Digital Color Image Watermarking for HVS(Human Visual System) using Daubechies wavelet

  • The digital signal has been replaced the analog signal in most of every field of multimedia including still image, animation, and audio due to the enormous extension of computer supply and the fast development of computer network. The consumers of information are able to enjoy the abundance of information because of one of the digital signal traits that very easy to regenerate the original data. Because of the trait, however, it is very hard for the producers of information to keep the copyright with the merit of original copy in quality excellency. In this paper, the watermarking technology which inserts a RGB color watermark in color image using the visual characteristics of wavelet coefficient was proposed. As a result, the PSNR value of image was varied depending on perceptual parameter, but we can obtain 32dB as a whole.

  • 치킨을 소비하는 연령대 중 가장 많은 소비를 하는 20대는 해가 넘어갈수록 1인 가구 비율이 높아지면서 혼자 배달음식을 시켜먹는 일이 많아지고 있다. 이 어플리케이션을 운영함으로써 20대 뿐만이 아닌 30대 40대 등 선남선녀 누구나가 치킨이라는 매개체를 통해 같은 취미를 공유하고 동지들을 찾아 좋아하는 취미를 즐기며 만남 및 친목도모를 위한 커뮤니티 운영을 목적으로 한다.

움직이는 관찰자의 두 눈 위치 검출 알고리즘 (The Position Tracking Algorithm of Moving Viewer's Two-Eyes)

  • Among the several types of 3D display methods the autostereoscopic method has an advantage that we can enjoy a 3D image without any additional device but the method has a disadvantage of a narrow viewing zone so that the moving viewer coannot see the 3D image continuously. This disadvantage can be overcome with the detectioni of viewer's positional movement by head tracking. In this paper we suggest a method of detecting the position of the moving viewer's two eyes by using images obtained through a color CCD camera, The suggested method consists of the preprocessing process and the eye-detection process. Through the experiment of applying the suggested method we were able to find the accurate two-eyes position for 78 images among 80 sample input images of 8 different men with the processing speed of 0.39 second/frame using a personal computer.

Implementation of Pseudo Golf Club and Virtual Golf Simulation System

  • In this study, we propose a pseudo golf club which can sense user's swing motion and virtual golf simulation system using the pseudo golf club. The proposed system is a virtual golf simulation system of a complex play type in which a player can enjoy various types of golf play according to the user's taste by providing a play mode for hitting an actual golf ball and a play mode for swinging the pseudo golf club. This virtual golf play system calculates and displays the trajectory of a golf ball by a simulator just like playing a real golf, and suggests suitable swing motion, so it helps users to learn golf easily.

중국 연변 조선족 어린이들의 놀이와 놀이노래 조사연구 (Analysis on Play-games and Play-songs of Korean Chinese Children)

  • This study purposes to analyse what games are played and what play-songs are sung among Chinese primary and middle school children of immigrants who emigrated from Korea to 延邊 about 50 years ago. Questionnaire survey, asking about the kinds of games, play-materials, the origins of the games, and the contents of play-songs, was conducted on 50 5th-grade-children and 50 middle school students. The results are as follows: The primary school children have enjoyed physical play. While playing, they sang the songs which they learned from their mother, grand parents, siblings, and teachers. The middle school children tend to play alone more than the primary ones, watching videos and listening to music. Especially they enjoy the popular songs of South Korea. This phenomena reflects the cultural change of the communist society which is struggling to transform its system to open market system.

초등학교 입학에 대한 유아의 이해 (The Understanding of Kindergarten Children about the Transition to Elementary School)

  • Using qualitative methods of interviewing, documentation, and participant observation, this study explored kindergarten children's understanding on their transition into elementary school. Phenomenologically, results showed that children understood that the transition into elementary school means thrownness (Geworfenheit) and projection (Entwurf). When children answered the question about why they want to go to elementary school, their responses demonstrated an understanding of the inevitability (thrownness) of transition. That is, they understood that entering elementary school was an unavoidable step for growing up. They expected(projected) that they would enjoy new activities and opportunities in elementary school. While they felt anxious about stem teachers and difficult studies, they looked forward to intellectual development, various indoor activities, outdoor exercises, and multi-layered encounters.

A Curriculum for Mobile Programming Education that Includes A Project Completion and It's Implementation Results

  • In recent, android application developments have been done widely that intensify smart phone utilization. In this paper, we propose a curriculum that undergraduate students can improve their mobile programming abilities as well as integrate experiences of application development based on android. And also a series of practices to advance their sense of accomplishment are added by offering an opportunity to carry out a real project to use a variety of sensors embedded in smart phone during the course of study. The project is composed of a series of modules for implementing a trekking App that helpful to people who enjoy spending time in outdoors through their favorite activities such as trekking, cycling, and climbing with their own smart phones. Through practical curriculum operation and project implementation, we show that the proposed curriculum is appropriate to a mobile programming education that combine learning and practice.

  • Korea and Japan have maintained an intimate relationship of economic exchange. However, even though both countries have made sound advances in the ASIAN market, they have not established mutually remarkable cooperative relations and advances in the ASIAN market. If korean companies with abundant experience and management ability provide able managers and skilled labor and if Japanese companies provide construction technology, capital and information, they could enjoy enomorous mutual benefits by advancing in the area of plant construction in foreign countries. Therefore, if they cooperate with each other by establishing complementary cooperation, both countries can gain an advantage in international competitiveness with western advanced countries.

  • 본 연구는 기부문화에 대한 일반 대중들의 인식의 변화를 위해 누구나 손쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 게임을 제안하며, 이를 모바일 앱으로 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 앱은 NGO 단체들의 대표적인 온라인 활동 중의 하나가 될 수 있으며, 노래 게임를 이용하기 때문에 기부에 대한 부담보다는 재미를 느낄 수 있는 게임 앱이다. 본 연구를 통해 다양한 게임 형태의 기부 앱이 많이 활성화되며, NGO단체나 기업, 그리고 SNS를 통해 대중적인 기부문화 정착에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.
