Recently, the role of the contact center for business-to-consumer (B2C) operations is becoming more and more important as the customer contact point. In particular, an Internet Protocol (IP)-based contact center system is made up of a complicated information system in order to accommodate various customer channels, in addition to the telephone, and to respond in real time. However, until now, evaluations of contact centers have focused on customer service-based research from inbound contact centers. We used the contact center as a measure of performance, focusing on indicators that have traditionally influenced customer satisfaction, such as response rates and service levels. There is insufficient research on the characteristics of the services that a contact center should have and on the evaluation models for information systems. The role of information systems is becoming important as the latest contact center, which has moved from the TDM-driven digital phone system center to the IP-based contact center, accommodates a variety of digital channels other than voice phones. In particular, as offline branches decrease due to the development of the Internet and mobile phones, non-facing responses to customers are important, so the contact center has influenced the enterprise. Therefore, we developed an evaluation model not only in terms of customer service, but also from information system and business aspects, using the AHP and verifying the evaluation model through empirical cases. In particular, content analysis was used to ensure objectivity of AHP evaluation items.

Past corporaion's network security system is single security solution, or mixed several ways, but there was inefficient system because doing not get into organic link But, constructed more strong security system by ESM enterance on. ESM uses way to integrate of each agent to manage easily various kinds security solution. That is, it is system that connect system of existent VPN, FireWall, IDS and so on configurationally depending on security policy and manage. ESM is security system that is developed more than existent security system. But, practical use of network and the development speed of technology being increasing with the mon faster speed, is heightening the level more as well as dysfunction of information crime and so on. Many improvements are required at ESM system, this research wished to make up for the weak-point in the ESM system about interior security. Studied on structure of security solution that is basis of security policy. VPN, Firewall, IDS's link that is main composition of existing security system analysis, reconstructed. And supplemented security of ESM system itself. Establish imaginary intrusion and comparative analysis access data that apply each Telnet Log analysys IDS existent ESM system and proposed ESM system comparative analysis. Confirm the importance of interior security and inspected security of proposed system.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.

According to the recent statistics of the National Industrial Security Center, about 80% of the confidential leak are caused by former and current employees in the case of domestic confidential leak accidents. Most of the information leak incidents by these insiders are due to poor security management system and information leak detection technology. Blocking confidential leak of insiders is a very important issue in the corporate security sector, but many previous researches have focused on responding to intrusions by external threats rather than by insider threats. Therefore, in this research, we design an internal information leak scenario to effectively and efficiently detect various abnormalities occurring in the enterprise, analyze the key indicators of the leak symptoms derived from the scenarios by using data analytics and propose a model that accurately detects leak activities.

Currently, corporations have introduced the knowledge management system that utilizes knowledge effectively for practical purpose and development of core ability. However, existing knowledge systems have failed to share the knowledge content due to lack of elements that encourage the members to participate in the system. In this study, we designed a novel knowledge management system that employs the structure of social network service (SNS). More precisely, screen layout according to function and several algorithms to improve user friendliness and produce integrated knowledge content are recommended. The proposed SNS-based knowledge management system encourages the enterprise members to participate in the system to produce and share valuable knowledge contents.

This study develops a GIS-based system which examines the adequacy of the Groundwater development project before the actual designing of the project. A system environment is constructed in order to efficiently and scientifically manage and analyze data related to Groundwater through a Server/Client environment. For this programs such as GIS S/W ArcVies3.2, RDBMS ORACLE, ArcSDE (Spatial Database Engine) are used. WHPA and AQTESOLV are employed as a underground water simulation program and Scripts, a language for ArcView, is used to develop graphic user interface (GUI). Using the system developed here, we can transfer simulation results obtained by WHPA regarding Groundwater levels in new development projects into GIS. We can also judge whether a Groundwater development project should be permitted through examining overlaps of th effects of the development and comparing with o pollutants. At the same time, the system has a feature of supporting Groundwater development and based designing through judging the proper amount of Groundwater in a new project. It is also possible to easily and quickly prepare charts and reports using the outputs of the system. Since a two-tiered system which shares DB using inter-and intranets is developed, all the departments in the ministry of agriculture and forest and the agriculture base corporation can share accurate, reliable and latest information related to Groundwater.

The quality of the data is the most basic prerequisite for effective use of data. Problems and the resulting loss due to error data has emerged using case studies and a number of, to a national, quality certification system of the data has been enforced, you must manage to generate data study on the method for selecting the point of view of an organization's data CTQ is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs. Selected CTQ main data is subject to quality control in the organization, to develop criteria for CTQ data side of the business and IT so that it can be managed in a systematic manner, the proposed model, to filter the data accordingly presented in detail how to manage enterprise-wide CTQ data that can be quantified Te. By utilizing SPSS, factor analyzes, for which I used the AHP method for quantification. In particular, we present a framework of management measures along the maturity of the data in the organization due to the enforcement of authentic quality certification system of DB, utilizing the CTQ-DSMM model readily applicable to practice.

In order to solve the traffic problem which comes to be serious at day, the impotance of Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) that accomplish information gathering, information processing, information offering with up-to-date scientific techniques is coming to be high. But many local self-government group want to solve the traffic problems with introduction of ITS, however, it is a actual condition where the systematic effective analysis is insufficient. This study establishes the methodology of effective analysis as introduction of ITS, which refers to the inside and outside of the country instance. And then, this research accomplishes direct and indirect effective analysis with the case study. As a result of SUWON ITS introduction effect analysis, the travel speed of TRC mode is increased 31%, and the delay of TRC mode is diminished 43.9% than before introducing case. Most of the citizen felt the improvement effect of ITS system operation, and the majority wanted the expansion of the ITS system in survey. The analysis of economic result that B/C ratio is 5.12. So, The the effect and economic propriety of the ITS enterprise appeared with the fact that it is sufficient.

Illegal and harmful contents on the Internet has been an issue and been increased in Korea. They are often posted on the billboard and website of small enterprise and government office. Those illegal and harmful contents can relate to crime and suspicious activity, so, we need a detection system. However, to date the detection itself has been conducted manually by a person. In this paper, we develop an automated URL detection scheme for detecting a drug trafficking by using Google. This system works by analyzing the frequently used keywords in a drug trafficking and generate a keyword dictionary to store words for future search. The suspected drug trafficking URL are automatically collected based on the keyword dictionary by using Google search engine. The suspicious URL can be detected by classifying and numbering each domain from the collection of the suspected URL. This proposed automated URL detection can be an effective solution for detecting a drug trafficking, also reducing time and effort consumed by human-based URL detection.

Web is greatly contributing in providing a variety of information. Especially, as media for the purpose of development and education of human resources, the role of web is important. Furthermore, E-Learning through web plays an important role for each enterprise and an educational institution. Also, above all, fast and various searches are required in order to manage and search a great number of educational contents in web. Therefore, most of present information is composed in HTML, so there are lots of restrictions. As a solution to such restriction, XML a standard of Web document, and its various search functions is being extended and studied variously. Moreover, any technology, AJAX, and the old and new technology has two sides. The technology already exists, and it was not even considered before, because new technology is combined technologies. AJAX is a lot of Web 2.0 and Web technologies complement are combined. This paper proposes a search system able to search XML, AJAX in E-Learning or various contents of non-XML.
