환경문제가 기업의 물류분야에서도 중요한 경쟁요소로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 환경친화적 물류활동의 실태조사를 통하여, 추진방향을 설정해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 환경친화적 물류활동 82개 항목을 선정하였으며, 제조기업 129사를 대상으로 기업규모별로 추진실태를 조사하였다. 환경친화적 물류활동 조사항목 중 40개 이상을 실시하고 있는 기업은 10% 수준에 불과하였다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 기업들이 추진하여야 환경친화적인 물류활동의 추진방향을 6가지로 나누어 제시하였다.

최근 들어 기업 내 또는 기업간 정보시스템의 개발 패러다임은 2계층 환경에서 3계층 환경으로 이동해오고 있다. 3계층 환경은 시스템의 성능, 확장성, 배포성, 유지보수 등의 측면에서 보다 효율적인 시스템의 구성을 가능하게 한다. 장기간의 설계기간과 대규모의 설계인원을 대상으로 하는 선박의 설계공정관리 시스템은 정보의 실시간성, 정확성이 확보되어야 함에도 불구하고 현재 2계층 환경으로 일부 개발되어 사용되고 있으며, 여전히 미 개발된 업무들도 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 2차원적 클라이언트/서버 아키텍처 환경에서 3계층 아키텍처인 COM＋ 기반의 환경으로 전환하기 위해 CBD(Component Based Development)기법을 이용한 시스템의 분석 및 설계를 수행하였다. 향후 CBD 기반의 통합 시스템으로 개발함으로써, 선박 설계공정관리 업무의 생산성 및 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 컴포넌트의 광범위한 재사용을 통해 시스템의 생산성 및 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

현재 공공기관의 기록 평가 제도는 기록관리기준표를 중심으로 시행되고 있으나 많은 한계를 안고 있다. 특히 업무관리시스템 외의 다른 시스템에는 적용되지 않는 등 복합적인 현재의 기록생산 환경을 적절하게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 복합적인 업무환경에서 생산되는 기록을 평가하는 데에 적용할 수 있도록 기록관리기준표를 개선하는 방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 지자체에서 수행하는 업무 중 '공장설립 및 등록' 업무를 사례로 업무과정에서 기록이 어떤 시스템에서 어떻게 생산되는지 조사하였다. 구체적으로 관련 법규, 업무처리시스템, 업무과정을 분석하고 업무과정 및 시스템별로 생산기록의 유형을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 복합적인 생산 환경을 고려한 새로운 기록관리기준표는 어떤 절차에 의해 개발되고 어떤 구조를 갖추어야할지를 제안하였다.

Many enterprises have been adopting management systems good enough for them and operating the schemes to have competitive edge better than their competitor. One of the finest systems that most companies have been selecting is ISO 14001. ISO 14001, environment management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in the various industries. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 14001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 14000 standard was called in 1994s from ISO 18000 standard that originally used. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 14001's requirement execution influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected ten assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the three factors of ISO 14001 requirement, plan, implementation and operation and management consideration, have an important effect on the operational performance. Second, the three elements of ISO 14001 requirement, environment policy, implementation and operation and management consideration, affect to the financial performance significantly. Based on the results, it is sure that the companies that execute the factors of implementation and operation and management policy have a good performance to achieve operational and financial performance so that it is important to clarify the member's role, authority and follow the procedure by a company's process. Also, the truth shows CEO's continuous will and periodical review of ISO 14001 influence on management performance as well.

This paper is to construct the integrated sustainable management (ISM) system. This research focuses on the intergration of two concepts - balanced scorecard management system and the three pillars of sustainability. The system certification, product certification, innovation and participation tools are considered in constitutional elements for ISM system. Finally, this paper proposes the causal analysis, the third assessment, reporting for ISM system.

In this paper, we proposed a smart lighting management system controls the lighting efficiently to reduce energy consumption while satisfying user's lighting requirements. The proposed system considers the available daylight intensity and indoor light source to satisfy the lighting requirements of each user according to the work environment. In addition, for user convenience, we have developed different user interfaces for lighting control including local interface, and remote interface through internet or Bluetooth for personal computer as well as smart phones. The proposed system satisfies the lighting requirements of each user according to the corresponding work environment. The proposed smart lighting management system utilizes the lighting energy efficiently, and can be considered a significant contribution towards future green buildings.

본 연구는 오프라인 환경의 상점에서 활용할 수 있는 근거리 무선 통신 기반의 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템을 설계하고 분석한다. 기존에 오프라인 환경의 상점에서 활용했던 고객 관계 관리 시스템은 로열티 카드를 발급하거나, 구매 확인을 위해 도장을 찍어 주는 것, 또는 소프트웨어 프로그램을 활용해 고객들의 상점 방문 및 구매 이력을 관리하는 것이 대부분이었다. 그러나 이러한 고객 관계 관리 시스템은 상점 관리자가 풍부한 고객 데이터를 획득하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 데이터를 획득한다 하더라도 체계적으로 관리하기 어려웠던 것이 사실이다. 특히, 로열티 카드를 활용하는 경우에는 고객들이 그 카드를 소지하고 다니지 않거나, 분실하는 경우가 빈번하기 때문에 그 효율성 및 효과성에 대해 의문이 제기된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오프라인 환경의 상점에 근거리 무선 통신 태그가 부착됨으로써, 상점 관리자들은 고객 데이터를 용이하게 수집 및 관리할 수 있고, 고객들은 상점의 정보를 이음매 없이 파악할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 고객 관계 관리에 대한 기존 연구들을 검토하여, 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리의 개념을 검토하고, 제안하고자 하는 근거리 무선 통신 기반의 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템이 고려해야 할 요소를 도출한다. 그리고 제안 시스템이 활용되는 상황의 시나리오를 제시하고, 제안 시스템을 활용하게 되는 참여자들의 가치 분석과 프로세스 분석을 수행한다. 또한 실제 비즈니스 환경에서 제안 시스템의 활용 가능성을 다양한 관점에서 검토한다.

Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

본 논문에서는 에너지관리의 효율성 향상을 위하여 데이터 추론기법과 클라우드 호스팅 기법을 활용한 최적의 에너지 관리시스템을 제안하였다. 에너지 절약 및 효율적인 관리 기법이 에너지 생산 및 공급을 줄이기 위해서 매우 유용하다는 점에 대한 관심이 부각되고 있다. 에너지 관리시스템은 컴퓨터를 사용하여 합리적인 에너지 이용과 함께 쾌적하고 기능적인 업무 환경을 효율적으로 유지 보전하기 위한 제어 관리시스템을 의미한다. 제안 시스템은 에너지관리를 위해 다양한 설비를 제어하고, 에너지 소비 환경의 변화로부터 추론을 위한 데이터를 획득하며, 에너지를 사용하는 환경의 변화에 최적으로 적응함으로써 효율적인 에너지 관리가 가능하도록 구현되었다. 구현된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 대상 설비에 대한 추론엔진이 작동하는 서버에서 월간 전력사용량을 고려한 실험을 실시하였고, 그 결과 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

건설사업은 인간의 생활의 질을 높이고 편리한 인간생활을 위해서 필수불가결한 요소이지만 이러한 건설행위자체는 개발과정에서 환경오염에 커다란 영향을 미친다. 또한, 쾌적한 환경에 대한 욕구 증대로 사업수행시 대기관련민원의 증가로 인한 공사지연이 빈번히 발생하고 있어 건설사업에서의 대기환경관리 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설사업시 환경관리를 위한 관리지침개발을 위해 건설사업 추진시 발생하는 여러 가지 오염 중 대기오염에 대한 관계법령 및 규제사항 검토, 환경관리 주요검토항목 및 주요관리지침을 도출하는 과정을 통해 건설사업 단계별 행동관리지침을 개발하여 건설사업의 환경관리 체계를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
