인과지도의 타당성 확보와 정보 표현력 향상을 위한 연구 (A Study on Ensuring Validity and Increasing Power of Expression on Causal Maps)

  • In System Dynamics, causal maps are used as a tool for analyzing dynamic problems and discussing the outcome of analyzed problems. However there are some limitations to use causal maps. In the drawing phase of causal maps, the high abstraction of variables that constitutes problems makes it difficult to find out correct information. And principles or rules to check errors on causal maps are not sufficient yet. Moreover, simulation modeling tasks are required to be concerned separately from drawing causal maps because causal maps cannot provide enough information to simulation modeling. In order to overcome these limitations, this study shows ways that ensure validity, increase power of expression of causal maps and improve the connection between causal maps and simulation modeling.

수학과 평가 문항의 역량 및 표현 형식 특성 분석 (Feature analysis for competency and representation type of mathematics assessment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수학과 교육과정에 기반한 평가 문항을 출제할 때 핵심적으로 고려되는 수학 역량 및 표현 형식 특성을 규명하고, 수학과 평가 문항에서 수학 역량 및 표현 형식 특성이 나타나는 양상을 밝히는 것이다. 선행 연구 분석 및 2차에 걸친 타당성 조사를 통해, 수학과 교육과정에 기반한 평가 문항의 특성으로 수학 역량 범주는 12가지, 표현 형식 범주는 8가지를 추출하고, 이 특성들로 구성된 문항 특성 분석틀을 개발하였다. 또한 문항 특성 분석틀을 활용하여 2019년 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 문항을 분석한 결과, 중 고등학교의 수학 역량 및 표현 형식 특성에 대한 출제 경향에 차이가 있음을 밝혔다.

대학병원 직원의 환자정보보호행동 분석 (An Analysis of the Behavior of Tertiary Care Hospital Employee in ensuring the Confidentiality of Patient Records)

  • Ensuring the confidentiality of patient records is critical requirement for quality of care and in fulfilling legal obligation of healthcare organizations. This study analyzed the behavior of hospital employees who are dealing with confidential patient information in a hospital. Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) model and TPB expanded models that add habit concept to TPB are tested for the validity in explaining the predisposing factors that affect the behavior of hospital employee in ensuring the confidentiality of patient records. Data were collected by administrating a survey to the 350 employee of a tertiary care hospital. Of the 350 questionaries distributed, 321 were responded resulting 92% of response rate. The mean differences among the groups classified by age, years of experience, gender, and occupation were analysis using ANOVA. The relationships among the concepts suggested in the models were analysed by applying the Structural Equations Modeling method. The results of ANOVA indicated significant mean differences in the frequency of confidentiality ensuing behavior. Administrative staff and medical technicians show higher frequency of ensuing behavior compared to the physicians and the nurses. And more experienced employee show more confidentiality ensuring behavior. The results of Structural Equations analysis showed that the strong effect of habit and attitude in predicting the behavior. However, the effect of perceived behavioral control was not significant. Based on the results the theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

학교 내 청소년들의 권력관계 양상과 유형 파악을 위한 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 (Development and Validation of the Two Measures (power controllability, power desirability) for Identifying Power Relationships Among the School Youth)

  • 본 연구는 학교 내 청소년들의 권력관계 유형 파악을 위해 사용할 수 있는 척도인 '권력장악가능성'과 '권력장악욕구' 척도의 개발 및 타당화를 목적으로 했다. 선행연구에서 사용되었던 문항들을 기초로 추가 문항을 개발하기 위해 초 중 고등학생들을 대상으로 개별 면접과 초점 집단 면접을 실시하였으며 개발된 문항의 안면타당도와 내용타당도 확인을 위해 학교교사 및 전문가 집단의 자문을 받았다. 최종 선정된 문항을 갖고 수도권 소재 초 중 고생(N=1,822)을 대상으로 설문을 실시해 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 확인된 요인구조의 타당화를 위해 별도로 수집된 수도권 중학생 표본(N=333)을 대상으로 타당화 검사를 실시하였다. 타당화 표본을 통해 척도의 구성타당도와 신뢰도를 산출하였으며 '권력장악가능성'과 '권력장악욕구'를 바탕으로 분류된 권력관계 유형과 학교폭력 현장에서 학생들의 실제 역할 사이의 관련성을 확인함으로써 개발된 척도의 예측타당도를 점검하였다.

CSR 소비자이슈를 위한 생활용품 안전관리대상 유형 분류형태 연구 (A Classification Study on the Consumer Product Safety Management Target for CSR Consumer Issues)

  • Among the themes for CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility), consumer issues include protecting the health and safety of consumers who purchase and use the products. In particular, ensuring product safety is a major theme of consumer issues for corporate social responsibility. Currently, the government implements the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act for product safety management and selects products that may harmful to consumers as safety control items, and manages the products by designating them as 4 types of safety certification, safety confirmation, supplier conformity verification, and safety standard compliance. In this paper, we propose management plans for the establishment of a more reasonable classification type of safety management target for 48 items of consumer products to be controlled by the act, and confirm the validity of the plan. First, we perform cluster analysis using data for CISS (Consumer Injury Surveillance System) to derive a new classification type of the safety management target. Next, we compare the results of the cluster analysis with the classification type of the act and the existing scenario classification method RAS (Risk Assessment by Scenario) and the causal network method RAMP (Risk Assessment Method based on Probability). Based on these results, we propose two new plans of safety management target classification and verify its validity.

치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정을 위한 평가 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of the Assessment Tool for Measuring Communication Skills of Dental Hygienist)

  • 1. 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구 38문항을 번역한 후 번역 정확도, 내용분석, 내용타당도 분석을 통하여 14문항을 수정하고, 10문항을 삭제하였으며, 팀 구성원 커뮤니케이션 4문항은 연구목적에 맞지 않아 제외하여 최종 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구는 총 24문항으로 구성되었다. 2. 수정 보완된 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구의 요인분석 결과 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술은 배려와 존중, 정보 제공, 불안과 통증 감소를 위한 커뮤니케이션 등 3개의 항목으로 구분되었다. 3. 확인적 요인분석을 통한 모형의 적합도는 대체로 기준을 충족하였으며 ($X^2=899.170$ [df=227, p<0.001], RMR=0.025, RMSEA=0.078, IFI=0.886, TLI=0.872, CFI= 0.886, GFI=0.848, AGFI=0.815, NFI=0.853) 모든 요인의 개념신뢰도, 분산추출지수가 일반적 기준을 충족시켜 집중타당성이 입증되었다. 모든 요인의 평균분산추출값은 각 요인간상관 관계 제곱값보다 크게 나타나 판별타당성도 입증되었다. 4. 내적일관성을 알아보기 위한 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 0.8 이상으로 높은 신뢰수준으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보았을 때, 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 측정도구는 타당도와 신뢰도가 높고 적합하다고 검증되었다. 향후 우리나라 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술의 전문적인 발전과 연구에 활용되어 궁극적으로 환자 구강건강 증진 및 병원 경영에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

간호과정 적용 평가도구 개발 -수분섭취/배설간호와 튜브간호를 중심으로- (Development of Performance Measures Based on Nursing Process for Fluid Intake/Output and Tube Care)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop standards ensuring nursing process-based fluid intake/output and tube care, and to develop a performance measurement tool evaluating the level of care according to the standards, and finally to determine validity of the standards and the tool. Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined using a survey of 293 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 3.86 and 4.02, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tubes. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tube interventions, such as intravenous catheters, nasogastric tube and urinary catheters.

간호과정 적용 평가도구 개발 -입원 및 퇴원 시 간호를 중심으로- (Development of Performance Measures Based on Nursing Process for Admission and Discharge Care)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop standards ensuring nursing process-based care of patient admission and discharge, to develop a performance measurement tool evaluating the care applied according to the standards, and finally to determine validity of the standards and the tool. Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined through surveying a total of 302 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 4.11 and 4.09, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care provided at patient admission and discharge. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for patient admission and discharge.

하지 로봇재활의료기기의 안전성 및 필수성능 평가 기준 개발 (The Development of Safety and Essential Performance Criteria for Lower Extremity Robotic Assisted Gait Training System)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to ensure the safety and essential performance of a Lower Extremity robotic assisted gait training system and to provide advanced technology and technical basis to the industry handling the system. Based on IEC 60601-1:2012/AMD2:2020 (Medical Electrical Equipment - General requirements for basic safety and essential performance of medical electrical equipment), IEC 62366-1:2015/AMD1:2020 (Medical devices - Part 1: Application of usability engineering to medical devices) and EN ISO 14971:2019 (Medical devices - Application of risk management to medical devices), the requirements for ensuring the safety and essential performance of the Lower Extremity robotic assisted gait training system were derived. Through the Delphi survey method and scenario analysis, which reflects the opinions and knowledge of experts in the fields of development, testing and review of technical documents, and quality assurance of medical devices, validity and reliability were conducted and obtained results with adequate content validity ratio (CVR; 0.7≤) and excellent reliability (Cronbach's α; 0.9≤). As a result, it was confirmed that the reliability and validity of the risk management process to ensure the safety and essential performance of the Lower Extremity robotic assisted gait training system are required a model can be established to provide measures to reduce risks according to the level of risk exposure caused by usage.

중첩격자에 대한 이동최소자승법 적용 연구 (APPLICATION OF MOVING LEAST SQUARE METHOD IN CHIMERA GRID METHOD)

  • Chimera grid methods have been widely used in Computational Fluid Dynamics due to its simplicity in constructing grid systems over complex bodies, and suitability for unsteady flow computations with bodies in relative motion. However, the interpolation procedure for ensuring the continuity of the solution over overlapped regions fails when the so-called orphan cells are present. We have adopted the MLS(Moving Least Squares) method to replace commonly used linear interpolations in order to alleviate the difficulty associated with the orphan cells. MLS is one of the interpolation methods used in mesh-less methods. A number of examples with MLS are presented to show the validity and the accuracy of the method.
