다문화가족의 결혼생활 관련요인 분석 - 용산구 다문화가족 사례연구를 중심으로 - (The Study on the Marital Life Factors for the Multi-Culture Families - Focused on the Case Study of Multi-Culture Family in Yongsan-Gu -)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine what factors affect the marital life of multicultural families. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 immigrated females and their husbands living in Yongsan-Gu, Seoul, Korea, by open-ended questionnaire. The interviews took place on September 11, 2008, and October 11, 2008. The major findings can be summarized as follows: Through the content analysis of the informants' responses, three major factors were found to influence the successful adjustment of the married female immigrants: personal factors, familial support, and social support systems. Among the personal factors, the self-esteem of the married couples is relatively high. However, the factor of the economic living conditions of the multicultural families indicates some difficulty. Finally, considering the level of self-development of the female immigrants' husbands, an older husband was viewed more negatively than a younger one. In terms of familial support, the most important factor affecting the adjustment of a foreign wife is the trust of her husband and her relationship with the husband's family. Accordingly, educational programs are necessary to promote multicultural understanding and the couples' relations. In social support systems, the female immigrants experienced neglect, as far as multicultural prejudice in society. Therefore, in order to revitalize the self-esteem of immigrants, we need to reach out to multicultural families. The center for support of multicultural families provides opportunities to find training, upgrade education for employment, and expand their social network. In addition, it is necessary for the national public relations industry to recognize improvements regarding the adjustment of multicultural families.

  • Numerous countries promote business programs to revitalize local economy, increase employment, and nurture high-tech industries. Recently, a number of business incubators have been established and operated with aims to adapt to changing environment and increase economic competitiveness in Korea. To give satisfactory results of governmental policy, the requirement to develop the evaluation model to support effective operations of business incubators using the objective and rational criteria is growing. The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation model in Business Incubator using Data Mining Process. We suggested the evaluation model of business incubator, 'Score-5 RS' consists of making evaluation factor process using weighted sum and 5-grade classification and analyzing process by Decision Tree algorithm.

A Study on Job Stress and Emotional Burnout of Clinical Nurses

  • This study attempts to provide basic data for the development of manpower maintenance programs by checking the degree of job stress and emotional burnout for nurses working in a university hospital and identifying factors affecting emotional burnout. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire survey conducted on 187 nurses. The average score for job stress of nurses was 2.50 (range 1 to 4) and emotional burnout was 3.29 (range 1 to 5). The factors affecting emotional burnout were occupational climate, job demand, job insecurity, and lack of reward, which accounted for 44% of explanatory power. In order to reduce the emotional burnout of nurses, the management of medical institutions needs administrative and financial support. Further, it is necessary to improve the organizational culture regarding job assignment through job analysis, employment security, and a performance-based reward system.

Factors influencing children's emotional and behavioral problems perceived by North Korean refugee mothers: a descriptive study

  • Purpose: The study investigated the relationships between key variables, including the level of parenting knowledge, acculturative stress, depression, and the strengths and difficulties associated with their children's emotions and behavior, among North Korean refugee mothers who faced the challenging task of adapting to Korean society while raising their children. Methods: A descriptive study design was used. Data were collected from 130 North Korean refugee mothers between September and November 2023. Results: The participants had very limited parenting knowledge, and 82.3% of them scored 21 or higher on the depression scale used in community epidemiological studies. Higher levels of parenting knowledge and lower levels of depression were associated with lower levels of acculturative stress. Moreover, higher levels of depression were associated with more emotional and behavioral difficulties in children. Maternal depression, age, and employment status were identified as factors that influenced emotional and behavioral problems in preschool-aged children. Conclusion: These findings underscore the importance of providing parent education and mental health support programs for North Korean refugee families in order to improve parents' parenting skills and emotional well-being.

노인일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인: 자아존중감과 직무만족을 중심으로 (Factors that Influence Social Relations in Elderly People Participating in the Senior Employment Project: Focusing on the Job Satisfaction and Self-esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 노후의 사회적 관계 증진을 통해 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 임의표집방법을 활용하여 노인일자리 사업에 1년 이상 참여한 경험이 있는 노인 272명을 대상으로 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인의 자아존중감과 직무만족은 노인 일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 노인일자리 사업참여노인의 자아존중감, 직무만족이 높일수록 사회적 관계가 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면, 첫째, 노인의 자아존중감을 높일 수 있는 정책 및 프로그램이 필요하다. 둘째, 노인들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 근로자성의 인정, 사업유형 및 분야의 다양화, 처우개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 새로운 사회적 관계망 형성을 위한 공적 비공식적 지원체계 개발 및 네트워크 구축이 필요하다.

주거환경의 사회적 지속가능성 중요성과 평가지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Importance and Indicator of the Social Sustainability in the Housing Environment)

  • Sustainable development has been praised as important new planning paradigm. The concept is being increasingly used in planning processes to address environmental, social and economic sustainable development. The social sustainability is important as community in modern life. The purpose of this study is to find out the community elements of sustainable housing to make it better life in residential environment. The Methods are content analysis and experts survey. We execute the literature for method to find the importance and indicator of social sustainability. We execute the experts survey to find the adequacy of the classification criteria, the adequacy of the indicators and the adequacy of the classification system. The findings of this study are as following; the social sustainability is important to support the sustainable housing planning. The indicator of the social sustainability is deduced; 'Locality' are deduced 'Native support', 'History and culture' and 'Reflected the local characteristics'. 'Communality' are deduced 'Citizen participation', 'Social integration', 'Community space and facilities' and 'community activities and programs'. 'Organic' are deduced 'Employment', 'Self-sufficiency', 'Safety and convenience', 'Infrastructure and service' and 'Housing condition'.

여대생들의 취업의식 실태조사 및 성평등적 관점의 취업 증진 방안 (Research on the Actual Condition and Consciousness of Female College Students and Alternatives for Job-seeking from the Perspective of Gender Equality)

  • The purposes of this research were to analyse the female college students' appraisals and demands about actual conditions of job-seeking and to propose the developmental alternatives from the perspectives of gender equality. The data were obtained through 510 female students living in Gwangju. The major findings were as follows: 1) Women's needs of job-seeking were very intensive but their preparation level was relatively low. Colleges' support system and organization utility were uneffective because their programs were not specified for women. Women generally recognized that social improvement for gender equality in employment system were very important and more practical methods and contents were demanded in education for job-seeking. 2) Women's grade and major were significant variables in the differences of job preparation, consciousness of job-seeking, social support and appraisals. Therefore, college supporting systems must consider students' characteristics. 3) The job-seeking mechanisms must be changed to more effective systems for the achievement of gender equality. Also community members, colleges and students should make collaborate endeavors for the women empowerment.

우편원격훈련의 현업활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Application of Postal Distance Training)

  • When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.

DACUM을 활용한 기계설비유지관리자 직무분석 및 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (Development of Education and Training Programs and Job Analysis on 'Mechanical Facilities Maintenance Manager' Using DACUM)

  • 이 연구는 기계설비유지관리자 양성을 위한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 DACUM 기법을 활용하여 직무분석을 실시하고 전문가 협의회를 통해 교육훈련 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. 직무분석은 10명으로 구성된 데이컴 위원회를 중심으로 기계설비유지자 직무정의, 직무모형, 직업명세서, 작업명세서를 도출하였다 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 기계설비유지관리자는 기계설비에 대한 운용, 점검, 진단, 보수를 통하여 최상의 성능과 효율적인 운영을 할 수 있도록 하며 안전하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공하고 에너지 절감과 설비수명 연장을 위한 업무를 수행하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 직무모형에 분석된 기계설비유지관리자의 책무는 기계설비운영 종합계획, 기계설비 에너지관리, 기계설비 운영관리, 기계설비 정비관리, 기계설비 안전환경관리, 기계설비 보수공사관리, 기계설비 고객지원관리로 구성되어 있다. 책무 특성 및 내용을 고려하여 하나의 책무(duty)당 4~11개의 작업(task)이 도출되어 총 33개 작업을 직무모형으로 제시하였다. 셋째, 기계설비유지관리자 교육과정은 기계설비 관리실무I과 기계설비 관리실무II의 2개 과목으로 설정하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 교육훈련프로그램 적용 및 활용시 고려사항과 정책 제언을 제시하였다.

ICT 중소기업에 대한 정부 지원방식에 따른 R&D 성과비교 (Comparative Study of R&D Performance by Government Funding Methods for ICT SMEs)

  • 본 논문에서는 지난 5년간 이루어진 ICT중소기업에 대한 정부의 R&D지원 결과 도출된 성과를 요약해 보고, 정부의 지원방식(출연, 융자)에 따른 성과의 차이점을 비교분석해 보았다. ICT중소기업을 지원하는 대표적인 두 개의 사업을 대상으로 하였고, 비교에 활용된 자료는 매년 미래창조과학부가 발간하는 성과조사 분석보고서를 바탕으로 하였으며, 활용된 성과지표는 수행주체가 중소기업이고, R&D단계가 개발연구임을 감안하여 특허, 사업화 성공율, 사업화 매출액 및 고용창출인원을 비교해 보았다. 분석결과, 출연방식의 정부지원 사업의 경우, 특허출원 및 등록 실적을 통한 기술적 성과가 우수하게 나타남을 알 수 있었고, 융자형태의 지원방식을 활용하는 경우, 고용효과나 사업화 매출액 등의 경제 사회적 성과가 상대적으로 우수하게 나타남을 알 수 있었으며, 사업화 성공률은 두 사업 간에 두드러진 차이점을 발견하기는 어려웠다. 이러한 결과로부터 정부가 ICT중소기업 R&D를 지원하면서 자금지원의 방향성 또는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
