친환경 건설장비 선정을 위한 체크리스트 (Checklist for Green Construction Equipment Selection)

  • Using green construction equipment, there are some disadvantages like increasing construction costs and delaying the schedule. Despites of disadvantages, green construction equipment is necessary for decreasing environmental load in construction industry. Therefore, this study proposed checklist for green construction equipment selection. For the checklists, criteria of the checklist were drawn by literature review in the aspects of contractor and a survey was performed in order to measure weights of the criteria. When a contractor choose the green construction equipment, this checklist can support an objective decision-making.

  • In the plant industry, the share of equipment accounts for 45 ~ 75%, which is very high. It is a traditional plant centered on processes and reactions like petroleum and chemical plants. Renewable energy generation plants such as wind power generation and solar power generation are equipment-centric plants. Equipment-centric plants are very important not only in the EPC phase but also in the operation and management phase. The procurement of equipment for plant operation and management can be divided into make and buy. Make is a method of producing equipment itself, and buy is a method of procuring equipment from the outside. The procurement method of the equipment directly affects the plant operation and management cost. In this study, the decision making of equipment procurement method for plant operation and management is defined as 4 phase. Each phase is selection of procurement decision-making objects, technology strategy perspective, finance perspective, and production perspective. In detail, we defined selection process of procurement decision-making objects and technology strategy perspective process. We will contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the plant operation and management area by carrying out researches on the process and application examples of financial and production perspectives in the future.

개인보호구(안전모, 안전벨트) 성능 유지를 위한 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Management Measures to Maintain the Performance of Personal Protective Equipment(Hard Hat, Safety Belt))

  • In order to find out the management and sanitation status of protective gear provided at the construction site, a case study and survey were conducted by visiting the site. As a result of the case study, inspection and management, disinfection, and storage of protective equipment were insufficient in both workplaces with less than 50 employees and workplaces with more than 100 employees. As a result of the survey, workers(66.2%), said they did not know how to identify hard hats(67.6.%), how to identify bad hard hats(60.8%), and how to identify bad safety belts (73.0%), even though workers(66.2%) were educated on protective gear, and those in charge of protective gear Non-specified(56.8%), regular inspection of the provided protective equipment was not performed(82.4%), and disinfection was not performed(90.5%). Therefore, as a management plan to maintain the performance of personal protective equipment, educational aspects, regular training on protective equipment, training on how to identify defective protective equipment, management of recording papers, technical aspects, strengthening of standards for placement of dedicated safety managers in small workplaces, participation of workers' representatives when selecting protective equipment, and selection of protective equipment for workers Providing opportunities, administrative aspects of protective equipment regulation and management, introduction of sanitary and cleanliness system, and selection of personnel in charge of protective equipment management were suggested.

Failure Cost와 Life Cycle Cost를 고려한 연속시스템에 대한 최적 장치 선택에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Equipment Selection of Series Systems using Life Cycle Cost and Failure Cost)

  • In this study, the required life cycle cost is evaluated in consideration of the equipment's availability during its lift cycle. In order to meet the maximum availability required by the process, the failure cost and life cycle cost is assessed The optimal equipment selection method is presented according to the analysis of the failure cost and life cycle cost. For the systems in which equipments are connected serially, the optimal equipments are selected by minimizing the life cycle cost and satisfying the required system availability goal. In addition, the selection methods and lift cycle cost are analyzed according to the cost variation of the equipment. By using the life cycle evaluation procedure, the failure cost and maintenance cost needed during the life cycle of the equipment can be presented.

  • Cases and studies on the selection method of CTQ are relatively active, but there are few cases or studies on the selection method of CTP which is important in the device industry. In fact, many companies simply select and manage CTP from the point of contact based on their experience and intuition. The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model and a mathematical decision model for rational and systematic CTP selection to improve the process quality of semiconductor equipment lines. In the evaluation model, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis technique was applied to show objective and quantitative figures, and Fuzzy decision-making model was used to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty in the decision-making process. Decision Value (DV) was presented. The subjects were 22 process factors managed in the Plating Process that the representative equipment line can do. As a result, the evaluation model proposed in this study can support more efficient and effective decision-making for process quality improvement by more objectively measuring the problem of subjective CTP selection in manufacturing sites.

신규원전의 기기별 고장분석을 통한 발전정지유발기기 선정 (Selection of Single Point Vulnerability through the Failure Mode Effect Analysis of Equipment in Newly built Nuclear Power Plant)

  • For decreasing an unexpected shutdown of Nuclear Power Plants, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power co.(KHNP) has developed Single Point Vulnerability(SPV) of NPPs since 2008. SPV is the equipment that cause reactor shutdown & turbine trip or more than 50% power rundown due to its malfunction. Newly built Nuclear Power Plants need to develop the SPV list, so performed the job which analyse equipment failure effect for SPV selection for 1 year. To develop this, Failure Mode Effect Analysis(FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) methods are used. As results of this analysis, about 900 equipment are selected as SPV. Thereafter those are going to be applied to Nuclear Power Plants to enhance equipment reliability.

도시민의 야외 운동장소 선택요인 분석 (Selection Factors for Outdoor Sporting Goods in Seoul)

  • In order to provide basic data for designing the outdoor exercise environment to promote the health of the citizens, this study has analyzed the status of citizens' use of outdoor exercise places that have been supplied extensively recently and the factors affecting the citizens' choice of the places. A survey was made on 20 spots in 12 places where outdoor exercise equipment is installed to identify the characteristics of use and the factors affecting the selection of the spots and for the 1,733 survey sheets collected finally SPSS program was used to analyze the multiple answers. Major results of this research are as follows: First, since light exercise equipment mostly for bodily exercises has been installed, it has brought practical effects for the physically weak people, aged people and the people who scarcely exercise, while decreasing the users' economic burdens. Second, the scales of important factors the users think in selecting their exercise spots were 'spaciousness (2,028 times)' > 'accessibility (1,751 times)' > 'fitness (1,583' > 'supportability (1,445)' > 'community centeredness (1,260).' Third, the ratios of important factors regarding the choice of environment of outdoor exercise were 'near to walk (16.1%)' > 'nice natural environment (12.3%)' > 'always free to exercise (9.7%)' > 'shortage of exercise equipment (7.4%)' > 'possible to accompany family/neighbors (6.7%)' > 'no economic burden (6.5%).

시공여건을 반영한 TBM선정 방법에 대한 연구 (Study on the selection of TBM in consideration of field conditions)

  • 본 연구에서는 지반 및 현장조건을 고려한 TBM 선정방법을 제시하였다. 지반, 환경, 가격조건별로 TBM 선정에 영향을 미치는 인자와 굴착장비를 선정 분류 하였다. 선정된 영향인자와 장비 간 가중치를 AHP기법을 적용하여 산정하였다. 선정된 영향인자의 분석결과 기본요소에서는 지반조건이 가장 중요한 영향요소로 확인되었으며, 세부요소로서 암반조건에서는 강도, 토사지반조건에서는 수압이 가장 중요한 인자로 확인되었다. 주변 환경조건에서는 시공성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주변구조물 인접여부가 중요한 인자로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 도출된 각 영향인자별 가중치를 토대로 굴착현장에 적용 가능한 TBM을 선정하고 도출결과와 실제 현장에 적용된 장비의 비교를 통하여 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법에 대한 검증이 이루어 졌다.

안과 의료기관 선택요인 및 정보탐색 행태에 관한 연구 (The Study on Selection Factors of Ophthalmic Medical Institute and Habits of Information Searching)

  • This study is to grasp selection factors and habits of information searching of customers of ophthalmic service and to verify the differences in them and to investigate how they affect in selecting medical institute by demographic sociological characters, selection factors by classification and habits of information searching, how many times they used and the type of medical treatment. The result of analysis of importance of selection factors of medical institute, it showed that doctors' career were evaluated high by classification and it showed in order of university hospital, hospital, clinic in facilities and equipment and in order of university hospital, clinic, hospital in distance transportation Analysis of importance of selection factors by sex distinction, it showed that doctors' career were high for both male and female and according to the result of analysis of selection factors by an age, doctors' career variable was measured high and it showed in order of facilities, equipment, distance and convenient transportation. The result of analysis by the form of medical treatment, doctors' career were measured high in all diseases. Facilities and equipment were measured high in case of a corrective operation of eyesight and distance transportation variable showed high in simple eye diseases. According to the result of analysis of habits of searching information by utility frequency, one's own experience in the past(direct visits) was the highest over all and it showed in order of introduction of other ophthalmic department in case of people who go to the institutes many times.

  • There exists popular approach using certainty factor (CF) for the development of effective reasoning mechanism under uncertainty in Expert System, However, there is a problem with CF. The CF values could be resulted in the opposite of given conditional probabilities. In this paper, a method for, reasoning under uncertainty using reliability theory to overcome the problem is proposed. And the proposed method is used in the development of Expert System for the selection of equipment for automated warehouses.
