A survey was conducted on 300 working women(one woman/company) who specialize in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in the Busan region(south of Korea) to determine their job satisfaction. The overall response of women working in industry is relatively positive although they do experience a certain limit as female workers. The serious difficulties are long work hours and restriction of behavior in consequence of being the minority. Respondents anticipate an increase in number of working women in the STEM field due to the enforcement of women resource policies in Korea. Survey results about career development show that some of the most important factors in professionalism are responsibility, gumption and cooperation. The expectation of promotion is very low. Sexual discrimination is distinctly appearing in wages and promotions. If they decide to quit their job in the midstream, the key reason is in the difficulties of compatibility between home and occupation. Survey results about job satisfaction to work in industry reveal that 31.0% of respondents are satisfied because their job is consistent with their specialty; 30.7% of respondents are working where they wanted. Among respondents who intend to change their job, only 20.7% of respondents wanted to keep their specialties. Two factors involved in the respondents' satisfaction during work are special technical achievement and practical application of their knowledge. But, they are unsatisfied in terms of implementing their leadership.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Ankle Exercise Program on Muscle Strength and Balance in Middle Aged Woman. Subjects of this study, among the patients who were diagnosed with obesity in the study, for patients total of 8 people have agreed to research. Experimental group 4 people, control group 4 people, was a total of 8 people. Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to Unstable supporting surface exercise program(experimental group) and stable supporting surface exercise program(control group). Each training courses 30 minutes for 6 weeks, examined the changes in Functional Reach Test(FRT) and One Leg Standing(OLST), Dorsi Flexion(DF) and Plantar Flexion(PF) ability to examine a total of 6-week course effectively. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. There were significant improvements in the subscales of the muscle strength and balance test of those who practiced with the unstable supporting surface exercsie program, while the control group showed no significant changes. Therefore, unstable supporting surface exercsie program is effective in improvement of to improve the muscle strength and balance in woman with obesity.
Recently the radiant panel heating and cooling system has been regarded as an alternative of low temperature heating and high temperature cooling by applying the renewable energy sources to the heating and cooling of buildings. Especially this system can be used as HVAC system alternatives in super high-rise buildings for energy saving and thermal comfort. Also it can be possible to reduce the plenum space because the minimum ventilation air will be supplied into the space. This study focused on the evaluation the basic characteristics of thermal output in prefabricated steel wall panel system for radiant heating and cooling. In order to evaluate the thermal output according to both various supply water temperatures and supply water flow rates, three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer analysis was performed. As results, for the heating mode, thermal output increased by 26% with the supply temperature increasing by $5^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $1{\sim}3^{\circ}C$. For the cooling mode, thermal output decreased by 18.2% with the supply temperature increasing by $2^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $0.5{\sim}1^{\circ}C$ and it was shown the even temperature distribution.

Due to COVID-19, the face-to-face on-site exhibitions were not held. With this opportunity, technologies such as virtual reality/augmented reality are increasing attention, and these technologies are being used in many fields. In this study, we made a virtual exhibition content which was produced using virtual reality technology. Our virtual exhibition was held in parallel with the on-site exhibition that included the same contents. Also this exhibition provided an opportunity to realistic experience using the head mounted display. In order to provide a high sense of presence, we created an open virtual space and used realistic 3D objects and textures. Although it is a virtual exhibition, the audience can experience a sense of realism like an on-site exhibition. After the exhibition was over, a survey was conducted on the audience who participated in both the on-site exhibition and virtual exhibition to analyze their responses. As a result of the survey, the similarity and immersion of the virtual exhibition were highly evaluated.
The present study is designed to explore psychological correlates of career barrier of female college students in engineering fields by investigating psychological characteristics of female students and by comparing them with those of male students. For these ends 1,968 female and male students in 8 universities nation-wide completed the questionnaire which includes the measures for self career aspiration, self-efficacy, satisfaction and expectation in engineering career. The results of our study revealed female students scored significantly lower than male students in all of these variables. In addition, the developmental patterns of female and male students differ significantly; Male students aspiration, self-efficacy, expectation and satisfaction increased with the school experience whereas those of female students did not show any change or decrease. The results call for the intervention to improve the psychological vulnerability of female students in engineering field.
We compared the cognitions of students, faculty, and business leaders in engineering related to woman employment and successful career. For this research, we developed questionnaires for 240 students of Korea National University of Transportation and Korea National University of Education, and 8 faculty who taught the students in the improvement program of engineering education environment for gender sensitivity, and 28 business leaders of company located in Chungbuk. As results, there were lots of difference among the cognitions of students, faculty, and the leaders related to woman employment and successful career. Especially, leaders gave considerable thought to upright character and affective capacity when they select employees. Therefore, we need to concentrate efforts to bring up talent women whom companies prefer by strengthening the strength and make up for the weakness as women in the improvement program of engineering education environment for gender sensitivity.
When a pregnant woman experiences cardiac arrest, resuscitation is of the utmost importance. Cardiac arrest in pregnant women differs from cardiac arrest in the general population since both mother and fetus need to be taken into consideration. In the event of cardiac arrest, determining whether to deliver the baby is significant. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is not always successful, and the survival rate depends on the speed and precision of the procedure. In this study, we focus on the case of a 30-year-old pregnant woman who experienced cardiac arrest and whose family was quick to perceive her condition and call the hospital. A witness performed initial cardiopulmonary resuscitation, while rescue workers performed the advanced procedure. In this case, the patient and baby received proper treatment and left the hospital after six days. It is extremely rare for a pregnant patient to achieve return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) or receive advanced cardiac life support before reaching the hospital. However, the woman in question in this study achieved ROSC and received both cardiopulmonary resuscitation before reaching the hospital and advanced cardiac life support at the hospital. The specifics of the case are reported in the context of a literature review.

This paper investigated an overview of awareness for fluoride in the young christian association. 30% of men and 70% of women knew well the prevention of caries for fluoride and water fluoridation program and showed of 90% in 20's, 10% in 30's and 0.00% in 40's. 54%-known people for fluoride had each 37% of men and 63% of woman, then 46%-unknown people for fluoride had each 56.52% of man and 43.48% of women. This showed women knew well awareness for fluoride than men. This showed high level above 50% awareness for fluoride as 54% of comprehension for fluoride and 50% of water fluoridation program. Awareness of fluoride of the subjects known for fluoride, prevention of caries, effects of tooth and water fluoridation program appeared above 50% level as 54%, 47%, 45% and 50%, individually. Thus, tooth management in christian showed high level. But, awareness for fluoride of women in third condition 'unknown for mottled tooth' showed each 38%, 34% and 37%. The mottled tooth from an excessive fluoride appeared low level awareness for fluoride of women. It suggested hard scientific contents made woman subjects unknown the effects of fluoride for tooth.
