고급 한정식 레스토랑의 물리적 환경에 의한 감정반응이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 부산지역을 중심으로 - (Effects of Emotional Response in Accordance with the Physical Environment of Luxury Korean Restaurants upon Behavioral Intention - Centered on Busan Area -)

  • 본 연구는 부산광역시 음식업 중앙회에서 선정한 모범음식점 중 고급 한정식 레스토랑을 이용한 고객을 대상으로 한정식 레스토랑의 물리적 환경에 의한 고객의 감정반응이 행동의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설계하고 가설을 도출하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN Version 15.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 물리적 환경요인이 감정반응 중 지배에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 종업원, 쾌적성 요인은 감정반응 중 지배에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 편의성과 청결성 요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 물리적 환경 요인이 감정반응 중 환기에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 청결성, 쾌적성 요인은 감정반응 중 환기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 편의성과 종업원 요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 감정반응이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 감정반응 중 지배와 환기 요인은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 최근 외식 고객들은 고급 한정식 레스토랑을 식사와 친목을 위한 장소가 아닌 물리적 환경을 통해 다양한 감정들을 경험할 수 있는 공간으로 인식하고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 호의적인 감정반응을 유도하는 것은 결과적으로 행동의 도와 같은 기업의 실질적인 성과 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

외식업 웹광고 구성요소가 소비자의 수용태도 및 구매효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Web Ad Components on Consumer Attitude and Purchase in Food Service Industry)

  • This study examined the effects of Web ad components on customer attitude and purchasing decisions in 300 individuals who visited family restaurant Websites. The results are summarized as follows: First, Web ad components such as content, design, and interactivity had effects on the cognitive attitudes of the customers. And design, accessibility, and Web functionality had significant effects on the customers' emotional attitudes. In addition, content, navigation, and Web functionality had significant effects on the customers' behavioral attitudes. Lastly, the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral attitudes of the customers had significant effects on their purchases. From these results, design elements such as content, color, and menus, along with user interactivity for information are considered helpful components of a food service Web ad for customer cognition of the restaurant's information. In addition, aspects of Web functionality such as the food service's Web ad set-up, or the protection of personal information, the color design and menu, as well as accessibility for easy use, are all helpful in terms of gaining a customer attitude that is friendly and preferential towards a restaurant's menu items.

종합병원 간호사의 조직시민행동 영향요인 (Factors Affecting the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of General Hospital Nurses)

  • Objectives : Identify the factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior of hospital nurses, and to provide a basis for developing an effective nursing workforce management system. Methods : Participants of this study were 214 nurses serving at general hospitals located in B Metropolitan City. Data collection was performed from Oct.15th to 25th, 2014. The methods of analyzing data were ANOVA, Scheffe's-Test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient Analysis and the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis according to the SPSS WIN 18.0 Program. Results : Emotional intelligence explained 42.1% of the subjects' organizational citizenship behaviors. This figure increased to 48.7, 51.3 and 52.3%, respectively when other three factors of job satisfaction, age and educational background were added on a one-by-one basis. Conclusions : Considering that emotional intelligence is a critical factor in organizational citizenship behaviors, general hospitals should develop and implement education and training programs that can raise their nurses' emotional intelligence and job satisfaction and, concomitantly, promote their organizational citizenship behaviors provided that feedbacks is provided later.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a Action Learning(AL) program in terms of problem solving, communication skills, emotional creativity and innovation behaviors. Design for this was a nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental study. The participants were C-hospital staff nurses in G city (Experimental group=29, Control group=30). The AL program was composed of fourteen sessions in eight weeks. Data were collected and the program was conducted from May. 26 to July. 18, 2008. Data were analyzed with ${\chi}^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, t-test and ANCOVA, and utilized the SPSS win 20.0 program. There were significant increases in problem solving skills, communication skills and emotional creativity in the experimental group compared to the control group. Considering the above results, AL program has proven to be an effective educational program for improving the problem solving, communication skills and emotional creativity of nurses.

감성기술 적용 성공사례 분석을 통한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향 연구 (Development direction of emotional contents through analysis of successful cases from applying emotional technology)

  • 최근 들어 감성기술은 제조업(제품), 서비스업(문화, 관광, 의료, 교육, 광고) 등 많은 분야에서 적용이 확대되고 있으며 차세대 유망기술로 등장하고 있다. 또한 문화는 게임, 전시, 공연, 스포츠, 관광, 디자인, 에듀테인먼트, 콘텐츠 유통 등 다양한 콘텐츠산업분야에 접목되어 기존산업의 고부가가치화에 기여하고 있다. 감성 기술을 이용한 문화의 콘텐츠산업 접목은 콘텐츠 기획-제작-유통-마케팅 등 프로세스 전반의 혁신을 유도함으로써 미래 국가 성장동력의 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 감성기술의 콘텐츠 적용 사례 조사와 비즈니스 성공사례 분석을 통해 향후 콘텐츠산업의 부가가치를 향상시키기 위한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 감성, 감성공학, 감성과학, 감성기술, 감성콘텐츠 등에 대한 정의와 분류를 정교화하였다. 또한 CT R&D 6개 분야 중에서 감성기술을 적용하여 성공적인 효과를 창출하고 있는 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 국내외 사례를 심층 분석하였다. 성공사례 분석을 통해 도출한 시사점을 바탕으로 개인 맞춤형 컨시어지 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠, 인간의 수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠, 인간의 정서조절이 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발함으로써 한류문화를 세계적으로 소개할 수 있는 융합형 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 감성기술의 콘텐츠산업 접목방안을 모색하는 데에 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

공항상주직원의 감정노동에 대한 내부마케팅과 고객지향성에 대한 연구 (A Study for the Effect of Internal Marketing on Airport Employees' Customer-Oriented Attitude Considering Their Emotional Labor)

  • Airport is not only a public facility but a place where multiple cultural and ethnic groups are visiting. It has been reported though several researches that the level of emotional labor is more heavier than any other job. The more complex our society become, the more frequently emotional labor has been focused. Emotional labor became recently the issue of integrated studies above. Considering the level of emotional labor of airport employees, this paper believes their emotional labor has not been focused compared to such as tourism and service industry. This paper tried to research empirically the impact of internal marketing on airport employees' customer-oriented attitude based on their emotional labor using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). According to the SEM results, it was proven that 'Autonomy of Airport Employee', a latent variable of internal marketing has a significant negative effect on employees' outside emotion. The outside emotion has also a significant effect on their customer-oriented attitude. It could be concluded the effort to increase decision making authority of employees should be implemented to provide them with deeper customer oriented insight.

감정 노동에서 표현 규칙의 공정성에 대한 지각과 문제 중심 스트레스 대처의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderating Effects of Display Rule Fairness Perception and Problem-Focused Stress Coping on Emotional Labor)

  • The moderators that relieve negative effects of emotional labor have been studied such as job characteristics and situational variables. But as reviewing these studies, they focused on the degree of emotional on certain condition, there's no distinction between that degree and moderating effects. So we should focus on the moderating variables as a organizational involvement. In this study, I hypnotized the mediating effect of job stress between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Then I explored moderating role of 'fairness perception of emotional labor' and 'problem-focused stress coping'. This study tested these relationships using data from 166 employees of domestic security service company. From this data, I found that emotional labor increases job stress and job stress fully mediates the relationship between individual attitude(job satisfaction, turnover intention). And one who perceives display rule fairer, feels less job stress than who is not. Lastly, one who copes more problem-focused when he/she experiences job stress, have less negative effect on turnover intention.

방사선사의 감정노동이 이직의도 및 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiographer Emotional Labor on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: Radiologists are the service worker with emotional labor who works within a relatively small space of the hospital, dealing with multiple patients. The purposes of this study were to search the turnover intention and job satisfaction through the work of emotional labor of radiologists. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 109 radiologists working at university hospitals, general hospitals, clinics and other facilities across the domestic. The regions were aggregated according to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, which was applied in proportion to the population distribution. A questionnaire was composed of 26 questions which were used in Korean Emotional Laboratory Scale (K-ELS). Results: The overall emotional labor score was $48.3{\pm}15.8$. The most pressing requirement of radiologists to improve emotional labor was the topic about the exchange of colleagues ($75.8{\pm}15.6$ score, ${\beta}=0.78$, p<0.001). Conclusions: In order to resolve the emotional labor of radiologists, it could be necessary to have a meeting through training and workshops where the exchange of colleagues can take place.

패밀리레스토랑의 욕구체계 기반 고객가치가 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 4×4 매트릭스 욕구체계를 중심으로 (Needs-Based Customer Value Effects of Family Restaurants on Customer Satisfaction and Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - A pre-study on service quality-based customer value is conducted with the path structure (perceived value of service quality→customer satisfaction→behavior intention) based on the hierarchical model of service quality including interaction and outcome quality, physical environment quality and the SERVQUAL model of process quality, namely, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. In addition, customer value in the service industry is studied by dividing into the two-way structure of utilitarian and emotional values. This study classifies customer values of family restaurants through the customer value model based on the 4×4 matrix needs system of Jeon and Kim (2009). It illustrates the path structure of customer value→customer satisfaction→behavior intention targeting college students in order to generalize the customer value system of family restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - This study established seven hypotheses based on the relationship between each type of customer value (food quality, convenience, social, emotional, interior quality, service encounter, and purchasing) and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavior intention. The study data were collected from students in the Department of Business and Tourism at Kimpo University. In all, 294 survey papers were returned of the 300 distributed: 253 pieces were used in the final analysis excluding 41 with insufficient and less effective answers. For statistical analysis, the statistics software package SPSS 15.0 was used. Results - The results of the analysis are as follows: first, the customer values of family restaurants are classified by seven customer values: goods quality value, emotional value, convenience value, social value, purchasing value, service encounter value, and inner quality value. Second, emotional value, purchasing value, service encounter value, and inner quality value had positive impact on customer satisfaction. In particular, purchasing value through being included in functional value was not classified in the previous study; however, this study could classify and generalize this value in a new way. Finally, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavior intention. This showed that college students had behavior intention - repurchase intention and word-of-mouth - because they could be content with the food items on the menu and the service provided by employees. Conclusions - The main points based on the above-mentioned results are as follows. This study with college students as study subjects could be classified into four dimensions, namely, generic value, usage value, purchasing value, and physical value and seven sub-dimensions on customer values of family restaurants based on a 4×4 matrix needs system. Then, to confirm its generalization, the path structure of customer value→customer satisfaction→behavior intention was verified. While existing pre-studies used simplified values by classifying restaurant values largely as utilitarian value and hedonic value, this study classified various forms of customer value, and that customer value especially could be expanded by adding purchasing value. As a result, it is shown that marketers need to diversify their customer services because this study proved that customer values can be classified in various ways based on customer needs.

  • 본고의 연구는 SNG 서비스의 이용에 있어 사용자간의 약한 유대관계의 힘과 감성적 상호작용이 만족과 구전에 이르는 경로모형을 검증하고, SNS가 지닌 감성적 실명효과가 서비스 확산에 미치는 영향 및 정책적 함의를 확인하고자 하였다, 연구결과 모바일 SNG 사용자의 약한 유대관계의 힘이 사용자간의 감성적 상호작용성과 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 SNS의 감성적 실명효과로 인해 사용자들은 신뢰관계가 형성되어 약한 유대관계임에도 불구하고 감성적인 상호작용을 하는 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 구전에 영향을 미치는 변인은 선행한 유대관계나 상호작용이 아닌 만족인 것으로 나타났다. 선행변인들이 실명SNS 효과가 있지만 궁극적으로 서비스를 구전하게 하는 것은 만족이라는 요소에 의해 좌우된다는 것이다. 따라서 서비스 제공사업자들은 구전으로 전달되는 서비스의 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 고객 중심의 정책으로 SNG 서비스를 개선시키는 등의 실무적 제언이 가능 할 것으로 기대된다.
