조립 제품의 순환형 생산시스템 해석 (Analysis of Recycle Manufacturing Systems of Assemble Products)

  • Modern society, as a result of high industrial technology, is characterized by a series of mass production, moss consumption and mass disposal. As the mass disposal is known as the major culprit of destroying ecological system of our environment, human prosperity is in turn threatened by this indiscrete activities. Under current industrial technology which pursuit maximum profit, environmental problems could not be solved. This paper proposes recycle manufacturing systems of assemble products as a measure of current non-recycle manufacturing systems. Products are also composed of a number of ports. All parts are represented by a function of time cost performance variable as reuse level. We develop on information systems which give all the information on reused and recycled parts. We try to implement this result on a real fields. We confide ourselves to the contribution to on effective solution of environmental problems and to give profit to assembly manufacturing and consumers.

  • It can be said that the revegetation technology in Japan was started in 1960's when Japan entered into the era of high-growth economy. In the beginning, the revegetation technology was mainly applied on the man made slopes, and with the time, the fields of the revegetation technology have been extended to the urban landscaping, ecosystem conservation, prevention of desertification and so on. With the progress of the revegetation technology and the expansion of its fields, new problems have occurred. In this paper, I introduced the history of The Japanese Society of Revegetation Technology and the present condition, and discussed about the problems of the revegetation technology in Japan.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 1990년대 이후 미국, 영국, 호주 및 캐나다 등 영어권 주요국가의 대학도서관들이 인식하고 있는 고등교육의 환경변화와 그에 따른 문제점들을 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 각기 상이한 국가제도와 문화적 전통, 고등교육체제 및 정보환경 하에 있기 때문에 생겨나는 고유한 문제점들보다는 여러 나라의 대학도서관 전반에 나타나는 공통적인 문제점들을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 각국의 대학도서관들이 공통적으로 지적하는 문제들은 예산의 축소 도서관 역할의 변화, 도서관 콜렉션 속성의 변화, 정보기술의 발전과 기술 기반구조의 요구, 연속간행물 가격의 급등과 도서관 구매력 감소 등이다. 이 문제들은 서로 고립된 개별적 문제들이 아니라, 매우 긴밀하게 상호 연관되어 있어, 개별 도서관의 대응책보다는 국가 혹은 정부의 보다 거시적이며 광범한 차원의 이해와 전략적 대책을 요구함을 알 수 있다.

  • 본고에서는 해양생명공학 측면에서 조망한 해양환경공학의 학문적 성격 및 학회의 발전방향을 기술하고자 한다. 먼저 해양생명공학 및 해양환경공학의 정의 및 특성을 살펴보고 미국의 환경연구에 대한 거시적 경향, 해양생명공학관점에서의 해양환경공학분야의 학문적 방향에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한 국내 해양환경공학 연구의 현황을 조망하여 향후 발전방향을 제언하고, 현 문제점 및 해결방안 제시를 통한 해양환경공학회의 향후 진로에 대한 의견을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Environmental education, which has been thought as the most fundamental solution to environmental problems, should be performed not only in school but also in home and society with a long-term plan. In line with this, environmental-friendly attitude in daily life should be achieved by the perception of the vital environmental principle-new understanding of relation between nature and human being. It is in the city park that children in urban area, who has little opportunity to contact nature, have rather easier access to nature and realize the principle. Despite such great potential, the city park in Korea has not played its pivotal role because of lack of both facilities and activities. In addition, existing studies on this issue are not satisfactory. Therefore, this study is aimed at analyzing and evaluating city parks' environmental education function, potential and problems according to their types, then offering practical reform measures and programs in order to make students better understand the parks as an everyday natural experience spot. These plans are not based on full-scale revision, instead focuses on optimizing potential of existing natural environment and parks. Additionally, activities to experience various nature are included in the study. The value of city park is not decided by the park itself, but by its relationship with visitors. Environmental education function of city park is not confined to building up facilities and providing programs. It also should be complemented and improved, reflecting visitors' opinions and evaluation of environmental education.

제품 및 제조공정의 친환경 정보관리를 위한 Green-BOM 개발 (Development of Green-BOM to Manage Eco-friendly Information on Products and Manufacturing Processes)

  • The world has faced with various environmental problems such as climatic change, global pollution, and depletion of natural resources. Conventional economic development continues not only to intensify the magnitude of the problems but also to damage growth potential of future generations. Therefore, recent manufacturers are highly required to accommodate themselves to sustainable development that aims at preventing the loss to the future generations. Moreover, the manufacturers are under heavy pressure from various environmental regulations. This paper proposes green bill of material (Green-BOM) which conforms to the environmental regulations to restructure eco-friendly manufacturing system. Green-BOM is useful for managing green product and process information to satisfy several environmental regulations by recording energy consumption, recycle rate, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), substance information, and so on.

Bridge Health Monitoring with Consideration of Environmental Effects

  • Reliable response measurements are extremely important for proper bridge health monitoring but incomplete and unreliable data may be acquired due to sensor problems and environmental effects. In the case of a sensor malfunction, parts of the measured data can be missing so that the structural health condition cannot be monitored reliably. This means that the dynamic characteristics of natural frequencies can change as if the structure is damaged due to environmental effects, such as temperature variations. To overcome these problems, this paper proposes a systematic procedure of data analysis to recover missing data and eliminate the environmental effects from the measured data. It also proposes a health index calculated statistically using revised data to evaluate the health condition of a bridge. The proposed method was examined using numerically simulated data with a truss structure and then applied to a set of field data measured from a cable-stayed bridge.
