Interrupted creep tests were carried out on the Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel in order to investigate the structural degradation during creep. The ranges of creep stress and temperature were from 71 to 167MPa and 873 to 923k, respectively. The change of hardness and tempered martensitic lath width were measured in the grip and gauge parts of interrupted specimens. The lath structure was thermally stable in static conditions, but was not stable during creep, and the structural evolution was enhanced by creep strain. The relation between the change in lath width and strain was described in the from, $\delta$W= a ($W_s-W_o$)$cdot;varepsilon$, where $\varepsilon$ is the strain, $W_o$is the initial lath width, $W_s$ is the final lath width depending solely on stress, and a is the constant of the magnitude of 0.67 $\mu$m /strain. The change in Victors hardness was expressed by a one-valued function of creep life consumption ratio. Based on the empirical relation between strain and lath width, a model was proposed to explain the relation between change in hardness and creep life consumption ratio. The model revealed that about 65$%$ of dislocations in lath structures were eliminated by the migration of subboundaries.

본 연구는 경로구성원의 관계가 단기적인 관점에서 장기적인 관점으로 전환되는 시점에서 경로구성원간 의사소통 질의 중요성을 확인하기 위하여 진행되었다. 과거의 영향전략 연구가 경로구성원의 힘-의존 관계에서의 불균형 관계에 주로 초점을 맞춘 반면, 의사소통 질이라는 개념을 도출하여, 관계적인 경로구성원의 의사소통 측면을 고려하였다. 기존 연구에서 다루어지고 있는 의사소통 질은 경로구성원간에 전달되는 정보의 정확성, 적시성, 유용성, 신뢰성이 확보된 것을 의미한다. 연구모형에서 의사소통 질의 선행요소로서 정보공유 의지, 정보제공 능력을 도입하였고, 의사소통 질의 성과를 검토하기 위하여 갈등수준과의 관계를 점검하였다. 실증은 PC제조업체와 대리점의 관계를 대리점의 관점에서 진행하였다. 결과는, 대체로 기대와 일치하게 나타났으나, 의사소통 질에 대한 정보공유 의지의 영향은 직접적으로 나타나기 보다 정보제공 능력을 경유하여 간접적으로 전달됨을 발견하였다.

In solid-liquid two phase flow, the knowledge of how descending solid particles affected by the presence of downstream wall is important. This work studies at what interstitial distance the velocity of a vertically descending sphere is affected by a downstream wall as a consequence of wall-modified hydrodynamic forces through a validated dynamic model. This interstitial distance-the hydrodynamic coupling distance ${\delta}_c-is$ found to decay monotonically with the approach Stokes number St which compares the particle inertia to viscous drag characterized by the quasi-steady Stokes' drag. The scaling relation ${\delta}_c-St-1$ decays monotonically as literature below the value of St equal to 10. However, the faster diminishing rate is found above the threshold value from St=10-40. Furthermore, an empirical relation of ${\delta}_c-St$ shows dependence on the drop height which clearly indicates the non-negligible effect of unsteady hydrodynamic force components, namely the added mass force and the history force. Finally, we attempt a fitting relation which embedded the particle acceleration effect in the dependence of fitting constants on the diameter-scaled drop height.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of the effects of job characteristics on work-family conflict relation and quality of life, as well as moderating effects in accordance with operation type, by targeting 245 dietitian/cooks working for contract foodservice companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the autonomy and feedback had negative (-) effects on work-family conflict while functional diversity had positive (+) effects on work-family conflict. Job identity and job importance had no relation with work-family conflict. Second, work-family conflict had negative (-) effects on job satisfaction, work-family relation, job support, general happiness, and job environment while having positive (+) effects on job stress. Third, in all paths except for the path with effects of work-family conflict on job stress, there were no differences between the group of shops operating 365 days and the group of shops operating 5 days a week. It would be helpful to the effective operation of human resources by emphasizing the necessity of differentiated management for companies with shops operating 365 days and shops operating 5 days a week, as well as managing employees' job characteristic factors, work-family conflict, and even quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to review the importance of authoritative parenting for children's social adjustment. From the review it was suggested that the importance of authoritative parenting might be different according to the cultural contexts, which are Western and Asian cultures, and aggressive and social withdrawal behaviors. From the comparative cultural viewpoint, authoritarian parenting is not considered negatively by Asian parents, comparing with Western parents. Therefore the assumption that authoritative parenting has universal positiveness and authoritarian parenting has universal negativeness should be reconsidered. Regardless of cultures, children's aggressive behavior was related to the authoritarian parenting positively. But, in Asia, especially in China, the social withdrawal did not show at least negative relation with authoritative parenting. And it was reported that the authoritarian parenting could contribute to the change of inhibited behavior and enhancing the social adjustment. In addition, some implications were suggested for future researches about the relation between children's social adjustment and child rearing practices. Though this literature review was not exclusively based on the empirical studies, it would be valuable for reconsidering the perspective of Korean developmentalists interested in the relation between parenting and children's development in Korean culture.

This study is to analyse the causality and volatility spillover between farming fish species in consumption replacement relation using flatfish(oliver flounder) and rockfish's wholesale market price data from September 2006 to July 2015. For the analysis, VAR(5) model and bivariate asymmetric GARCH-BEKK model are employed. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the price volatility of flatfish and rockfish is very large without the trend during the sample period. Second, the correlation coefficient between flatfish and rockfish wholesale markets has positive 0.1059 value. Third, causality relation is unidirectional from rockfish market to flatfish market. Fourth, conditional volatility spillover effect is unidirectional from rockfish market to flatfish market, but asymmetric volatility effect is bidirectional between flatfish and rockfish markets that implies the bad news arising from flatfish wholesale market impact on rockfish market's volatility and the bad news arising from rockfish wholesale market impact on flatfish market's volaltilty. Consequently, based on the thus results, the volatility spillover effect interacts and is bidirectional between flatfish and rockfish wholesale markets.

본 연구는 공공기관의 부채 규모를 결정하는 요인이 무엇인지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 공공기관의 내부적 요인으로써 비효율적 경영이 부채비율에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 비효율적 경영을 대리하는 변수로는 총원가, 급여 규모, 복리후생비 규모를 고려하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총원가 변수는 공공기관의 부채비율과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 관계를 나타내었다. 이는 총원가가 큰 기업일수록 부채 규모가 증대됨을 의미한다. 둘째, 급여 규모와 복리후생비 규모는 공공기관의 부채비율과 통계적으로 유의한 관련성을 나타내지 않았다. 이들 결과는 공공기관의 방만한 경영과 비효율적 운영이 부채 규모를 증대시킨다는 일각의 우려에 대해 답변을 대신할 수 있는 실증적 결과라 하겠다.

In this paper we present a unified account for -ina a Korean particle which displays a few unexpected differences from English, or despite the fact that they are in a virtual counterpart relation in coordination between the two languages We first reach an empirical generalization that -ina use mostly in a disjunctive coordination is construed conjunctively in a generic sentence. Then we conclude that the various use of -ina can be naturally accounted for by modifying the notion of 'second-best set' in the existing work of K Lee(1993).(Kyung Hee University)

Trickle bed를 이용하여 고분가 촉매에 의한 용존산소 제거반응을 수행하였다. 고분자 촉매는 폴리스티렌-디비닐 벤젠의 공중합체로 이루어진 담체를 제조하여 백금 용액을 함침시킨 후 수소로 환원하여 제조하였다. trickle bed는 수소 및 산소로 포화되어 있는 물을 향류식으로 접촉할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이 경우는 액상 실험 장치와 달리 포화기가 없기 때문에 장치는 비교적 단순하였으나 컬럼내에 축적되는 액상의 축적이 중요한 운전변수로 나타났다. trickle bed에서의 용존산소 제거 거동을 semi-empirical relation으로 나타내어 실험치와 비교한 결과 예측된 모델과 매우 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.
