반려동물형 로봇을 이용한 고령자 심리 안정의 향상 방안 (Improvement on Psychological Stability of the Elderly by Using Companion Robot)

  • 본 연구는 고령자의 반려동물형 로봇의 이용과 사용자 경험에 대한 것이다. 반려동물형 로봇을 고령자의 일상에 활용하는 것은 고령자의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있다. 여가는 은퇴한 고령자의 주된 활동이다. 그러므로, 여가의 다양성과 질은 그들의 삶의 질에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 반려동물형 로봇은 고령자에게 더욱 발전되고 흥미로운 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 세계적으로, 인구 고령화는 각국에서 가장 중요한 트렌드 중 하나가 되고 있다. 고령화에 따른 사회적, 경제적 부담은 한국 등 세계 전체의 지속가능성에 심각한 도전이다. 저자들은 고령 피험자(50세부터 90세까지)를 대상으로 반려동물의 이용에 관해 조사한다. 본 실험에서, 저자들은 시스템 품질, 인터페이스 품질, 불쾌감, 즐거움, 재이용 의도, 첨단과학기술인식 등 주요한 요인들을 연구하고 측정한다. 회귀분석에서, 친숙감(t=-2.006, p<.05)은 반려동물형 로봇에 대한 불쾌감에 유의미한 영향을 미친다. 다른 회귀분석에서, 반려동물형 로봇(설명 변수)에 대한 불쾌감은 즐거움(t=-3.327, p<.01)과 재이용 의도(t=-2.636, p<.01)에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 그러므로, 고령자가 반려동물형 로봇에 불쾌감을 적게 느낄 때, 고령자는 더 많은 즐거움과 재이용 의도를 느낄 것임을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다. 결과적으로, 첨단과학기술에 익숙하지 않은 고령자도 반려동물형 로봇을 이용해서 여가 활동과 삶의 질을 높일 수 있다.

바이럴 마케팅의 온라인 몰 구매후기와 파워 블로그 자기제시가 매개변인 구전효과와 의류구매행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of viral marketing in on-line mall review and power blog self-presentation on mediator variable word of mouth and apparel purchase behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of power blog self-presentation and on-line shopping mall reviews on the word of mouth (WOM) effect and apparel purchasing behavior. Consumers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi received questionnaires. There were 303 usable forms that could be analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of power blog self-presentation such as interactivity, media effect, and business intention on information acceptance through WOM. Power blog self-presentation, such as interactivity and business intention, affect information delivery by WOM significantly. There was a significant effect of review consideration, such as agreement, usefulness, enjoyment, and purity, on information acceptance of WOM. Reviews describing enjoyment, purity, and usefulness affect information delivery of WOM significantly. Business intention, media effect, and purity directly affect apparel-purchasing behavior, and affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable and then purchasing behavior. Whereas, interactivity, overstatement, and enjoyment affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable, and then affect overall purchasing behavior. Therefore, fashion firms consider active interaction with power blog visitors and promote the way of enjoying with fun through review of apparel on-line shopping mall when they try to implement viral marketing with WOM effect.

스마트폰 앱 선택요인과 구매요인의 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Explorative Study on the Difference between Smartphone Application Selection Factors and Purchase Factors)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 어플리케이션 앱 선택과 구매에 대하여 사용자들이 인식하는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 스마트폰 앱 사용이 많은 사용자 층을 대상으로 모바일 앱 다운로드 선택 요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 서로 다른 특성을 보이는 유희성 앱과 유용성 앱 등 유형별 앱 구매요인을 조사 분석하고 앱 선택 요인과 각각 비교, 분석하였다. 109개의 표본을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 앱 선택 요인과 구매요인간의 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 선택시 구전, 유용성, 호환성, 기능, 편리성, 디자인, 경험 등이 영향을 미쳤다. 선택, 구매시 모두 과거의 앱 사용 경험이 강하게 영향을 미쳤으며 구매시에는 앱의 유형에 따라 구매 요인의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 유용성 앱의 경우, 유용성, 비용, 기능을 중요시하였으며 유희성 앱의 경우, 즐거움을 많이 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 사용자들의 스마트폰 앱 선택을 구매 결정으로 연계시키기 위한 주요 요인에 대한 이론적 실무적 이해를 높일 수 있으며, 앱 설계와 마케팅시에 영향 요인들을 반영하여 소비자들의 구매를 증진시켜 나갈 수 있으리라 기대된다.

VR뉴스의 이용자 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study of VR News Characteristics on User's Effect: Focused on Recall, Understanding, Enjoyment, Visual Fatigue and Resue Intention)

  • 본 연구는 VR뉴스 속성이 이용자 효과 측면에서 VR뉴스에 대한 기억과 이해도, 즐거움, 눈의 피로도, 그리고 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실험연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 경로분석을 통해 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, VR뉴스 속성 중 실재감과 몰입감은 이용자들의 VR뉴스에 대한 기억에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실재감과 상호작용, 몰입감 모두가 이용자의 VR뉴스 이해도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실재감과 상호작용, 몰입감 모두 즐거움에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실재감이 눈의 피로도에 통계적으로 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 실재감과 몰입감이 재이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 VR뉴스의 속성과 이용자 효과를 이해하는데 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

파워 블로거들의 충성도를 결정하는 기술수용 및 경제적 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Technology Acceptance and Economic Factors on the Loyalty of Power Bloggers)

  • Power bloggers have become one of the most important resources of blog service companies, and only those who attract and secure power bloggers will be able to have competitive edge and profitability in blog related businesses. This study examines the effects of technology acceptance factors and economical factors on the loyalty of power bloggers. The analysis results show that the usefulness, power of social influence and enjoyment positively affect the attitude and intention to continuous use. The relationship between the attitude and intention to continuous use is demonstrated as significant. The economical benefit exhibits weakly positive influence on the attitude to blogging, but not on the intention. This indicates that although many power bloggers receive economic benefits through their blogging activities, such economical benefits do not have big impact on their activities and the intention to use. The blog service providers may use the analysis results when developing new blog services. In particular, the usefulness, which is often considered as one of the most important factors in the success of the blogosphere, is found to have less impact than the enjoyment among power bioggers. This is because blog users, especially power bloggers, use the blog not for a specific purpose or for generating a special product; most of them use the blog to satisfy their own personal desires. When developing blog services, therefore, it is important to cater to the users' enjoyment and their psychological compensation. What is surprising is that the effect of the economical factor is not ad significant as one might have expected. This implies that the new blog services that provide profit sharing or advertising revenue sharing may not be as successful as one would have hoped for in maintaining the loyalty of power bloggers.

SNS 사용자 중독 형성 매커니즘과 중독 예방 전략 (Understanding the formation mechanism of SNS addiction and its prevention strategy)

  • Purpose The study examined the key factors influencing the formation mechanism of SNS addiction. Based on the use and gratification theory, we considered relationship maintenance, perceived enjoyment, and self-expression as main desires to induce SNS addiction. The characteristics of SNS users were also considered as major factors affecting SNS addiction. In particular, self-control and subjective well-beings were considered to be prevention factors that could reduce SNS addiction, while SNS relational intimacy was considered to be a facilitator that would increase SNS addiction. Design/Methodology/Approach A structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used to test the theoretical framework based on a sample of 224 Facebook users who have used it more than 6 months. Confirmation factor analysis was conducted to check the reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Findings Relationship maintenance had a significant effect on self-disclosure intention and SNS addiction, respectively. Perceived enjoyment was significantly related to self-disclosure intention, while it was insignificantly associated with SNS addiction. However, self-expression was not significantly related to both self-disclosure intention and SNS addiction. Consistent with our expectations, both self-control and subjective well-beings had negative effects on SNS addiction. The analysis results found that SNS relational intimacy was positively related to SNS addiction.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형별 패션 소비자의 서비스 품질 지각, 구매만족도, 추천의도 및 전환의도에 관한 연구 (The Service Quality Perception, Purchase Satisfaction, Recommendation Intention, and Switching Intention of Fashion Consumers according to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigated service quality perception, purchase satisfaction, recommendation intention, and switching intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted from February 7 to 21 in 2011, and 294 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result of the service quality perception of internet fashion consumers was classified by site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, product diversity, responsibility, security, and order convenience. There were significant differences in the site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, responsibility, and security of service quality perception by the types of internet shopping malls. In addition, the factors of service quality perception that could affect the purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers showed differently according to the types of internet shopping malls. The purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers influenced the recommendation intention in all types of internet shopping malls and the purchase satisfaction influenced the switching intention in fashion specialized internet shopping malls.

의류관련정보를 제공하는 웹사이트 평가요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Factors of Websites that Offer Clothing and Ornament Related Information)

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to research on the diverse evaluation criteria suggested in the existing literatures, selected the contents of the evaluation according to the evaluation factors, and examined whether they are appropriate for the evaluation of websites that offer Clothing and Ornament related information through reliability analysis - all to set the evaluation criteria for the websites that acquire data. In addition. (2) contents of evaluation which are deemed important by the users and developers were compared and recommended as the detailed evaluation contents according to evaluation factors. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The evaluation factors for the fashion websites that provide Clothing and Ornament related information were selected as follows: contents of the information(11 contents of evaluation), ease of use(12), screen design(10), accessibility(9), sensitive enjoyment(4), scope of information use(3), purpose(1), and target user(1). As result of reliability analysis. Cronbach's a contents of the information (0.76), ease of use (0.77), screen design (0.85), accessibility (0.81), sensitive enjoyment (0.71), and scope of information use (0.52). 2. When the level of importance for the detailed evaluation contents was examined from the user and developer point of view, recency of information. rapid speed for the websites access. fast loading of webtext and fast transmission speed topped the list as first, second and third places.

혼례시 소비자의 라이프스타일에 따른 패션명품 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Research of Purchase Behavior of Consumer Who Prefer the Fashion Brands for Wedding)

  • Recently, our society has been expanding with its consumption of brand products as it is referred to as brand product syndrome. In particular, the trend is that young consumers in 20$\sim$30s prefer the fashion brand product for their wedding. In our study, the lifestyle and shopping tendency of consumers who prefer the fashion brands are found out, and the influence impacted on the intent of repurchase of fashion brand product are clarified through the path analysis with the following outcome. First, for the group factors in life style of the consumers who prefer fashion brand products for wedding, it is shown with the self-advancement type, home striving type, economy striving type, high class brand striving type, and social activity type. Second, as for the factor of shopping tendency of the consumers who prefer fashion brand products for wedding, it appears for the factors of pursuing for enjoyment, pursuing for show off, pursuing for individuality, and pursuing for convenience. And third, when the life style group for high class brand type of consumers goes for shopping for fashion brand for wedding, it displays the shopping tendency for pursuing for enjoyment, pursuing for show off, and pursuing for individuality, and these factors influence the most in the intent to re-purchase of fashion brand goods.

How Customers Perceive Virtual Mirror Technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution Environment

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore how customers perceive virtual mirror technology in the 4th industrial revolution environment. In particular, this study investigated how virtual mirror technology affects customer satisfaction and intention to use that are rarely examined in previous studies. Research questions include how proposed variables including sensory stimulation, enjoyment, product quality, telepresence, interactivity, and immersion affect satisfaction and intention to use and how satisfaction affects intention to use. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied factor and regression analyses to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study found that effects of sensory stimulation, telepresence, and immersion on satisfaction were significant, while effects of enjoyment, product quality, and immersion on intention to use were significant. Therefore, variables affecting satisfaction and intention to use were different, while effects of immersion were significant both on satisfaction and intention to use. Conclusions: This study concluded that the role of virtual mirror technology helps customers determine product quality and increase satisfaction level, while it also helps customers enjoy shopping and increase intent to use the service. The results of this study provide how to foster better relationship with customers by applying advanced technologies.
