임상간호사가 지각하는 업무 관련자와의 감정노동 (Perceived Emotional Labor of Clinical Nurse from the Persons Concerned)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to understand the degree of clinical nurses' emotional labor that they perceive in the relationships with people related to their work. Methods: This study was a descriptive research, and its subjects were 167 nurses in five university hospitals located in B and Y city. The degree of emotional labor was measured with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Data were collected from April to May in 2015, and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ and Games-Howell examination. Results: The score of the emotional labor of health care providers and visitors were higher than non-health care providers. Among health care providers, doctors had the highest emotional scores, and fellow nurse and nurses other departments were followed after that. Among visitors in hospital, patients and their family had the higher emotional labor scores than care givers. There was statistically significant difference in the emotional labor, according to the subjects' educational level, age, wages, job position, and working departments. Conclusion: Clinical nurses perceived emotional labor not only from the interaction with patients, but also from the interaction with the various other persons concerned such as health care providers, non-health care providers and visitors.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자녀의 또래 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 자녀의 정서표현에 대한 어머니의 수용태도와 자녀의 정서지능의 효과를 살펴보았다. 서울 경기지역에 거주하는 3-5세 유아를 둔 부모 145명과 유아의 담임선생님이 본 연구에 참여를 하였으며, 수거한 설문지는 SPSS 17을 사용하여, F 검증과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 우선 유아의 정서 지능은 유아의 성에 따라 차이가 있었고, 어머니의 정서 수용태도는 여아의 부정적인 정서표현을 할 때 만 차이가 나타나는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자녀의 긍정적인 또래 상호작용에 영향을 주는 변인은 유아의 성과 유아의 정서 지능이었으며, 자녀의 부정적인 또래 상호작용에 영향을 주는 변인은 유아의 연령과 유아의 정서 지능이었다.

  • To interpret the perception that originates from tactile sensibility during people touch and recognize the object surfaces, this study focuses on the development of a friction model that can describe the interaction of a stylus pen sliding over the counter surfaces. In addition, the study includes several other experimental factors such as the pressure, temperature, and topology of surface, which can have an effect on the emotional user experience concerning various surfaces; this research aims to suggest a method to quantitatively evaluate the relation between these experimental parameters and emotional user experience. Accordingly, the objective of research comprises the friction characteristic technology for measurement of fine tribological behavior and a standard to quantify the emotional feedback. Existing panels or input devices that provide interaction feedback about user actions simply operate with a single frequency vibration or sound response. On the contrary, this research investigates various interaction characteristics including friction force, frequency, and surface topology synthetically. Using the developed model, which can explain the relation between the friction parameters and emotional user experience, developers can design their product in order to provide the user with expected emotional sensibility. Consequently, it can contribute to reduce the development cost about sensitivity model.

A Development of Multi-Emotional Signal Receiving Modules for Cellphone Using Robotic Interaction

  • CP (Cellular Phone) is currently one of the most attractive technologies and RT (Robot Technology) is also considered as one of the most promising next generation technology. We present a new technological concept named RCP (Robotic Cellular Phone), which combines RT and CP. RCP consists of 3 sub-modules, $RCP^{Mobility}$, $RCP^{Interaction}$, and $RCP^{Integration}$. $RCP^{Interaction}$ is the main focus of this paper. It is an interactive emotion system which provides CP with multi-emotional signal receiving functionalities. $RCP^{Interaction}$ is linked with communication functions of CP in order to interface between CP and user through a variety of emotional models. It is divided into a tactile, an olfactory and a visual mode. The tactile signal receiving module is designed by patterns and beat frequencies which are made by mechanical-vibration conversion of the musical melody, rhythm and harmony. The olfactory signal receiving module is designed by switching control of perfume-injection nozzles which are able to give the signal receiving to the CP-called user through a special kind of smell according to the CP-calling user. The visual signal receiving module is made by motion control of DC-motored wheel-based system which can inform the CP-called user of the signal receiving through a desired motion according to the CP-calling user. In this paper, a prototype system is developed for multi-emotional signal receiving modes of CP. We describe an overall structure of the system and provide experimental results of the functional modules.

유아교사의 정서표현성과 놀이교수 효능감이 유아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Early Childhood Teacher's Emotional Expressiveness and Play Teaching Efficacy on the Children-Teacher Interaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 정서표현성, 놀이교수효능감, 유아-교사 상호작용 간의 관계를 분석하고 정서표현성, 유아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 유아교육기관 13개소에 근무하고 있는 영유아교사 272명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 본 연구에 사용 된 연구도구는 정서표현성 척도, 놀이교수 효능감 척도, 유아-교사 상호작용 척도이며 본 연구에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, Pearson의 적률상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아교사의 정서표현성 중 긍정적 정서표현성, 놀이교수효능감, 유아-교사 상호작용 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정서표현성 중 부정적 정서표현성은 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째 영유아교사의 정서표현성, 놀이교수효능감이 유아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 영유아교사의 정서표현성, 놀이교수 효능감, 유아-교사 상호작용 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있었으며, 두 변인 모두 유아-교사 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영아반 보육교사의 교사민감성에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석: 정서안정성, 대인관계 스트레스, 근무환경을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Variables Affecting Teacher Sensitivity of Infant Classes in Childcare Centers: Focus on Emotional Stability, Interpersonal Relationship Stress and Work Environment Variables)

  • Objective: This study examined the correlation between variables influencing teacher sensitivity to infant classes in Educare Center teachers and teacher sensitivity, by classifying their personal psychological, socio-psychological, and work environment variables. Furthermore, it aimed to inquire the extent to which these variables influence teacher sensitivity. Methods: The study included 236 Educare Center teachers in charge of infant classes working in infant-caring facilities. Based on stepwise multiple regression analysis, a significance test was conducted for each variable. Results: Firstly, according to the correlations regarding teacher sensitivity to infant classes, for sensitive interaction, emotional stability showed significant positive correlation, while there were significant negative correlations with relationships with the director, colleagues,and parents; mean working hours in other places; and mean daily personal time. For insensitive interaction, there were significant negative correlations with emotional stability and mean daily break time, while there were significant positive correlations with relationships with the director, colleagues, and parents. Secondly, regarding the influences on teacher sensitivity to infant classes, for sensitive interaction, the most significant influences consisted in the relationships with colleagues and parents. On the other hand, for insensitive interaction, the most significant influences were the relationship with colleagues and emotional stability. Conclusion: Reducing interpersonal relationship stress and increasing the emotional stability of Educare Center teachers will increase their sensitivity level. Furthermore, the quality of care will be improved.

보육교사의 정서지능이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 원장 감성리더십의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Emotional Leadership of Daycare Center Directors on the Relation between Childcare Teachers' Emotional Intelligence and Teacher-Infant Interaction)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 정서지능과 보육교사-영유아 상호작용의 관계에서 보육교사가 지각한 원장 감성리더십이 매개 변인으로 작용하는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 보육교사 293명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수 산출과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였으며, Sobel-test 및 Baron과 Kenny의 모형에 따라 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 정서지능, 교사-영유아 상호 작용, 원장 감성리더십 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-영유아 상호작용에 대한 보육교사의 정서지능과 원장 감성리더십의 상대적 설명력에서 보육교사의 정서지능이 원장의 감성리더십 보다 상대적으로 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 정서지능이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 원장의 감성리더십은 부분적으로 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 보육의 질적 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

그룹운동프로그램에 의한 뇌성마비 아동의 대동작 기능, 자아존중감 및 사회성의 변화 : 사례연구 (Changes in the Gross Motor Function, Self-esteem and Social Ability of Children with Spastic diplegia from Group Exercise : Case Study)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in the gross motor function, self-esteem and social ability of children with cerebral palsy from group exercise program for physical and emotional interaction. Methods : Five cerebral palsy children who live in U city were recruited this study. Exercise sessions were held for 1 hour per session, once per week, for 12 consecutive weeks. At pre-treatment and post-treatment, subject were tested gross motor function measure, self-esteem and social ability. Results : After 12 weeks of paticipation in the group exercise program for physical and emotional interaction, there were improvements for gross motor function measure, self-esteem and social ability. Conclusion : Group exercise program for physical and emotional interaction can improve gross motor function, self-esteem and social ability.
