According as the requirement of custom for the enterprise or government organization gets to be various, the enterprise or government organization has been quickly changing to cope with the situation. Recently, by considering a domestic situation which is intending the e-government, the service for the people to apply the information technology of a local autonomous entity is very much need. However, it is actual circumstances that share and application of information is not smoothly realized in the state that government organization introduces the relevant system. To solve this problem, this paper performs a study what the level of interoperability has relation to organizational Performance using interoperability with information system.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual understanding of ASP service for ERP implementation in small-to-medium enterprises under the current market situation in which the significance of information systems was standing out to respond to the rapid changes of managerial environment caused by the spread of Internet. In addition, it was to extract practical causes of introduction of ERP through ASP services by analyzing the causes and benefits considered by small-to-medium enterprises which use it. This study confirms that using ASP is better, faster and cheaper. Therefore, it is inevitable. The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

We introduce about XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, which is widely accepted as the international standard language for business financial reporting. XBRL is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data which is revolutionizing business reporting around the world. It provides major benefits in the preparation, analysis and communication of business information. It offers cost savings, greater efficiency and improved accuracy and reliability to all those involved in supplying or using financial data. XBRL is a kind of XML application based on the open Internet technologies. We propose a framework for enterprise information supply chain using XBRL Web services. A Web service is defined as a software system based on XML and designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network by the W3C. Web services are frequently just application programming interfaces (API) that can be accessed over a network, such as the internet and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services. An XBRL Web service-based enterprise information supply chain enables for companies to implement seamless information supply chains from businesses to financial institutions, to supervisory authorities, and to other stake holders for real time information access. And thereby it is expected to contribute to the increase in the value of companies due to the enhanced visibility and transparency of accounting and management.

A variety of enterprises have Implemented ERP system on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. The objectives of this study are (1) to classily and analyze the motives and critical success factors o the enterprises'ERP system adoptions, and (2) to measure their impacts on the business performance. The data for this research were collected from 43 cases in Korea that have operated ERP system for more than 6 months after the implementation. This study results reveals that the Information strategic planning and business strategy establishment prior to ERP adoption and the demands of field people activate as critical triggers In the larger firms Among the six critical success factors, training was statistically significant for all of four performance measures control, cost reduction, quality and service, and work efficiency. And other findings are furnished. Also the larger company group In the sales volume has shown the higher performance except work efficiency.

엔터프라이즈 환경의 표준화 경쟁은 백엔드의 데이터 티어로 시작하여 대표적인 엔터프라이즈 미들 티어가 스프링 프레임워크로 받아들여짐으로써 표준화로 안정화되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 점차 빠른 주기로 새로운 디바이스의 출현으로 웹과 모바일 서비스에 대한 호환성 확보가 웹 서비스 기업들의 중요한 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 그러나 국내 기업들은 이러한 정보화 시대의 격변한 환경 변화에 적절한 역량있는 기술 인력을 확보하지 못하고 있으며, 교육중심 대학들의 교육과정에서도 새로운 역량중심의 교육과정의 요구를 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 엔터프라이즈 시스템 플랫폼 환경에서 필요한 역량중심의 기술을 습득과 교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 스프링 프레임워크 환경에서 스프링 데이터 JPA를 활용한 시스템을 분석 및 설계 단계별로 문서화 작성을 통하여 구현하였다. 향후 엔터프라이즈 환경에서의 바로 적용할 수 있는 풀 스택 역량중심의 교육과정 및 캡스톤 디자인 교육과정의 참조 모델을 제공하고자 한다.

Recently, as the need for data access by integrating information in a distributed cloud environment increases in enterprise-wide enterprises, interoperability for collaboration between existing legacy systems is emphasized. In order to interconnect independent legacy systems, it is necessary to overcome platform heterogeneity and semantic heterogeneity. To solve this problem, middleware was built using EMRA (Extended MetaData Registry Access) based on ISO/IEC 11179. However, the designed middleware cannot guarantee the efficiency of information utilization because it does not have an adjustment function for each node's resource status and work status. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and adjust the legacy system. In this paper, we coordinate the correct data access between the information requesting agent and the information providing agent, and integrate it by designing a cooperative agent responsible for information monitoring and task distribution of each legacy system and resource management of local nodes. to make efficient use of the available information.

Purpose -The purpose of this study is to analyze how the accreditation system affect the selection of business strategies in social enterprises, which create social value rather than maximize profits. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 40 accredited and 53 non-accredited social enterprises. This research employs a Fuzzy-set/qualitative comparative analysis to compare the combinations of factors that affect a social enterprise's performance Findings - The results show that for accredited enterprises organizational capabilities are significantly more important than networking capabilities, whereas for non-accredited enterprises internal communication, governance capacities and networking competencies are most important capabilities to improving their social performance. And also The accreditation systems for social enterprises would entice social enterprise away from business strategies based on with local society, which is differentiated with commonly accepted social enterprise model. Research implications or Originality - This research suggests that the accreditation system for social enterprises should be redesigned for enticing social enterprises in Korea to be more localized to meet local needs in terms of positive changes of local society.

제안제도 활성화는 과학적이고 종업원들에게 보상만이 아닌 내적 동기부여가 가능한 제안방법을 찾아야 한다. 제안 활동을 열심히 하는데 제안에 성공하지 못하는 회사나 비용절감에서 많은 효과를 보는데 정작 중요한 고객만족이나 시장 점유율은 커지지 않는다면 제안 방향을 돌아볼 필요가 있다. 경영자가 비용절감을 강력히 추진하면 종업원들은 정작 다른 방향의 제안을 하지 못한다. 따라서 전사적 제안활동에서 주체는 일선 실무자라야 하며, 소수의 스텝 주도는 큰 효과를 볼 수 없다. 좋은 제안은 모든 부서 간, 기능 간 협력이 필요하다. 필요한 정보를 공유하고, 관련된 종업원들의 노력과 협조가 이루어질 때 진정한 제안제도가 확립될 것이다.

A repository has been conceived as a critical weapon for managing organizational information resources. The system can help control the heterogeneous data in a variety of CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering) tools. However, current repository systems have limitation in creating a synergetic effect by integrating information resources. Therefore, it is important to develop an integrative repository system, called Enterprise Repository System (ERS). This paper (i) defines ERS on the basis of a framework for repository systems, and (ii) suggests an ERS architecture and its detailed components. Finally, a real-life case of developing ERP repository system is illustrated according to the proposed architecture and components. This illustration may demonstrate the usefulness of this research for help developing an advanced repository system.
