중학생의 학업스트레스와 자살생각 간의 관계: 속박감과 또래로부터의 정서적 지지의 조절된 매개효과 (The Relationship between Academic Stress and Suicidal Ideation among Middle-school Students: The Moderated Mediating Effects of Entrapment and Emotional Support from Peers)

  • This study examined the moderated mediating impact of entrapment and emotional support from peers in the relationship between academic stress and suicidal ideation among middle-school students. The participants consisted of 214 middle-school students in the first to third grades from four middle schools located in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, Chun-cheon, and Jeonnam. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and the Process Macro Model versions 4, 1, and 14. The results of this study were as follows. First, academic stress did not directly influence suicidal ideation; however, entrapment mediated the relationship between academic stress and suicidal ideation. Second, emotional support from peers moderated the mediating effect of entrapment in the aforementioned relationship. This means that if students perceived emotional support from peers, then academic stress had a smaller impact on suicidal ideation through entrapment. These findings highlight the importance of decreasing levels of academic stress and entrapment to prevent suicidal ideation among middle-school students. They also suggest that enhancing students' emotional support networks with their peers could be an effective way of reducing suicidal ideation when students feel high levels of entrapment and academic stress.

강원특별자치도 일부 지역 성인의 가족 동거 상태에 따른 가족의 정서적 지지와 칫솔질 실천의 연관성 (Association between emotional support from family and tooth brushing according to cohabitation among adults)

  • Objectives: This study examines the association between emotional support and tooth brushing according to family cohabitation in the socio ecological model. Methods: The study used data from face-to-face interviews of 719 adults aged 30-90 years, living in Gangwon State. The dependent variables were tooth brushing after lunch and dinner (including before going to bed). The independent variables were living conditions and emotional support. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to confirm the association between emotional support and tooth brushing. Results: The results showed that 81.4% of people lived with their family, and 85.9% had family (friends) with whom they could share oral problems (p<0.01). Among those living with their family, 82.3% (p>0.05) brushed after lunch and 81.9% (p>0.05) brushed after dinner. Tooth brushing after lunch was 1.5 times more likely among those who shared oral problems with their family (friends); however, this was not statistically significant (95% CI: 0.92-2.29). Tooth brushing after dinner was 1.0 times more likely among those who shared oral problems with their family (friends); however, this was not statistically significant (95% CI: 0.43-2.35). Conclusions: Emotional support may help to promote tooth brushing practice among adults.

대형마트 종사자에 대한 서비스교육, 조직지지 및 중재지원이 감정노동 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Service Training, Organizational Support, and Arbitration Support Among Large Superstore Workers' Work Performance and Emotional Labor)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of service training and arbitration support on superstore workers' work performance. The conclusion could be summarized as follows. First, as a result of Hypothesis 1 that service training and arbitration support for superstore workers would significantly affect the factor of workers' emotional labor, when surface acting of emotion and frequency of expressing emotions were the dependent variable, only arbitration support was positively correlated. When emotional diversity was the dependent variable, there was a significantly positive relationship with service training. Second, for Hypothesis 2 that service training and arbitration support for superstore workers would significantly influence the workers' job satisfaction, it was found that only organizational support was significantly positive when wage satisfaction was the dependent variable. When job satisfaction was the dependent variable, service training and arbitration support were significantly correlated positively. Third, for Hypothesis 3 that service training and arbitration support for superstore workers would significantly affect the service delivery level when service responsiveness was the dependent variable, service training and arbitration support were significantly positive. When service expertise was the dependent variable, there was also a significantly positive relationship with service training and arbitration. On the other hand, all the three independent variables-service training, organizational support, and arbitration support-showed a significantly positive relationship when the willingness and effort of service was the dependent variable.

간호사 감정노동의 선행 및 결과 요인을 포함한 모형구축 (Structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences)

  • 본 연구는 Morris과 Feldman (1997)의 모형을 기반으로 선행요인과 결과를 포괄하는 감정노동 모형을 구축하고 간호사를 대상으로 이를 검증하였다. 자가보고식 설문지를 이용한 조사연구로서 상급종합병원 또는 종합병원에 근무하는 247명의 간호사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 모형 적합성 분석 결과 표준카이자승치 2.31, 표준적합지수.94, 비교적합지수.97, 근사원소평균자승잔차.07 등으로 나타나 설정한 모형이 간호사의 감정노동을 설명하는데 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형의 경로분석 결과, 직무자율성과 조직지원은 감정노동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 감정노동은 감정적 소진에는 유의한 정적 영향을, 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무특성과 조직의 지원은 감정노동을 매개로 하여 결과변수인 감정적 소진과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional labor, emotional intelligence and social support on job stress in clinical nurses. Methods: Participants were 123 clinical nurses and data were collected from October to December, 2011 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. Results: A positive correlation was found between job stress and emotional labor. Emotional labor showed a significant negative correlation with emotional intelligence and social support, whereas a positive correlation was found between emotional intelligence and social support. The strongest predictor of job stress was emotional labor. In addition, institution satisfaction (dissatisfaction) and the reason for selecting the job (opportunities for service) accounted for 21% of variance in job stress. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is important to manage emotional labor as well as to improve job satisfaction in order to reduce job stress in clinical nurses.

치과위생사의 감정부조화와 직무만족도 간의 관계에서 소진의 매개효과와 조직적 지지의 조절효과 (Mediating effects of burnout and moderating effects of organizational support on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of burnout and to identify the moderating effects of individual factors and organizational factors on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 270 dental hygienists working full-time at dental care facilities. The data on the socio-demographic characteristics, emotional dissonance, burnout, job satisfaction, and individual and organizational factors were collected. The individual (self-efficacy and ego resilience) and organizational (social support, organizational support and wage satisfaction) factors were considered as the moderating variable. For statistical analyses, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used. Results: Burnout was found to be a significant mediator on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction(p<0.001). The variables moderating the relationship between emotional dissonance and burnout were identified as social support, organizational support and wage satisfaction (p<0.05), while the variables moderating the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction were wage satisfaction and ego resilience (p<0.05). Conclusions: To prevent the decrease in job satisfaction due to emotional dissonance, the management of dental care facilities should have a better understanding of burnout in dental hygienists, which requires individual and organizational efforts to be moderated. In addition, as organizational support has been identified as the factor mitigating the negative effects of emotional dissonance, it is highly necessary to adopt the preceptor system, improve communication systems and expand welfare policies of organizations.

미용실 종사자의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Beauty salon worker's emotional labor, job stress, job burnout and social support on turnover intention)

  • 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재하는 미용실 종사자들을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지와 이직의도와의 상관관계를 알아보고 이직의도에 미치는 변인들의 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 첫째, 연령이 낮을수록 감정노동이 높으며, 연령, 학력, 경력, 직위가 낮을수록 직무스트레스와 직무소진이 높고, 연령과 학력이 낮고 휴무일이 적을수록 이직의도가 많았다. 둘째, 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스, 역할스트레스가 이직의도가 유의미하고 스텝은 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이직의도전체는 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 상사지지와 동료지지가, 직장관련 이직의도에는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 동료지지, 비인격화가 영향을 미친다. 스텝은 이직의도전체와 직장관련 이직의도에는 상사지지, 동료지지, 비인격화가, 직업관련 이직의도는 상사지지가 영향을 미친다.

임상간호사의 감정노동과 사회적 지지가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study about Influences of Emotional labor and Social support on Job Embeddedness in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 감정노동과 사회적 지지가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 광주광역시에 소재한 300병상 이상의 종합병원에 재직 중인 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 197명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 감정노동의 내면행위(r=.290, p<.01)와 사회적 지지의 상사지지(r=.389, p<.01)와 동료지지(r=.160, p<.05)는 직무배태성과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 직무배태성에 대한 영향에서 감정노동의 내면행위(${\beta}=.236$, p<.001)와 사회적 지지의 상사지지(${\beta}=.319$, p<.001)는 직무배태성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 임상간호사의 직무배태성을 촉진하기 위해 감정노동의 내면행위와 사회적 지지의 상사지지를 증진하기 위한 방안들이 임상현장에서 필요함을 시사한다.

대학생의 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Impact of Stress on Depression among University Students: Testing for Moderating Effect of Social Support)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify impact of stress on depression among university students and the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between stress and depression in university students. Methods: A total of 445 subjects were participated from May to July 2011. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires and t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 20.0 were used to analyze the data. Results: The results indicate that depression was increased by stress and decreased with social support. Social support included four type of social support behavior; emotional support, informational support, material support, and appraisal support. Multiple regression analysis showed that moderating effect of emotional support was significant when provided by friends but not by parents. Conclusion: These finding indicate the importance of emotional support of friends on depression in university students.

직무소진, 사회적 지원과 지식창출, 공유와의 관계 (The Relationship between Job Burnout, Social Support and Knowledge Creation and Sharing)

  • This paper investigate relationship between job burnout, social support and knowledge creation, sharing. also, social support are moderate on the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. We build up main effect and moderating effect hypothesis. To test hypothesis, survey method are performed. The results are as follows. first, emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment have negative effects on knowledge creation, but haven't effect on knowledge sharing. second, social support significant positively impact on knowledge creation and sharing. third, both of supervisor' support and coworker's support partially moderate the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. especially, emotional exhaustion reduce supervisor' support to knowledge creation, sharing and low personal accomplishment reduce co-worker' support to knowledge sharing, which means although job burnout preceded, if employees perceived high level of social support that have buffering effects on the relationships.
