Esophageal diverticulum is a rare entity, the true incidence of which is unknown, mainly because there are usually no clinical symptoms. Most esophageal diverticulum are found incidentally during an endoscopic or radiologic examination. Their classification is based on anatomical location; namely, upper third(Zenker or pharyngoesophageal), middle third(thoracic), or lower third(epiphrenic). Here we report a 52-years-old female presenting with dysphagia and regurgitation. Esophagogram showed esophageal diveticulum at lower cervical esophagus. Its positional aspect, it is different from Zenker's diveticulum. Treatment is surgical via an endoscopic or external approach. In view of the patient's age and anatomical location, various surgical approaches were considered as a therapeutic option for the management. This paper presents our experience in the management of esophageal diverticulum which was unusual location and stapled open resection without sternotomy.

In this paper, we proposed hybrid cryptosystem of Diffie-Hellman base in Elliptic Curve, and explained for specific protocol design. The proposed system is efficient hybrid cryptosystems system that offer implicit key authentication about sender and receiver unlike existing hybrid system. This system increased safety generating session key using pseudo-random number generator by cryptographic. Because the system is hybrid system, it is more efficient in calculation amount aspect supplementing merit and fault of public key system and secret key system. Also, the system can not get right plaintext except receiver even if sender's secret key is revealed and impersonation attack is impossible. And the system offers security on known keys without influencing in safety of other session's cryptogram even if session key is exposed. And the system is provided safety about mutual entity authentication and replay attack.

In this paper, we review essential constituents of a dialogue interface system and propose practical methods to implement the each constituent. The implemented system consists of a discourse manager, an intention analyzer, a named entity recognizer, a SQL query generator, and a response generator. In the progress of implementation, the intention analyzer uses a maximum entropy model based on statistics because the domain dependency of the intention analyzer is comparatively low. The others use a simple pattern matching method because they needs high domain portability. In the experiments in a schedule arrangement domain, the implemented system showed the precision of 88.1% in intention analysis and the success rate of 83,4% in SQL query generation.

REA (Restricted Entity Aspect) model is a knowledge representation model to classify the aspect type, the EA model component, into five aspects (IS-A-aspect, A-PART-OF aspect, attribute aspect, role aspect, and operation aspect). EATPS, the knowledge representation system, consists of user interface module, knowledge creation module, instance management module, schema management module, and integrity checking module. EATPS creates and manages interactively REA model based knowledge base. This paper shows the structure and functions of EATPS, the design and interactive construction of the knowledge definition language EAKDL, the functions and algorithm of class creation module, and the functions and algorithm of instance creation module to include inheritance inference mechanism.

Ontologies, which are consist of entities and their relationships, have been used to implement various scenarios of information services. That is because an entity can be understood well when the surrounding entities and the relationships are known. In describing historical events. The spatio-temporal locations connote the historical context comprehensively. Therefore spatio-temporal locations are one of the most important carriers to connect the historical events. In this paper we analyzed the usage scenarios to access and retrieve historical information, and proposed the design of ontologies for historical information services for making historical stories based on spatio-temporal reference frame.

Traditionally, Mobile Teletraffic model consists of two sub-models, i.e. the network traffic model and the traffic source model. In this paper, we present the traffic source model by developing MobCall (Mobile Call Simulator) which analyses various mobile wireless environments based on regional characteristics that the base stations are located. User mobility is presented by regional average vehicle speeds and the transportation share rate. Moreover, the user mobility on subway, which is increasing in urban area, is considered in MobCall. And also, user's movements on highway are considered in MobCall. The object-oriented simulation platform, C++SIM, is used to implement MobCall. Using MobCall, the accumulated number of calls in residential and commercial regions, the handoff rate with respect to traffic sources of Seoul, the handoff rate on highway, and the handoff rate according to the call duration are presented. MobCall enables the simulation of dynamic handoff buffering and functional entity control of one base station according to the changes in user's calling pattern at the design phase. Also, when a new town is under construction by a detailed plan, MobCall is used to design the mobile network with regional characteristics and user mobility considered.

Twelfth rib syndrome is thought to be due to intercostal nerve irritation by a mobile twelfth rib, and presents with upper abdominal pain, or low thoracic pain. This syndrome appears to be a fairly common entity and diagnosis is based on clinical findings. Patients with twelfth rib syndrome can be misdiagnosed when it has been overlooked. We report a case of a 34-year-old male along with a presentation of twelfth rib syndrome. One patient was transferred from urologic clinic to pain clinic due to right flank pain and admitted. The patient had direct tenderness on twelfth rib area and direct tenderness was reproducible. Pain increased when the patient flexed laterally, rotated trunk. There were no specific abnormal findings in laboratory test, electrocardiogram, and radiologic examination. After intercostal nerve block and epidural block, pain decreased and the patient was discharged.

In this paper, we propose electronic payment protocol using GDHP blind signature scheme to activate e-business in the wire/wireless integrated environment. The protocol applied elliptic curve algorithm on the GDHP base and improved the efficiency of the existing blind signature technique on the basis of communication frequency and calculation number. And the protocol accelerated speed and strengthened safety against man-in-the-middle attacks and forward secrecy because the certification between individuals is performed by the session key created by Weil paring using elliptic curve cryptosystem in the limited entity $F_q$ instead of the certification used in the existing PayWord protocol.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the customer's satisfaction level with the digital relationship model of Banco do Brasil Exclusive Business Offices situated in Rio Grande do Sul. Banco do Brasil is one of the largest Brazilian and global financial institutions and conducted a restructuring customer's relationship model since 2015, creating new specific service structures for certain segments, among them exclusive offices. This research had a qualitative step with an internal documentary analysis about the company and a semi-structured interview with manager's offices, in order to check the strategy and the foundations of business model, as well as identify perceptions and the difficulties in implementing this new structure. The quantitative step held the findings about customer satisfaction level in relation to the quality of services provided by offices, through an electronic survey based on the Servqual Scale developed by Parasuraman et al. (1988), which measures the difference between customer's expectations and perception in five dimensions: tangibility, reliability, understanding, safety and empathy. The results shown that Banco do Brasil customers' are satisfied with services offered through the digital model and the new business structure, in which is offered a humanized service together with the best technology. It was found, also, that digital probably would not replace the physical world, but they complement one another. Digital offices and physical agencies will coexist, improving value proposition delivery and better customers experience, satisfy them and build their loyalty.

When the unification process was established, West German librarians formed a commission for all library and information sectors. After legal unification, the committee formed 6 Arbeitsgruppe(AG) to develop library and information policies for the country. This was designed specially to elevate the level of the East German library system to the West German standard. The first AG concerns the public libraries. The second AG focuses on the education system for library and information specialists. The third AG examines the academic libraries. The fourth AG reviews the regional and national library services and the central organization. The fifth AG explores library and information techniques. The sixth and final AG inspects the legal problem of libraries. Each AG consists of specialists from both East and West German library systems who are experts in their particular subject area. The committee has general meetings to determine the best direction for the nation's library system. Common knowledge indicates this unification was based on economical amalgamation(fusion) from East Germany to West Germany. The unification resulted in the library and information recommendations tending to favor the more advanced West German policies. In this process there are a number of subtle ideological and psychological problems. If before the separation they had developed their library system as one entity, they could overcome the current differences. with much less confusion. In this political phenomenon we can learn that cultural unification needs more time than political unification.
