  • As an information technology is developed, more intelligent system considering emotional factor for implementing the personality is required. In this paper, Reactive Learning Inference System considering emotional factor is proposed. Emotional Facter(E) is defined for a criterion for representing the personal preference. This system is designed to have functions of Reactive filtering by Emotional factor, Incremental learning, perception & inference and knowledge retrieval. This system is applied to the area for analysis of customer's tastes and its performance is analyzed and compared.

SNS 사용자의 이용습관과 감정적 요인 관점에서 기업 SNS 계정의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Continuous Use of Corporate SNS Accounts from a Habit and Emotional Perspective)

  • Since social network service (SNS) has been widely used as a effective way for people to connect and communication with each other, the use of corporate SNS account also has increased. However, compared to a private SNS account, only few people have a continuous relationship with their corporate SNS account because the use of corporate SNS account tends to be one-time and temporary activity whenever the users just need events and information. Given the psychological side effects of using SNS, the relative lack of empirical studies on the impacts of emotional factor in SNS prevents the deeper understanding of the intention to continuous using corporate SNS account. Therefore, this study aims to explore key determinants of the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account from a habit and emotional perspective. To bridge research gap, we attempt to divide emotional factor into the following 5 factors based on Mehrabian and Russell model (1974): intimacy, enjoyment (positive factor), privacy concern, anxiety (negative factor), arousal (arousal factor) and (dominant factor). The basic model is proposed to explore the effects of habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. We then examine how the effects of habit and emotional factors differ depending on social media types (e.g., facebook and twitter). The results indicates that habit is related to emotional factors, and each emotional factor differently influences the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. The results also confirm that the effects of the habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account differ according to social media types. This study provides practical and useful guidance and the strategic marketing insight for managers in maintaining and improving the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account.

중학생의 정서지능, 연예인 우상화가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Entertainer Idolization on School Life Adjustment in Middle School Students)

  • This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence and entertainer idolization on school life adjustment of middle school students. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 300 first graders attending three different middle schools. The results were analyzed using correlation and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS/PC window program. The results were as follows. Firstly, general trends of emotional intelligence showed a slightly higher than average score. The score of entertainer idolization was relatively low and the characteristic factor score was higher than the assessment factor score. For school life adjustment, the factor having the highest influence was relationship with friends. Secondly, the most influential factor on school life adjustment was emotional regulation, followed by academic grades, emotional recognition, emotional expression, and empathy. In conclusion, the level of entertainer idolization in middle school students was moderate. The important influential factors on school life adjustment were emotional intelligence factors and academic grades. In particular, emotional regulation was found to have the greatest influence.

인지-감정요소에 의한 공간이미지 평가성 분석 (Analysis on Space Image Evaluation through Recognitive-Emotional Factor)

  • Although the recognition and emotion about space is subjective and individual, if standard is proposed through common factor, objective, quantified space image evaluation will be available. In addition, space image evaluation standard caused by recognitive-emotional factor can meet requests of space users and increase psychological satisfactions. The purpose of this study is to grasp the space image caused by recognitive-emotional factor in space with PAD model and analyze the evaluation of space image giving visual, recognitive and emotional effects. The analysis result revealed that 'joyfulness' and access-avoidance had a very similar distribution. The result means that space is evaluated with the degree of 'joyfulness' for space and it is led by approach-avoidance behavior. The recognition factor that forms and evaluates space image and decides approach-avoidance is expressed as adjective images such as 'fresh, joyful, light and static and its emotional factors are adjective images such as 'calm, allowable, joyful and quiet'.

금강 경관의 수면폭 변화에 따른 시각적 선호도 연구 (A study on the Visual Preference of Keum River Sceneries at Different Water Level)

  • 본 연구는 수량에 의한 수면폭의 변화로 인한 하천경관의 시각적 선호도에 미치는 선호요인을 파악하기 위하여 '주변 환경이 일정할 때 수량에 의한 수면폭은 어떠한 요인에 의해 선호되어지는가?'에 대한 연구의문에서 출발하여 금강경관의 수면폭에 미치는 선호요인을 구명하였다. 1) 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 선호요인 변수는 먼저 갑천의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 심미성 인자, 개성적 인자 4개의 변수, 무주의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자 2개 변수로서 모두 유의성이 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 모든 선호요인의 값이 증가함에 따라 시각적 선호의 값도 증가를 가져오곤 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지였다. 2) 다중회귀모형에서 다른 조건이 불변일 경우, 갑천, 무주 모두 감정적 인자의 값이 증가할 때 전체적인 시각적 선호에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 물리적 특성 인자가 두 번째로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 선호요인이 시각적 선호에 기여하는 상대적 중요도는 갑천의 경우 감정적인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 심미성 인자, 개성적 인자 순으로 나타났으며, 감정적 인자는 개성적 인자에 비해 4.3배만큼 중요도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 무주의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자 순으로 나타났으며 감정적 인자는 물리적 특성 인자 비해 1.1배만큼 중요도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 두 장소 모두 감정적 인자가 가장 중요한 선호요인으로 판명되었다. 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 평가에 의한 요인분석 결과는 하천의 수면 폭 및 수량에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다.

병원 간호사의 감정노동 관련 변인에 관한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis of Variables related to Emotional Labor of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use meta-analysis to evaluate factors and variables related to the emotional labor of hospital nurses. Method: The study included variables obtained from 66 recently published studies, doctoral dissertations, and master's theses. Results: The related variables were categorized into five factor groups: internal character factor, nursing care related factor, environmental factor, emotional response, and job response. For the defensive variable, job related response (effect size [ES]=-.17), environment (ES=-.14), internal character (ES=-.08), nursing care (ES=-.06), and emotional response (ES=-.06) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. For the risk variable, internal character (ES=.44), emotional response (ES=.46), environment (ES=.27), job related response (ES=.27), and nursing care (ES=.19) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. Conclusion: The results of this study identified defensive and risk variables related to emotional labor of hospital nurses. Self-efficacy, social support, leaders' care, and communication are important factors for managing emotional labor of hospital nurses.

급식업체 조리종사자의 감성지능과 개인의 직무태도, 조직성과와의 관계분석 (Understanding Relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Job Attitude, and Organizational Performance in Kitchen Staff)

  • The objective of this study was analyze the relationship among emotional intelligence, job attitude (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention), and organizational performance in kitchen staff. A survey collected data from foodservice employees (N=611). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (17.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and AMOS (7.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. The four EI (Emotional Intelligence) dimensions significantly correlated with age. The mean of the job satisfaction score was 3.24. The organizational commitment score was 3.54. The organizational commitment score was higher for 'loyalty' factor than for 'sense of belongs' factor. The mean of organizational performance score was 3.61. The four EI(Emotional Intelligence) factors were significantly correlated with job satisfaction (organizational commitment, organizational performance, and turnover intension). Structural equation modeling found that emotional intelligence had positive effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance, whereas job satisfaction and organizational performance had positive effects on organizational performance. Therefore, this study found that emotional intelligence had direct and indirect effects on organizational performance.

학교급식 직영 영양사의 감정노동이 감정고갈에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감 수준에 따른 군집별 분석 (The Effects of Emotional Labor on Emotional Exhaustion of School Dietitians : Comparison on Level of Self-efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional labor on emotional exhaustion among school dietitians according to the level of their self-efficacy. A survey was administered on 300 school dietitians during September 2012 and a total of 277 usable questionnaires were received. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 18.0 package program. As a result of principal factor analysis for validity test, 26 variables were classified into one factor for self-efficacy, three factors for emotional labor and one factor for emotional exhaustion with a total variance percentage of 67.371%. Internal consistency was estimated by Cronbach's alpha, which yielded reliability coefficients of 0.922 (self-efficacy), 0.916 (emotional display), 0.806 (surface acting), 0.808 (deep acting) and 0.850 (emotional exhaustion). Subjects were segmented into 2 groups of 'high self-efficacy' (n = 159) and 'low self-efficacy' (n = 118) according to the cluster analysis for self-efficacy variables. The 'high self-efficacy' group exhibited higher education(p < 0.01) and served less lunch meals than other groups (p < 0.05). According to multiple regression analysis, the emotional display proved to be significantly and positively related to emotional exhaustion (${\beta}$=0.319, p<0.001) in high self-efficacy group. However both emotional display (${\beta}$=0.233, p<0.05) and surface acting (${\beta}$=0.262, p<0.01) were positively related to emotional exhaustion in the low self-efficacy group. These results suggest that school dietitians should be more aware of their self-efficacy to relieve the effects of the emotional labor on emotional exhaustion.

일부 대학생의 스트레스, 자아요인 및 정서요인이 스마트폰중독정도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Stress, Self Factor and Emotional Factor on Smartphone Addiction Level among College Students)

  • 본 연구는 일부 대학생의 스트레스, 자아요인 및 정서요인과 스마트폰중독정도 간의 관련성을 파악하고 스마트폰중독정도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 조사대상은 J시 2개 대학에서 선정된 261명으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2016년 12월 16일부터 12월 23일까지 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 스마트폰중독정도에 52%의 설명력으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체활동변화, 수면장애, 자아요인의 자기통제력, 정서요인의 충동으로 나타났다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 스트레스, 자아요인 및 정서요인과 스마트폰중독정도의 인과관계가 확인되었다. 연구결과를 볼 때, 대학생의 스마트폰중독정도를 줄이기 위해서는 스트레스, 자아요인 및 정서요인을 관리하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 스마트폰중독정도를 낮추는 프로그램 및 정책 개발에 활용이 기대된다. 향후 연구에서는 스마트폰중독에 영향을 미치는 추가요인에 대한 구조모형 조사가 필요하다.

스토리텔링을 통한 감성교육 프로그램 구안 방향 탐구: 문헌연구를 중심으로 (In Search of the Emotional Education Program Design through Storytelling: Literature Review)

  • This study investigated the direction of program development in emotional education through storytelling without separating intellectual education in current schooling. As the basic research on program development for elementary school students' emotional intelligence, this study examined how storytelling affects program development in emotional education, and the direction of program contents and structures using storytelling. Firstly, current storytelling and existing programs used for emotional education were analyzed and the direction of program development in emotional education was investigated. Secondly, the structures and procedures of programs for emotional education through storytelling were examined. Finally, stressed contents and items by each factor consisting of emotional intelligence related to the curriculum, and more discussions to consider were inquired. For systematic emotional education, there must be efforts made on developing contents of each factor comprising emotional intelligence; and teaching must be done through the interrelatedness among home, society and school. Furthermore, the construction of social system across the country is required. In conclusion, this study suggest the emotional education needs new curricula based on narrative, because it is dependent on personal emotions and situations.
