Panic disorder is one of the anxiety disorder, characterized by panic attacks which are discrete episodes of fear accompanied by somatic symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpitations, chest pain, choking, dizziness, trembling and/or faintness. We experienced a 41 year-old male who complained of sudden enervation, unstable blood pressure and anxiety about self's symptoms. We bad given herbal medicines aoh cognitive & behavioral therapy. Results from studies to date suggest the cognitive behavioral therapy(CBTl are useful for depression, anxiety disorder, phobia. He understood his symptom's meaning and tried to overcome fear related to symptoms through exposure training. We concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy can be very effective methods to treat panic disorder, because patient with panic disorder has maladaptive automatic thoughts, based on dysfunctional beliefs like "I'm too weak, I have some problem."

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of clothing shopping orientations on consumers emotions in clothing stores based on level of clothing involvement. For this purpose, factor analysis was used to identify shopper types by clothing shopping orientation and factors of consumers' emotions and multiple regression analysis was used in each level of upper 25% and lower 25% of clothing involvement to find out the effects of clothing shopping orientations on consumers' emotions. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. 4 factors were found in clothing involvement. 2. 6 factors were found in clothing shopping orientations but 'recreational shopping orientation' 'economic shopping orientation' of high loading factors were used for multiple regression analysis, 3. 4 factors were found in consumers' emotions but 'pleasure' arousal' 'enervation' were selected for multiple regression analysis. 4. In the upper 25% group of clothing involvement level; it is founded that 'recreational shopping orientation' influenced 'pleasure' and 'economic shopping orientation' did not influence 'pleasure'; it is founded that 'recreational shopping orientation' influenced 'arousal' and 'economic shopping orientation' did not influence 'arousal'; 'recreational shopping orientation' and 'economic shopping orientation' did not influence 'enervation'. 5, In the lower 25% group of clothing involvement level; it is founded that 'recreational shopping orientation' and 'economic shopping orientation' influenced 'pleasure' and did not influence 'arousal'; it is founded that only 'economic shopping orientation' influenced 'enervation' negatively.

The Purpose of the study is to identify the aesthetic of anxiety and horror in Roman Polanski's films, focusing on , , and . Polanski's films, of which main concern lies in veritable human under the circumstance of the closed space which is stained violence and horror, present a tendency of instability and brute force in the same age and individual's enervation and solitude isolated from the value of society. Eventually, it steadily deals with the origin horror of being. In this study, I analyzed Polanski's special feature of directing centering on three facters, such as visual storytelling, space design of isolation and enervation, and accompanying sight as a visual point of suspense. The style of Polanski's films, based on the classical priciple for suspense construction and variegated image making, shows that the incapable individual's awkward suffered in the closed circumstance, the strength of horror from the unknowable outside, and human's belief broken by brutal violence. These commonly connect to the theme of Roman Polanski's films.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore women's actual experiences of Dan Jeon Breathing after a cancer operation with a view to gaining a deeper understanding of their individual experiences and the meaning that it holds for them. Methods: A phenomenological approach was used for this study. Data were collected using in-depth interviews. Study participants were 8 women aged $32{\sim}53$ years who have were practicing Dan Jeon Breathing over the 3 months after cancer operation. The method proposed by Colaizzi (1978) was used to guide the process of data analysis. Results: Themes which emerged from the data were: 'feeling of self-confidence', 'positive acceptance', 'expectation', and 'enervation'. Conclusions: This study provides us with an understanding on the practice and the process of Dan Jeon Breathing for cancer women to overcome cancer Therefore, women who have had an operation for cancer can pursue Dan Jeon Breathing as a nursing intervention.

Dae Jeong Hwan (大精丸) is a Chinese patent medicine which has been used for improvement of lassitude, anorexia, and enervation in Korea. It consists of 24 kinds of powdered crude drugs. In powered crude drugs, it is hard to identify each component by chemical analysis or morphological examination. However, the method of identification of powdered crude drugs has not been clearly established. For the identification of individual crude drugs in such powdery mixtures, microscopic method may advantageously be used, as it requires only small amount of specimens. In this study, it is demonstrated that the microscopic method is very effective for the identification of 24 crude drug ingredients in Dae Jeong Hwan.

The purpose of this study was to compare clinical availability of fibrin adhesive technique with microneural suture technique. We applicated fibrin adhesive technique and microneural suture technique on cut sciatic nerve in rat and used to Compound muscle action potential of rat thigh muscle compartment and histologic finding for comparision of clinical availability. The results were as following. 1. Using latency and amplitude in Compound muscle action potential test, we compared microneural suture technique with fibrin adhesive technique for nerve regeneration effect. the means was slightly different between two method. but there's no statistically significant differences. 2. Histologic finding was similar in microneural suture technique and fibrin adhesive technique for regeneration of axon and myelin sheath in destruction site after nerve anastomosis. These results showed that the efficacy of fibrin adhesive technique was similar to that of conventional microneural suture technique. Moreover, fibrin adhesive technique is decreased operating time and imporved of incapability of accessment in conventional suture technique. Therefore this technique is a useful method to nerve anastomosis in nerve enervation and neurotransplantation.

The purpose of this research is to investigate if bibliotherapy is effective for the retirees suffering from depression and enervation caused by early retirement in order to help them to accept their situations positively, lessen their illnesses and actively live new lives. The study used 15 people and executed 1:1 interview investigation among early retired employees from 45-years old to 56-years old. They were all inhabitants of the Kunsan area and visited the S University library, and used the S University library conference room for bibliotherapy. A. T. Beck's 'Beck Depression Inventory' (BDI) was used to collect the data for this research, and the before- and after-data analyses were performed.

Effects of the gardening program on the mentally retarded persons were assessed on the inadaptive behavior and the social maturity for 1 to 2 years and 2 months in Seoul Welfare Center for the Mentally Retarded. The results were as follows; 1. The mentally retarded persons treated with the gardening program for 1 to 2 years and 2 months showed and improvement of the inadaptive behavior as compared with the pre-gradening program. The second(the enervation and the social isolation) and fourth (the excessive behavior and the deviant behavior) sects among the four of Inadaptive Behavior Checklist showed and improvement of the inadaptive behavior. And first sect(crying, excitement, and anger) of Inadaptive Behavior Checklist greatly showed and improvement of the inadaptive behavior. 2. The mentally retarded persons were improved in their social maturity through the gradening program for 1 to 2 years and 2 months as compared with pre-gradening program. Both a social age and social quotient were quite a bit increased. 3. Females showed improvment in the inadaptive behavior and the social maturity by the gardening program when compared to males, but the difference between male and female was not striking. 4. Both the higher IQ group from 55 to 70 and the lower IQ group from 40 to 54 showed improvment in the inadaptive behavior by the gardening program, but the difference between two groups was not obvious. However, the higher IQ group through the gardening program increased the social maturity more than the lower IQ group. 5. In both the gardening program periods for 1 to 1 year and 2 months and those for 2 years and 2 months the inadaptive behavior and the social maturity showed an improvment when compared to pre-gardening program, but the difference between two groups was not conspicuous.

The following is the conclusion drawn from a review on the clinical cases cured by Jaeumkangwha-tang in perspective of Hyungsang medicine. Jaeumkangwha-tang originated from the modified Jibaiksamul-tang in 'Manbyunghuichun(萬病回春)' and applied to the diseases induced by flaming fire due to deficiency of Yin. In 'Donguibogam', there are two kinds of Jaeumkangwha-tang. One in the chapter of kidney is mainly prescribed to replenish the Jung of kidney and applicable to the cases with configuration and symptom of kidney along with fire. The other one in the chapter of fire is applied to the symptoms of flaming fire due to deficiency of Yin. The characteristics of the patients treated by Jaeumkangwha-tang from the viewpoint of Hyungsang medicine can be classified as follows : ① configuration: Dam type, Shin type, inverted triangular type(:天垂象), bird type, round eyes, thin lips, slender waist, thin leg, pretty face, sparkling eyes, prominent upper lip and upward eyes and nose. ② color : dark red complexion, red cheek bone, red lips and red glabella. ③ pulse : fine and fast pulse and pulsation on the Chuk(尺) in man and so forth. ④ symptoms: agility, talkativeness, pimpled face, crooked back, weakness to the heat of summer, light eating, timidity, blood-shot eyes, night sweat, cough, abundant phlegm, hemoptysis, bloody spittle, enervation, emaciation, back pain, flaccidity of lower limbs, involuntary emission, nocturnal emission, heat sensation in the chest palms and soles, anger, flush on cheek bone, red lips and dry mouth, reddish tongue, stiff excrement, scanty yellow urine, etc.

Taegeuk is the source and union of the two primary aspects of the cosmos, Eum(陰, Yin) and Yang(陽). The Neo-Confucian philosophers of Chinese Song(宋) dynasty associated Taegeuk with the supreme rational principle of the universe. Taegeuk is a powerful blend of self-discipline, self-defense and healing. It is an art which has grown over the millennia to include hundreds of forms and variations, and can easily take a lifetime to master. Taegeukgwon based on the Taoist philosophies of Eum(陰, Yin) and Yang(陽) is an ancient Eastern form of exercises, characterized by slow reversing movements. There is strong research evidence validating Taegeuk as a safe form of exercise having potential for health promotion and rehabilitation. Today, Taegeukgwon has spread worldwide. The Internal Training of Taegeuk is one of the exercises for regiment. As exercise, Taegeukgwon is designed to provide relaxation in the process of body-conditioning exercise and is drawn from the principles of Taegeuk, notably including the harmonizing of the Eum-yang(陰陽, Yin-yang), respectively the passive and the active principles. It employs flowing, rhythmic, deliberate movements, with carefully individually prescribed stances and positions. In practice, two masters teach the system exactly alike. As a mode of attack and defense, Taegeukgwon resembles Kungfu and is properly considered a martial art. It may be used with or without weapons. Freehand exercise to promote health was practiced in Korea. This training proved to have effect on hypertension, enervation, impotence, premature ejaculation, seminal emission, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, and arteriosclerosis. There have been many schools of Taegeukgwon. Depending on school and master, the number of prescribed exercise forms varies from 24 to 108 or more. The objective of this paper is to reconsider Taegeukgwon and its effect on the body and mind-conditioning in Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經).
