어머니의 사회관계망, 자녀에 대한 기대와 아동의 자아존중감 및 정서지능의 관계 (The Relationships among Maternal Social Networks, Maternal Expectation for Their Own Children and Self-esteem and Emotional Intelligence of Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the characteristics of maternal social networks on maternal expectation for their own children to examine the path that social networks had an effect on the self-esteem and the emotional intelligence of children through maternal expectation for their own children. The data used in this study were collected from 524 fourth to sixth graders and their mothers residing in Daejeon using structured questionnaire. The major findings of the study were as follows : (1) Among social network characteristics, proportion of friends and neighbors, proximity, direction and interference had a negative effect, and proportion of mothers of child's friends, frequency of contact, intimacy, emotional support, service support had a positive effect on maternal expectation for their own children. (2) Among social network characteristics, proportion of mothers of child's friends had a direct effect and proportion of friends, neighbors, and mothers of child's friends, proximity, frequency of contact, intimacy, direction, emotional support, service support, and interference had an indirect effect on children's emotional intelligence through maternal expectation for their own children. (3) Among social network characteristics, proportion of kin and mothers of child's friends, intimacy, service support, material support and interference had a direct effect, and proportion of neighbors and mothers of child's friends, proximity, frequency of contact, direction, service support had an indirect effect on children's emotional intelligence through maternal expectation for their own children.

치과위생사의 감정노동과 소진에 관한 연구 (A Study on Emotional Labor and Burnout in Dental Hygienist)

  • 서비스 교육과 감정노동이 치과위생사의 직무소진에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 서울, 경기지역에 치과위생사 155명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 서비스 교육경험이 있는 경우가 66.5%였으며 교육내용으로는 서비스 마인드가 23.5%로 가장 많았으며 인사말 교육 및 실습이 20.7%, 전화응대기술이 17.4%, 표정관리가 16.2% 등의 순으로 나타났다. 58.3%의 응답자가 서비스 교육에 만족하고 있었다. 2. 서비스 교육에 따른 감정노동의 차이는 서비스 교육경험이 있고, 서비스 교육에 만족하는 경우 감정조절을 더 하는 것으로 나타났다.3. 직무소진의 하위요인인 신체적 증상과 심리적 증상을 종속변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 시행한 결과 심리적 증상에서 감정 부조화가 영향을 미치는 변수로서 감정 부조화를 경험할수록 심리적 소진이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 감정노동은 직무소진에 영향을 미치는 요인이라고 할 수 있으며 개인의 감정노동을 관리하기 위한 조직적 차원의 관리가 필요하다고 생각한다.

IT 서비스 상황에서의 심리적 기제 : 갈등, 만족, 신뢰 그리고 몰입 (Explicating Moderating Effects of Conflict in the Psychological Mechanism in IT Service Engagement)

  • In IT service quality research, the relationship between the service quality and clients' satisfaction was the focus of many studies while in relationship quality research, the influence of trust and conflict on relationship commitment seems to be the focus. In this study, these two research streams are integrated and a theoretical research model is proposed consisting of IT service quality, satisfaction, trust and relationship commitment with conflict as a moderator for the overall psychological mechanism. As satisfaction represents emotional response while trust cognitive response, this research model integrated both emotional and cognitive aspects of relationship maintenance in the IT service context. Analysis of data collected from 262 employees of global IT service firm revealed the differential effects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on satisfaction and trust. Also, depending upon the level of conflict, the effects of reliability and assurance were found to be moderated. Further analysis revealed more profound mechanism at work relating emotional and cognitive aspects in the psychology of relationship maintenance in IT service context. Practical implications are further discussed in the conclusion.

The Analysis of a Causal Relationship of Hospital's Culture Marketing on Customer Emotional Response and Satisfaction

  • Businesses are using culture marketing as a new promotional tool and as a marketing strategy since consumers have desire for not only economical fulfilment, but also emotional and psychological fulfilment. Similar to service industry, medical service industry has started to use culture marketing on its service industry management side. Therefore, this paper will propose necessity and usable culture marketing in hospitals to identify the current position of culture marketing in medical service industry. In conclusion, the present research offers the following implication. First, culture marketing has a partial offsetting impact to those who have negative emotion regarding the medical service industry. This is because of the positive impact of culture marketing on a customer response and customer satisfaction. Moreover, by considering the fact that only a culture synthesis and a culture style have a positive impact, focusing on a culture synthesis and a culture style would be treated as an advantageous strategy.

외식서비스에 대한 소비가치가 소비자만족에 미치는 영향: 중국 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 소비자경험을 중심으로 (Effect of Consumption Value of Restaurant Service on Consumer Satisfaction: Focusing on Consumer Experiences at a Chinese Franchise Restaurant)

  • This study examined consumer experiences on consumption value for the restaurant service and the effect of consumption value on consumer satisfaction. Consumption value was composed of four values: functional, social, emotional, and epistemic. Participants consisted of 407 consumers who live in Shanghai and have experience eating at Haidilao restaurant. The results of this study suggested that the perceived consumption value of the restaurant service varies by the socio-demographic backgrounds of consumers. Consumer satisfaction is affected by the epistemic, emotional, and functional values of the restaurant service. The effect of epistemic value on consumer satisfaction with restaurant service was the highest among all consumption values followed by emotional and functional values. There was no significant effect of social value on consumer satisfaction. This study showed that consumers pursue various values in the restaurant services which had a greater influence on consumer satisfaction than the functional value related to the primary purpose of restaurant services. As the consumer experience diversifies along with the globalized food service industry, it is necessary to improve the consumer satisfaction of restaurant services by investigating what values and experiences consumers pursue. The results of this study contribute to a consumer-oriented service design of restaurants by illuminating consumers' experiences with consumption values that influence consumers' satisfaction with the overall restaurant service.

  • Among recent management innovation activities of companies, one of the most important competitive advantage through customer satisfaction, and to which members of the organization's service orientation is essential. The company's service orientation is closely related to the organization's culture. In this study, the organization's service-oriented culture, the internal service quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and ultimately affects the employee's influence on customer orientation will look at that. Results and implications of this study can be summarized as follows. the internal service quality among the factors tangibles, assurance, empathy, job satisfaction showed a significant influence on the type of empathy and emotional commitment castle had a significant impact on. With these results, relationships with colleagues within the organization, such as work environment and job satisfaction and emotional commitment, the atmosphere is very important to know that you can affect. Therefore, the members of the company to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, corporate culture, business as well as collaboration with colleagues to share the emotional atmosphere of sympathy for the business environment will get improved.

유통업 종사자의 감정노동 영향과 사회적 지원 및 직무자율성의 조절효과 (The Effects of Emotional Labor and Moderating Effect of Social Support and Job Autonomy on Retailing services employee's)

  • This study seeks to identify effects derived from emotional labor in the distribution industry, and draw ways to systematically manage the employees by exploring effects of the emotion work on performance. For the purpose, literature reviews and empirical experiments were conducted to find out effects of emotional labor and false face acting on emotion work and organizational performance and effects of social support and job autonomy on the relationship between emotion work and organizational performance. To verify the hypothesis, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 20 and AMOS19. The result of the verification in this study is as follows: First, effects of emotional labor on burnout was found to be statistically significant, second, as for the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ emotion work" and "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction" was not statistically significant, while the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ service level" was found to be statistically significant. Third, effects of emotion work on job satisfaction was found statistically significant, fourth, emotion work on the service level was found statistically significant, fifth, effects of false face acting on emotion work was found statistically significant, sixth, effects of false face acting on burnout was statistically significant, seventh, moderating were found statistically significant and lastly, moderating effects of the relationship between emotion work from job autonomy and organization performance was not verified in job satisfaction, while emotion work, job autonomy, and interaction variable in service level were statistically significant.

챗봇서비스의 지원품질이 사용자 만족, 충성도 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 사회적 실재감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Support Quality of Chatbot Services on User Satisfaction, Loyalty and Continued Use Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Social Presence)

  • 본 연구는 고객이 챗봇서비스를 통하여 제공 받는 사회적 지원(정서적 지원, 정보적 지원)이 고객이 느끼는 챗봇서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고, 이 챗봇서비스의 만족이 충성도와 챗봇서비스 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 그리고, 챗봇서비스의 사회적 실재감의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 사회적 실재감을 높게 인식하는 그룹과 낮게 인식하는 그룹으로 나누어 온라인 설문을 실시하여 총 300개의 유효 데이터를 얻었다. 분석결과 사회적 실재감을 높게 인식하는 그룹에서는 정서적 지원에서 챗봇서비스의 만족으로의 경로가 지지되었고, 사회적 실재감을 낮게 인식하는 그룹에서는 정서적 지원에서 챗봇서비스 만족으로의 경로가 지지되지 못하였으며 가설 경로계수에서도 차이가 확인되었다. 이는 사회적 실재감이 인간의 정서적 반응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 사회적 지원의 두 가지 요인인 정보적 지원과 정서적 지원을 챗봇서비스에 적용하여 챗봇 이용자가 느끼는 챗봇의 사회적 실재감 정도에 따른 만족도, 충성도, 지속적 이용 간의 관계를 실증하였다는 점에서 챗봇서비스의 사회적 실재감의 기능에 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.

의료기관 종사자의 라이프케어 감정노동과 진료비 삭감 인식도가 삭감률에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Emotional Labor and The Recognition Level of Medical Service Fee Reduction of Medical Institution Workers Influencing Reduction Rate)

  • 본 연구는 요양의료기관 종사자의 감정노동과 진료비 삭감 인식도가 삭감율에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 대한민국의 의료기관 종사자 414명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 삭감률 차이를 살펴본 결과 입원 삭감률과 외래 삭감률은 근무형태, 현 병원 근무경력과 허가 병상 수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 감정노동, 진료비 삭감 인식도와 삭감률의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 감정노동과 외래 삭감률은 정적 상관, 진료비 삭감 인식도과 입원 삭감률은 부적 상관, 진료비 삭감인식도과 외래 삭감률은 부적 상관에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정노동은 입원 삭감률에 유의한 정적 영향 미치며, 진료비삭감인식도는 입원 삭감률에 유의한 부적 영향 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정노동은 외래 삭감률에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 진료비 삭감인식도는 외래삭감률에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중소병원 간호사의 직무배태성과 감성지능이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Embeddedness and Emotional Intelligence on Performance of Nurses in Medium and Small sized Hospital)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to ascertain the effectiveness of job embeddedness and emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses working in medium and small sized hospitals. Methods : Data were collected from 283 nurses at 6 hospitals in G city. Structured questionnaires were used to assess the status of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and nursing performance. The relationship and effectiveness between the factors were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results : The scores of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and nursing performance were 3.02, 4.50 and 3.56, respectively. It was shown that the sacrifice of job embeddedness, self-motion appraisal, others emotions appraisal and the of regulation of emotion were positively correlated with nursing performance. The fit of job embeddedness, however, was negatively associated with nursing performance. The results showed that the status of job embeddedness and emotional intelligence explained the nursing performance($R^2=35%$). Conclusions : It has been shown that job embeddedness and emotional intelligence are important factors to enhance nursing performance. Activities to promote job embeddedness and emotional intelligence might be needed to enhance nursing performance.
