To investigate effect of organization justice on organizational commitment, I surveyed the concept of organization justice, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and then I reviewed what formative factors of organization justice increased organizational commitment or what formative factors of organization justice and organizational commitment increased organizational citizenship behavior. The result of this study proved that organization justice and organizational commitment influenced organizational citizenship behavior a lot and the purpose of this study was carried out like following ; The formative factors of organization justice, that is, procedure fairness and distribution fairness come out by theoretical study influenced organization commitment and the formative factors of organization commitment, commitment about company and turnover influenced organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the hypothesis that the higher the organization justice is, the higher the organizational commitment was positive. Therefore, in position control of restaurant employees, giving employees the motive of organization commitment as procedure fairness and distribution fairness control strictly enable employees to have citizenship about organization and enable employers to control employees effectively.

This paper presents a new method for controlling the current of lighting LEDs without current sensors. This method can be used as backup against LED current sensor faults. LED lighting requires a circuit with a constant current in order to maintain the same brightness when the ambient temperature changes. Therefore, we propose a new current estimation method to provide backup in case of current sensor faults based on the calculation of the inductor current. In the fabricated circuit, the average current changes from 144.03 mA to 155.97 mA when the ambient temperature changes from 0℃ to 60℃. The application of this study can enable the fabrication of a driving IC for LEDs in the form of a single chip without sensing resistors. This is expected to reduce the complexity of the peripheral circuit and enable precise feedback control.

Electric power system is consisted of power supply and power enable circuit. Power supply provides operating voltage with internal chip. Depending on the operating voltage, power enable circuit provides operating signal, PWREN. Because energy is obtained from signal of external station, passive transponder must have the low power consumption. In this paper, the power supply module of the low power transponder is designed and analyzed.

There are many differences in narrative delivery between common movies and Virtual Reality(VR) films due to their differences in the appreciation structure. In VR films, scene changes by cuts have hindered the immersion of the audience instead of promoting narrative delivery. There are a range of experiments on narratives and immersion to solve this issue in VR films. Floating Tent applies hand gestures and immersive effects found in game elements and does not disturb narrative delivery by setting proper spaces and employing a direction technique to enable the melting of narratives into the characteristics of the spaces. There are time limits to offsound and mission performance, and devices fit for apocalyptic spatial expressions are made through a program. One of measures for the increasingly growing interactive storytelling in VR films is effective immersion. In narrative delivery, it is important to consider spatial setting and immersion to enable active intervention into events for immersion rather than passive audience only supposed to watch characters' acting.

In this paper, we addressed the problem of reducing the switching activity in pipeline datapath and proposed a solution. clock-gating method is a kind of practical technique for reducing switching activity in finite state machine. But, in the case that the target gated function unit has a pipeline structure, there is some spurious switching activity on each stage register group. This occur in early stage of every function enable cycle. In this paper we proposed a method to solve this problem. This method generates the enable signal to each pipeline stage to gate the clock feeding register group. Experimental results showed effective reduction of dynamic powers in pipeline circuits.

We need to make the standards of maintenance information for urban transit to reduce the cost to maintain the information and to share the information with maintenance workers. It is enable to do systematic maintenance for urban transit by using the information system based on the standardized information. In this paper we propose the major items to standardize and the methods to lay out the standard schemes to enable structured maintenance. We present the 4 items, bill of material, material classification, accident/fault classification, electronic document, to standardize. And we propose how to implement the information system for urban transit based on the standardized information. We describe the implemented information system in two parts; a rolling-stock and an infrastructure part. And also we describe the result of survey to evaluate the system installed at Seoul Metro and Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit.

Mobile web applications are different from desktop web applications because of their small screen size and small user input devices. Therefore user interface designers have spent their effort and time to re-design the user interface of mobile web applications to meet these differences. In this paper, we introduce five user interface patterns for mobile web applications to reduce their effort and time. Two of them are for utilizing small screen size efficiently, and they are space overloading pattern and data filtering pattern. These patterns enable designers to reduce screen usage. The other three patterns - data suggestion pattern, input reuse pattern, and incremental data input pattern - are for helping users' data input on mobile devices. These three patterns enable users to reduce direct data input. Our work will help user interface designers develop mobile web interface to utilize screen space efficiently and get data with less errors and less efforts from users.

Having established the initial geometry and cable force of a typical three span suspension bridge under permanent load, the additional maximum response of the cable and the stiffening girder due to live load are determined, by means of an analytic procedure, considering the girder first hinged at its ends and then continuous through the main towers. The problem of interaction between the cable and the stiffening girder is examined taking under due consideration the second order effects, whereby, through the analogy to a fictitious tensioned beam under transverse load, a closed -form solution is achieved by means of a simple quadratic equation. It is found that the behavior of the whole system is governed by five simple dimensionless parameters which enable a quick determination of all the relevant design magnitudes of the bridge. Moreover, by introducing these parameters, a set of diagrams is presented, which enable the estimation of the influence of the geometric and loading data on the response and permit its immediate evaluation for preliminary design purposes.

Since demand for location-based services increases and the relevant service becomes more diverse, the use of POI (Point of Interest) is being required in various fields. Various roles of POI for display, search and inquiry exist, but the implementation and expression of such roles are partially limited. Therefore, the data model for implementation is suggested in this paper to enable practical implementation, expression and inquiry of POI data. The data model was developed based on 3 roles of POI including search, expression and linkage, and especially, the spatial relationship between POI objects which was not suggested in previous data models is considered and time series scheme is suggested to enable various expressions and inquiries in application services.
