본 연구는 제품 개발의 소재 적용에 있어 트렌드 리서치를 기반으로 하는 감성 소재의 요소를 도출하는 프로세스를 제안하였다. 케이스 모델인 한국형 스포츠 휠체어 개발에 적용하고자 하였으며, CMF(Color, Material, Finish) 기반의 리서치 중 소재 부분에 초점을 맞추어 연구하였다. 메가트렌드, 경쟁사 제품 및 파트별 분석, 심리 색채 분석 등 리서치 방법론을 통해 소재 적용의 최적화 및 검증, DB화를 연구하였으며 FGI 검증을 통한 최종 적용안을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to use as the basic data for design method in commercial space. So, we analyzed whether any emotion was induced by finishing materials in the commercial space. And we was to suggest expression methods of finish materials to induce in the emotional space. The results of this study are as follows : First, we could know that the emotional design is needed to enhance satisfaction of consumers. The role of finishing material is very important in emotional expression in the commercial space. Second, we extracted the adjectives vocabulary(14 pairs) to evaluate the space emotion. we could educe the four kinds of space emotion by Factor Analysis. In addition, we could arrange the emotional words to represent each space type(Decoration : 5 pairs, Expand : 4 pairs, Limitation : 3 pairs, Hierarchy : 2 pairs). Third, to use finishing materials and wall is very effective to induce the emotion in the emotional space. To use the color is good among the elements of finishing materials. Fourth, We could find that the center of the types of emotional space was induced with the boundary and the decoration. If we use contrasting colors and accent colors in the commercial space, we can induce the center and the boundary together. And if we use colorful or unusual patterns, we can induce the center and the decoration together. Fifth, To induce the expand, we should finish with one color in space. And To induce the center, we should finish with one type of the color or pattern and then we should partially use the contrast color and special pattern. the case of boundary, it is good method to part emphasize by color, texture and materials. And we can induce the decoration with materials and patterns.

In the rapid industrialization and civilization, the material and the life have been enriched, but smart phone and the Internet are spreading and the spirit of Korean modern people is falling into addiction without knowing themselves. In particular, according to the recent Internet addiction reported by the National Statistical Office, "the Internet addiction rate in 2014 is the highest among adolescents to 19 years old." This study empirically analyzed whether internet addiction, smart phone addiction, sports activities and reading affect adolescents' emotional intelligence and self-esteem. Regression analysis showed that internet addiction, smart phone addiction and sports activities affected emotional intelligence and reading did not affect. Also, internet addiction, smart phone addiction and sports activities were found to affect self-esteem and reading did not affect. Reading and emotional intelligence, reading and self-esteem seem to require further study in the future.

This study aims to analyze how the competencies of specialized hospitals affect the customer behavior intentions. The research involved 14 specialized hospitals among 42 nationwide, which are selected by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2007. The results of the study are below. First, the competencies of specialized hospitals are emotional attachment and customer satisfaction proved to have the significant relationship. Second, the competencies of human resources and technology-related resources has a moderating effect with accessibility while the ability of material effect doesn't have such relation. Third, it was verified that the emotional attachment formed the customer satisfaction. Fourth, it turned out that the emotional attachment and customer satisfaction has the significant influence on customer behavior intentions. In conclusion, the competencies of specialized hospitals influences on the customer behavior intentions through the mediating effects of emotional attachment and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of the study is to provide data for an efficient human resources management of hotel corporation by examining if the emotional intelligence with affective involvement and continuous involvement could impact work performance. For the field test and verification, the non-regular hotel staffs from November $1^{st}$ to $30^{th}$, 2016 were selected as the research objects. The research result is summarized as follows. First, the emotional intelligence of non-regular hotel staff impacted positively on affective involvement and continuous involvement. Second, the continuous involvement had a positive influence on work performance. Lastly, the emotional intelligence of non-regular hotel staff appeared to have a positive effect on the work performance. With this research, it may have an opportunity to utilize this study result as an educational material to enhance emotional intelligence of hotel corporation. In conclusion, it may need to introduce an emotional intelligence enhancement program in the hotel corporation. Also, in order to improve work performance, intensive efforts in organizational level would be required by enabling employees to make an affective involvement. Finally, to cope with rapidly changing circumstances, additional empirical study should be conducted that the affective involvement of non-regular hotel staff impacts the work performance.

This study analyzed metaphorical characteristics of composite materials in terms of a visual aspect on a new material that is applicable for housing space. The results are as follows. First, the recent trend of housing space tends to stimulate emotions of residents through visual finishing materials, and for this reason, visual expression of a new material that is applicable to finishing materials plays an important role. Second, convertibleness, association and duplicity were selected as items of metaphorical expressions through the precedent studies. Third, most of combinations of materials were shown different from the existing materials in an expressive characteristic of composite materials through analysis, and application of a technology showed a different visual effect of patterns and textures from the existing materials. This implies that visual expression and directing are being attempted using such technology on finishing materials of housing space with development of digital technologies. Fourth, for metaphorical characteristics of composite material for housing space, combination of various materials and a digital technology were applied on convertibleness. For association, a combination of materials that have each different characteristic associated with the third material, and combination with subsidiary material of optical fiber and a digital technology were appled for duplicity. Data obtained from the results of this study has high efficiency in planning finishing materials for emotional housing space in future, and it will be basic data for a study on development of new finishing materials.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and to identify affecting factors on emotional labor among one university hospital employees. Material and Method : This study was based on cross-sectional, self-administered, and Internet-based survey. The survey was conducted from Mar. 2 to Mar. 28. 2011. Total subjects were 812 employees working in one university hospital. Total response rate was 61.5%. Modified evaluation tool was used, which was originally developed by Morris and Feldman, to measure the level of emotional labor among hospital personnel. In order to identify the affecting factors on high level of emotional labor, we conducted logistic regression. The SPSS statistical software package was used to perform the statistical analysis. All statistical tests were 2-sided and a p-value<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results : Average score of emotional labor was 3.06. Employees(3.39) who are working at the emergency department and hemodialysis room indicated the highest level of emotional labor, followed by wards(3.14), department of administration(3.14), department of ambulatory cares(3.06). The factors affecting on the high level of emotional labor were the highest level of schooling, types of department, and types of personality(p<0.05). Conclusion : The survey results showed that there was significant level of emotional labors among hospital employees. Therefore, the efforts to reduce the level of emotional labors are needed.

To reduce the leadtime for a new model according to the strict market requirements, automobile manufacturer begins to utilize 3-dimensional CAD based techniques such as DMU(Digital Mock-Up). RP(Rapid Prototyping), VE(Virtual Engineering). But, not so many satisfactory utilities have been introduced to deal with the emotional properties such as embossment on the surface of interior parts and touch from material characteristics in virtual environment. It is required to manufacture prototype parts to verify actual feeling of the passengers in real automobile. This paper suggests a methodology to enhance emotional property via embedding embossment on the surface of prototype car interior trim without deterioration of dimensional accuracy using RIM(Reaction Injection Molding) and vacuum forming method.

Purpose: This study examined the effect of emotional intelligence, job stress, and communication ability on nursing performance of nurses caring for cancer patients. Methods: This is a descriptive study involving 185 nurses with an experience of longer than 6 months at K university hospital in B metropolitan city. The data was collected from March 2nd 2021 to March 31st 2021, and analyzed using the descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The factors affect the nursing performance of participants were emotional intelligence, total clinical career, communication ability, job stress and satisfaction of current department. The total explanatory power of those variables on the nursing performance was 43.8%. Conclusion: In order to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to apply a program for improving emotional intelligence and communication ability, and for controlling and coping with job stress, considering the career of a nurse taking care for cancer patients. In addition, efficient manpower management and material support at the hospital organization level are required.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of emotional intelligence, job stress, and social support on resilience of hospital nurses. The study will provide the basic material necessary to improve nursing interventions for the development of nurses' resilience. Methods: The sample of this study comprised 193 nurses working at general hospitals in B City. Data were analyzed through the SPSS 25.0 program using ANOVA, t-test, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The factors with the greatest influence on the level of nurses' resilience were emotional intelligence (β=.54, p<.001), social support (β=.23, p<.001), and job stress (β=-.11, p=.39). These factors had an explanatory power of 46.7% for resilience. Conclusion: To improve nurses' resilience, the application and development of intervention programs to increase their emotional intelligence is necessary. Moreover, organizational management and policy are needed to reduce nurses' job stress.
