용접산업이 발전함에 따라 가스메탈아크 용접에서 고내마모성의 콘택트 팁이 요구되어지고 있다. 현재 국내외에서는 콘택트팁에 대한 수명평가 기준이 없으며, 일부 업계에서 자체 규격을 제정하여 운용하고 있지만 근거가 명확하지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 콘택트팁의 신뢰성 평가기준을 제정하고자 하였다. 팁의 주요 파손기구로는 고온 마찰마모, 전기적 에로존, 번백 등이 있다. 신뢰성 평가는 경도 시험, 열처리 후 경도, 용접 마모, 전기전도도를 시험으로 구성되었다. 팁의 수명은 마모가 45%에 도달했을 경우 송급된 와이어 총 길이로 하였으며, 4시간까지 마모시험 한 결과를 근거로하여 한계수명을 추정하였다. 본 연구에서는 세 가지 조성의 다섯 가지의 콘택트팁에 대하여 4시간동안 내마모성 실험을 하였으며, 마모정도는 1시간 단위로 면적비를 백분율로 환산하여 측정하였다. 실험 결과 가공경화형팁은 1시간이내에 재결정 및 입자성장에 의한 경도 저하로 가공경화가 팁 수명에 지속적 영향을 주지 못하였다. 반면, 석출경화형팁은 석출경화 효과가 지속되어 가공경화형팁보다 수명이 향상 되었다.

The use of a practice perspective in the analysis of information literacy represents a shift in attention towards the enactment of information literacy as a social practice, and away from the information skills approach that has dominated information literacy research and education. The sociocultural perspective that underpins a practice-oriented approach highlights the role of practice and co-participation of the community in shaping the production, reproduction and circulation of knowledge, including knowledge about the appropriateness of information skills in relation to the context in which the skills are practised. This emerging view contrasts with the conventional approach to information literacy that has focused on the information skills of individuals as something that can be learned and transferred independently of context. This paper explores two questions: what is information literacy and, how does it happen? It then goes on to identify the implications of this approach for librarians and researchers.

This paper described the switching overvoltage analysis on the 345kV and 154kV transmission system by EMTP(Electromagnetic transient Program) for the enactment of current insulation design standards of KEPCO. The air clearance design of current transmission tower was reviewed and revised by the calculated result, considering swing angle for the each type of insulator string by the wind velocity.

The Korean railway standards (KRS), formerly managed by Korea Railroad (Korail), have been managed by the Korean Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (ML TM). According to Korean railway safety law and its ordinances, which were established for the guarantee of railway safety, the management of KRS including enactment and revision of technical standards for railway vehicle and components, was committed to Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI). Currently, a total of 195 standards has been managed from the various railway applications including track, electrical, and vehicle areas. Moreover, according to the guideline on the management of KRS, the conformity of KRS with international standards is encouraged for the enlargement of international trade. In this investigation, a brief management activity of KRS and the recent activities on conformity of KRS with AAR standards on automatic coupler will be introduced.

The results of this study are as follows. 1. The essential qualities of marketing ethics are that the processes which commodities and services are transferred to consummers should be made equally after they are produced. 2. The ethics of marketing management are come up with in the fields of the managements of purchasing, distribution, sales and advertising. 3. The ethics of purchasing, distribution, sales, advertising is that each management activities should be done honestly. 4. The ethics of marketing research includes the right of examiners and examinees, the attitudes of research ethics, marketing ethics platforms. 5. The right of examiners and examinees should be respected, and research attitudes should be based on conscientiousness. 6. The enactment of marketing ethics platform and the education about marketing ethics are necessary in order to keep the high level of marketing ethics.

The study first reviewed the significance, enactment process, and future challenges for growth of the Environmental Education Promotion Act first proclaimed in Korea in March, 2008. Then it sorted out the drafts about the plans for the overall growth of environmental education, which were researched and developed in the national level Environmental Education Master Plan based on the act, their major tasks in each field, and research plans to be promoted. Its findings will provide reference to the efficient operation of the act and the plans for the overall growth of environmental education.

The main contents of this paper are the PQM system construction case and distribution system harmonic voltage analysis. The PQM system has constructed by KEPCO in order to investigate power quality of distribution power system for new power quality standard of KEPCO. In result, we have confirmed that voltage harmonic measurement value of the high voltage contract customer 8 households is suitable the KEPCO harmonic standard tentative plan. And the voltage harmonic value of distribution line end side is not always more high than source side by harmonic current offset effect. In the future, acquired data by season, region, load from the PQMS will be used on the resonable harmonic standard enactment in KEPCO.

Defense specification suitability review task means to examine whether to need enactment, amendment or abolition of defense specification, and realistic and efficient review environment are urgently needed by improving system. For the promotion of efficient tasks, the cycle of defense specification suitability review needs to be changed to 5 years for active specifications and 10 years for inactive specifications. To simplify the standards of defense specification suitability review, the distinction between prior management items and general management items should be abolished and the number of review items need to be reduced from ten to three. Also, in order to promote substantial defense specification suitability review, a system improvement is needed to utilize retired professionals from defense acquisition related agencies.

A workflow management system is a software system to assist designing processes, controlling and managing the execution of the designed processes. One emerging trend in many recent information systems is the provision of process management functions. In this paper, we propose a method of designing processes for automatic process execution directly from process modeling. First of all, the concept of block is presented which is to define a nested process model. A block is the minimum unit that can specify the relationships of process components, i.e., tasks. A general process can be defined by a combination of the blocks defined in this paper. An algorithm is developed to transform a general flat process model into a nested model. We identify basic types of blocks and build ECA (Event-Condition-Action) rules for each of the basic types. This allows us to automate the execution of the process model by using the active features of active databases.
