국내 철도 차량의 음향발생 특성에 대한 비교 연구 (Sound Power Evaluation of Various Domestic Railroad Vehicles)

  • Many residential areas are situated near to railroad tracks so that a railroad noise has been one of the major environmental issues. In this paper two important aspects have been investigated in order to properly evaluate the railroad vehicle noise : sound power levels for different types and sound propagation characteristics of the railroad vehicles. For noise source characteristics of railroad vehicles, sound power values for various types of trains that are in active service have been measured. In this paper, domestic railroad vehicles are measured and compared with high speed train(TGV). Based on sound power information of railway vehicles, prediction on the sound pressure level and equivalent noise level near to railway areas have been evaluated.

  • 음향시스템을 구성하는 스피커의 임피던스는 고정된 값으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 스피커의 임피던스는 입력신호의 주파수 변화에 따라 계속 변화하고 그 변화량은 스피커의 공진 주파수 대역에서 매우 크다. 스피커의 음압 레벨은 스피커를 구성하는 코일에 흐르는 전류에 따라 결정되는데 스피커를 전압 구동 할 경우 변화하는 임피던스에 의해 음압 레벨의 왜곡이 발생한다. 스피커를 전류 구동 할 경우 이러한 문제는 해결되지만 저주파에서 공진의 영향으로 음압 레벨의 왜곡이 발생하는데 이는 음향시스템의 음질 저하를 가져올 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전류구동 음향시스템의 음질 개선을 위해 DSP(Digital Signal Processing)를 이용하여 음압레벨의 왜곡을 보정하는 공진 보상회로를 제안한다. 본 논문은 스피커의 등가 모델을 이용한 음향 시스템의 전류 구동 모의실험을 통해 주파수 변화에 따른 음압 레벨 왜곡을 확인하고 이를 보정하는 회로를 제안하는 것으로 구성하였다. 제안한 회로는 상태변수필터를 이용하여 구성하였고 주파수 및 출력이 조절 가능하여 다양한 음향 시스템에 적용 가능 할 것으로 보인다.

IEC 규격에 따른 풍력 터빈 소음의 현장 실증 (Field Test and Evaluation of Wind Turbine Noise according to IEC Standards)

  • The sound measurement techniques in IEC 61400-11 are applied to field test and evaluation of noise emission from 1.5 MW wind turbine generator (WTG) at Yongdang-Lee and 650 kW WTG at Hangwon-Lee in Jeju Island. Apparent sound power level, wind speed dependence and third-octave band levels are evaluated for both of WTGs. 1.5 MW WTG at Yongdang is found to emit lower sound power than 660 kW one at Hangwon, which seems to be due to lower rotating speed of the rotor of WTG at Yongdang. Equivalent continuous sound pressure level s (ECSPL) of 650 kW WTG at Hangwon vary more widely with speed than those of 1.5 MW WTG at Yongdang. The reason for this is believed to be the fixed blade-rotating speed of WTG at Yongdang. One-third octave band analysis of the measured data show that the band components around 400-500 Hz are dominant for 1.5 MW WTG at Yongdang and those around 1K Hz are dominant for 660 kW WTG at Hangwon.

고속철도의 소음 특성과 전파현상 (Highspeed Train : Sound Power and Noise Propagation Characteristics)

  • For a rail traffic noise, a typical source has a length of 200m - 400m so that the noise pollution areas have been located in the transition regions where the sound level drops between 3dB/dd and 6dB/dd. Therefore, in this region, parameters such as a horizontal distance from the track, the geometry of the ground surface, the environmental effect, and the boundary impedance condition play import roles, especially in our nation's situation. In this study, modelling techniques for the finite length of noise source have been investigated in order to evaluate the rail traffic noise level. Then. noise correction value .${\Delta}$SPL for various location in the track region is represented by the non-dimensionalized horizontal and parallel distance from the track. As an application, a high speed train is examined. Beas on the noise data measured for a Eurostar in France, the sound power value per unit length $H_1$is calcuated. It turns out that$H_1$is 109 dB. Overall sound power from the highspeed train to be serviced in our country is expected to 135 dBA.

Weibull분포를 이용한 도로교통소음의 예측에 관한 연구 (A Method to Predict Road Traffic Noise Using the Weibull Distribution)

  • Various procedures for evaluation of traffic noise annoyance have been proposed. However, most of the studies of this type are restricted for improving traffic flow. In this paper, a method to predict the road traffic noise is proposed in terms of equivalent continuous A-Weighted sound pressure level (Leq), based on a probability model. First, distribution of the road traffic noise level are investigated. second, the weibull distribution parameters are estimated by using the quantification theory. Finally, a prediction model of the road traffic noise is proposed based on the weibull distribution model The predicted values of the Leq are closely matched the measured data.

  • This paper presents a novel method to determine sound power level(PWL) emitted by a travelling vehicle for road traffic noise simulation. The PWL is evaluated by the equivalent sound pressure level (SPL) measured by close proximity method and the sound power correction factor derived from the maximum SPL measured by pass-by method and the propagation attenuation of vehicle noise during the pass-by measurement. Using the method, we derive the empirical formula for PWL estimation in 1/1-octave and overall frequency bands for 8 vehicles (automobile, SUV, small truck, large bus, trailer, 3 dump trucks) tested at two road surfaces (dense graded asphalt, 30mm transverse tinning concrete) of Korean highway test road. The suggested approach, if securing sufficient data to represent the acoustic characteristics of all vehicle types, has il strong merit to be able to evaluate sound power levels for any combination of vehicle categories and traffic volumes.

어류의 유집과 구집용 수중 스피커 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Highly Efficient Underwater Loudspeaker for Attracting and Threatening Fish)

  • 잡는 어업에서 기르는 어업으로 전환하는 수산정책 과정에서 바다목장사업은 바다목장을 설치한 해역에서 육상에서 식이음으로 순치시킨 치어를 방류하여 사료투입시, 또는 성장한 어류들을 모이게 하는 수단으로 순치음을 해양에 방사하기 위해서는 수중 스피커의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수중에서 어류의 발생음과 인공적으로 음을 방성했을 때 어류반응에 대한 연구문헌을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 민감하게 반응하는 주파수는 $150Hz\~2kHz$이고 음압레벨은 $100dB\~150dB$ ($1{{\mu}$ Pa를 0dB)로 조사되었다. 따라서 수중 스피커 설계 제작시 주파수대역과 출력레벨의 사양은 $150Hz\~3kHz,\;100dB\~145dB$로 설정하였다. 그리고 설계사양 등가회로에 의한 전기임피던스 곡선과 반공진주파수를 등가회로법으로 구하고 수중 스피커를 제작하였다. 설계 제작된 수중 스피커를 수압탱크에서 안정성 평가와 최저 사용 주파수 범위를 결정하는 전기임피던스 특성실험을 실시하였으며 수심 10m에서 수중 스피커를 설치하여 해상실험을 한 결과를 정리하고, 제반 음향특성의 실험결과를 기술하였다.

  • The noise reducing devices installed on the noise barrier have been developed in many shapes and ways to reduce noise around road traffic areas. In this study, test and estimation method for the noise reducing device witch installed on the top of a noise barrier was suggested. For this, the authors have considered sound power flow around the device and sound pressure levels for the far field area. To estimate the area effect behind the barrier, area average of noise pressure level difference divided by two area, upper and bellow the sight-line. Comparing the attenuation difference of these areas, the tendency of noise reduction effect was studied according to type of noise reducing devices. Compared with noise shielding efficiency of the devices that using equivalent height of a simple barrier calculated by the SoundPlan, the commercial environment noise simulation software.
