Due to the constant expansion of overseas public IT market, exportation market mainly based on e-government is expanding and platform needs to be introduced urgently to systematically support it. Thus, this study was carried on to draw evaluation items and weighted value of tools to support decision-making out of services of public IT platform. In this study, the tools supporting decision-making were defined as concept that draws exportation customers by wholly considering 2 aspects of enterprise capabilities and national environment. To develop tools supporting decision-making, the items to evaluate the aspect of enterprise capabilities and national environment were drawn through study on literature and open question and evaluation items were eliminated and AHP analysis was done through question given to experts. As a result, the significance was found in the order of Export Competitive Advantage > Export Marketing Strategy > Export Human Resources > Export-Related Organizational Resources > Export-Related Organizational Capabilities in the aspect of enterprise capabilities. The significance of evaluation was found in the order of Service Market Efficiency > Technical innovation and Maturity > Institutions > Market Efficiency > Macroeconomic Environment > Infrastructure in the aspect of national environment.

Korean enterprises have been adopting ERP to reinforce competitive power and to realize global standardization in recent years. This study on the performance of ERP Systems is designed to take a look at the importance, outcome factors of information system, the quality measurement of the information system, and breaking the quality of the information system into system quality, information quality.
As the innovation of Information technology in the Public sector is in progress, the "Efficient adaptation and management of information system Act" (passed the National Assembly in December 30, 2005) was established to support the information system planning and development which are systematic and integrated in the enterprise view point. The public sector should adopt Information Technology Architecture into it's organization by the act. This paper reports on the issues, solutions and CSFs (Critical Success Factors) considering the adoption of ITA through the implementation for the case of the Korea Post. To adopt ITA program to the Public sector successfully, Korea Government should set the clear goals for IT A, set the standards for IT A project pricing, and collaborate with the system integration industry to make successful IT A program cases. The case study of Korea Post of MIC will be useful in developing and managing ITA programs for all agencies and organizations considering adoption of ITA.

Smart Factory is the decisive factor of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and is a key field for national competitiveness. Until now, most smart factory research has focused on policy and technology. In order to spread more technology, it is necessary to study what factors influence the adoption of smart factory technology in the enterprise. Nevertheless, little research has been done. In this study, based on the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), which has been proved through many years of research, I have studied the factors that influence the acceptance of smart factory technology. As a result of research, performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions of UTAUT model had a positive(+) effect on behavior intention. Their relationship of influence was in the order of performance expectancy (β = .459)> facilitating conditions (β = .212)> social influence (β = .210). However, it was found that the effort expectancy did not affect the behavior intention, and the impact of the newly perceived risk on the behavior intention to use was not confirmed. The main reason is that the acceptance of smart factory technology is not a matter of personal interest but a matter of organizational choice. Trust, on the other hand, was found to be partially mediated between performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence and behavior intention. For many years, many researchers have validated the UTAUT, which has been validated through various empirical studies. It is academically meaningful to begin the study of factors affecting the acceptance of smart factory technology in terms of the UTAUT. In practice, it is necessary to provide SME employees with more information related to the introduction of smart factories, to provide advanced services related to the establishment of smart factories, and to establish a standardized model for each industry.
Benchmarking is more than just a comparison of measures about different company's performance in a wider sense. It is a methodology of learning-comparing-learning, at least within small and medium sized enterprises. This learning is not just limited to learn by copying successful concepts from other enterprises or competitors. It starts in learning more about the own company, about its structure and processes causing its own success or its failure. This kind of learning is necessary before the enterprise starts watching for a suitable Benchmarking partner. Learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses is the main goal of the European research project Quality beyond Borders! By using the Benchmarking methodology, small and medium sized enterprises get the opportunity to take part in a Benchmarking study and can learn more about the different strengths and weaknesses of other enterprises on both sides of the border. The results of such a Benchmarking can help to identify potentials for future cooperations among German and Polish enterprises in the same market or business. These potentials can lie in different ways of realising the same success or top-position. The Benchmarking study is not focused on an special business or region. That helps to find out trends for different kinds of top-positions, which can be claimed in all markets within a country. Every trend is characterised by different success factors which are responsible for the success in this top-position. In a first overview, the results of the Benchmarking study show 5 different groups of top-positions within a market which all have different profiles regarding to the importance of their success factors. By the end of the Benchmarking study it will be possible, to give answer about the special reasons for different kind of successes of these groups. These answers can be related to a special region within a country, a special business or of course related to possible differences in the expression of the group success factors in comparison of both countries.
At the spots of enterprises experiencing rapid environmental changes, necessity for ceaseless managemental innovation is raised. We can't deny that management quality is also a part of such managemental innovation. Introduction of management quality by an organization is different from introduction of other individual innovative techniques. Management quality is not one time project but complete historical change program to be pursued continuously. Furthermore, it must be understood as a strategic 'Quality Journey' looking for far future of an organization. Malcolm Baldrige Model has been increasingly used in Korea as a global standard for management quality. The model, however, has shown a number of limitations in application due to nonsystematic elements in the implementation process. The deployment process of the model should be detailed through a real world case study. In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the Korean public enterprise based on the Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Management Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. Through the above case study, following common factors for successful Malcolm Baldrige Model have been derived. The following is a summary of the results of this study. First, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs powerful support Leadership. Second, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Strategic Planning. Third, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs the continuous Customer and Market Focus. Fourth, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management. Five, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Workforce Focus. Six, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Process Management. The finding are surely necessary factors to arrange the human resource management for upgraded management quality, those factors help to explain why all enterprises consider human resource as the strategic view.

This study adopts the concept of social innovation cluster in which social economy organizations as one of the emerging axes of economic systems operate in collaboration with government agencies, investment institutions, intermediate supporting organizations and non-profit organizations, and investigates how the clusters of this kind grow in the context of the Korean socio-economic situation for the cases of Seongdong-gu and Eunpyeong-gu in Seoul, Korea. For this purpose, it has identified the actors of the clusters and their internal relations, and analyzed the process of cluster formation. A social network analysis of the partnerships between the actors has shown that Seongdong-gu has more diversified types of the network participation of universities, global networks and investment institutions than Eunpyeong-gu. It is interpreted that this pattern has resulted from the domination of private organizations in the former area, which is also confirmed by in-depth interviews with persons involved in the clusters. Although the facets of social innovation clusters are manifested in both areas, even in their initial stage, such factors as linkages between industrial actors and convergence with other clusters, which appear in the maturing stage of cluster formation, has yet to be found. It is suggested that the sustainable growth of social innovation clusters should be accompanied by information sharing and cooperation between the two areas on the future orientation of development.

This work verifies the effect of Job Crafting on organizational commitment through innovative actions, and analyzes the regulatory effect, by setting up knowledge sharing among members as factors that promote Job Crafting and Innovative Action. Depending on the level of knowledge sharing, the indirect effects of Job Crafting from organizational commitment of the members through innovative actions are expected to vary, and the controlled mediated effects are analyzed. Totally, 463 individuals were surveyed, including start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions, and large enterprise workers. The hypothesis was subsequently verified through analysis by applying SPSS 18.0 and SPSS Process Macro. Our results reveal that Job Crafting has a positive impact on the innovation behavior of the members. Secondly, a higher level of knowledge sharing had a greater positive outcome in the member's innovation behavior. Third, all innovative actions positively impacted the organizational commitment of the members. The fourth notable point was that innovation behavior imparted only a moderate impact on the association between Job Crafting and Organizational Commitment. Finally, it was determined that there was no significance in the controlled mediated effect of knowledge sharing on the indirect effects of Job Crafting affecting organizational commitment through innovative actions. Based on the data verifying the hypothesis, we present here the theoretical and practical implications of this study.
The aim of this study were to investigate the process of national R&D project planning by using the industry quantitative analysis(especially supply-chain enterprise ananlysis). In the selection process of funding project, the role and significance of the industry analysis can be identified as the effective guideline of using this methodology. Across the study, the following is noted : the factors of R&D effectiveness and R&D necessity are found reliable and valid. On the other hand, the emptiness of supply chain and the positive effect of foreign trade balance did not influence the selection of project. The information gained from this study will help us to define better expectations and industry analysis employing to the National R&D Project Planning.

Intensive studies have been focused on conditions for business foundation and the entrepreneurship in light of management, economy, and social psychometrics. This study focused on potential effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on environment for entrepreneurial intentions in establishment of orientation of entrepreneurial intentions. Among various factors affecting on starting small and medium size enterprises, how entrepreneur's personal characteristics is related on entrepreneurial intentions was investigated. Manifest questionnaire was distributed among Venture to the professional graduate students, graduate entrepreneurship, and small business start-educated founders in order to deduce the relationship between the entrepreneurial characteristics and the environment of entrepreneurial Intentions. Previous studies and the literature survey were carried out to support for statistics of the questionnaire. 550 answers were collected and analyzed to find that propensity for achievement, innovation, enterprising, risk taking and creativity are key factors influencing inauguration of an enterprise. We have found that among these, risk taking, creativity, and innovation are analyzed to be as a regression coefficient but enterprising a side regression coefficient. Since this study can find its limitation in that comprehensive fields of entrepreneurship were analyzed in general, the result of this study should be used with caution, until more is known about its accessibility for predicting of success or failure of Start-up Company.
