, 참여관찰, 내용분석 등을 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 vanManen의 연구방법을 적용하여 네 실존체로 구조화시키고 그 흐름에 맞추어 비행또래에 대한 구조와 본질을 분석하고 글쓰기를 시도하였다. 청소년의 비행또래에 대한 구조를 해석학적 현상학적으로 분석하여 28개의 구성의미와 30개의 현상, 18개의 경험의 구조로 본질적 주제를 산출해 내었다. 참여자들이 경험한 비행또래의 의미는 '경계(境界), 경계(經界), 경계(警戒)'의 경험이다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of supplementation Oreganum aetheroleum essential oil on reproductive performance in sows and growth performance of their offspring of weaning pig. 12 sows ($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire$) were randomly assigned within parities to 1 of 3 dietary treatments to give 4 replicates per treatment. Dietary treatments were as follows: 1) CON (basal diet) 2) ANT (basal diet + Efrotomycin 0.08%) and 3) ORE (basal diet + Oreganum aetheroleum essential oil 0.05%), EXP. 1, diets were fed from d 107 of gestation to weanling. EXP. 2, diets were fed from after weaning to 3 weeks. In the Exp.1, no significant difference (p > 0.05) was observed in sow's average parity, sow backfat thickness, the number of piglets, feed intake of sows, the average of piglet weight, and piglet survival ratio between CON, ANT, and ORE treatments. Besides, in the Exp. 2, the inclusion of efrotomycin and Oreganum aetheroleum essential oil in the diets significantly (p < 0.05) increased final body weight, ADG, ADFI, and G/F in weanling pigs. In addition, weanling pigs fed ANT and ORE diets led to decrease the number of weanling pigs with diarrhea as well as fecal score. In conclusion, supplementation of efrotomycin and Oreganum aetheroleum essential oil enhanced growth performance, and decreased the number of weanling pigs with diarrhea and fecal score. However, no significant effect on grow performance was observed in sow and piglet.

본 연구는 클로르헥시딘 양치액과 에센셜오일 양치액의 항우식효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 총 42명의 연구대상자를 무작위로 두 군으로 나누고, 각 군의 양치액을 하루 1회 15ml씩 1주일간 사용하였다. 우식원인균 평가는 CRT bacteria kit를 사용하였고, 구강내 산생성 변화는 Cariview 검사를 시행하였으며, 4주후에 재검사를 실시하고 평가하였다. 자료분석은 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 구강내 산생성능은 두 구강양치액 모두 사용 전에 비해 4주후에 통계적으로 유의한 수준으로 감소하였으나 군간 차이는 없었다. 또한 MS와 LB도 구강양치액 사용후에 고위험수준이 9~15%까지 감소하여, 두 양치액 모두 우식 항균효과를 확인하였고, 특히 에센셜 오일구강양치액은 항균제의 "gold standard" 인 클로르헥시딘 양치액을 대체할 만한 항균제로 일상생활에서 사용이 간편하고 효과적인 우식 항균제로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study was conducted to investigate the composition of flavor components of Elsholtzia ciliata and Eisholtzia splendens in order to obtain basic informations for the application of tobacco and food industry. Flavor components extracted were divided into three fractions ; essential oil, absolute and oleoresin from E. ciliata and E. splendens. Essential oil was extracted by simultaneous steam distillation(SDE), absolute and oleoresin were extracted by $100\%$ n-hexane and $50\%$ ethanol, respectively. Yields of the essential oil, absolute and oleoresin fractions from E. ciliata were $0.34\%,\;11.34\%\;and\;15.24\%,$ and those from E. splendends were $0.28\%,\;12.45\%\;and\;9.95\%$, respectively. The major components of essential oil of E. ciliata were naginata ketone$(29.37\%)$, elsholtzia ketone$(14.37\%)$ and rosefuran$(11.76\%)$. The major components of essential oil of E. splendens were 2-cyclohexen-1-one$(26.81\%)$, elsholtzia ketone$(13.46\%)$ and naginata ketone$(5.26\%).$ The composition of flavor components showed a slight difference between essential oils of E. ciliata and E. splendens. The major components of absolute fraction from E. ciliata were linoleic acid$(12.07\%),$ palmitic acid$(10.46\%)$ and 2-cyclohexene-1-one$(5.39\%).$ And those from E. splendens were linoleic acid$(12.38\%),$ palmitic acid$(9.47\%)$ and naginata ketone$(8.86\%).$ Ethyl linoleolate was a major component in oleoresin of E. ciliata and E. splendens.
