패션점포에서 감성마케팅과 비주얼머천다이징이 소비자태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect to Consumer's Attitude influenced by Emotional Marketing and Visual Merchandising at Fashion Store)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify consumer's attitude at fashion store and analyze the relationship between emotional marketing and visual merchandising. Questionnaires were administered to 20-30 young consumers at fashion store in 20-30s who live in Seoul and Daegu. Data were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediated regression analysis, analysis of variance, T-test, one way ANOVA. The results are as follows. First, emotional marketing had an effect on positive emotional response at fashion store. Second, visual merchandising had an effect on positive emotional response at fashion store. Third, emotional marketing and visual merchandising had an effect on positive relationship. Forth, positive emotional response had an effect on positive consumer's attitude. Lastly, emotional marketing and visual merchandising had an effect on positive consumer's attitude. The result of this study suggests to the fashion business that well managed various emotional response factor, positive emotional experience and desirable visual merchandising are necessary.

노인돌봄서비스 제공기관의 돌봄제공자 정서지원서비스 현황 및 영향요인 (Current Status and Associated Factors of Emotional Support Services among Care Providers in Elderly Care Service Agencies)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to identify the current status and factors associated with emotional support services among care providers in elderly care service organizations. Methods: A total of 87 elderly care service agencies nationwide were recruited for the survey. Agencies' characteristics and emotional capacity monitoring activities; and program-building operations among care providers were measured. The collected data were analyzed using an ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: Emotional capacity monitoring activities and program building were generally low. Factors associated with emotional capacity monitoring activities were region, welfare regulations, and vacation and annual leave provisions, while those associated with emotional capacity building programs were identified as vacation and annual leave provisions. Conclusions: The agencies' vacation and welfare system seems to affect emotional support service activities among care providers. It is necessary to prevent emotional exhaustion of care providers and promote quality improvement of care through social and systematic emotional support services.

아버지의 거친신체놀이, 유아의 정서표현성과 적응적 정서조절의 관계: 아버지 놀이참여태도의 조절된 매개효과 (The Relationship among a Father's Rough-and-Tough Play, Child's Emotional Expressiveness and Adaptive Emotional Regulation: The Moderated Mediation Effect of a Father's Play Participation Attitud)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to explain in detail the factors of the father's play interaction that predict children's adaptive emotional regulation. This study examined the moderated mediation effect of a father's rough-and-tough play toward a child's emotional expressiveness and the father's play participation attitude on the child's adaptive emotional regulation. Methods: The study participants included 309 fathers of children aged from 3 to 5 years. Data were analyzed using models of the PROCESS Macro. Results: As a result of this research, the relationship of the father's rough-and-tough play with the child's adaptive emotional regulation was that this was indeed mediated by the child's negative emotional expressiveness. Additionally, the father's responsive and fun play attitude moderated the relationship between the father's rough-and-tough play and the child's adaptive emotional regulation. Further, the father's responsive and fun play attitude according to level had a moderated mediation effect. Conclusion/Implications: These results are meaningful in that they derives a mechanism for why and how a father's rough-and-tough play affects children's adaptive emotional regulation.

  • As society evolves, people are making more of an effort to learn more about human aspects, one of which is emotional intelligence, a topic on which education experts have traditionally concentrated. This is due to the fact that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on how people think and manage their emotions. On the other side, it promotes the development of expressive ability and aids people in better adapting to life. This study explores the relationship between communication skills, leadership skills, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence of FPT University students to determine the factors that affect students' emotional intelligence. To survey 500 FPT University students, this study used a sample size of 500. Previous studies used a 5-point Likert scale to assess the four skill elements. According to the results, students who completed the survey showed adequate communication skills, leadership qualities, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is influenced by communication skills, leadership abilities, stress management, and flexibility. This suggests that students who master these four skills have higher levels of emotional intelligence. The outcomes of this study reveal that students have been conscious of Emotional Intelligence since a young age. The affirmations in this research paper will benefit students and young people interested in enhancing complimentary soft skills that boost Emotional Intelligence.

청소년의 레크리에이션 활동 참여유형과 참여정도가 정서적 공감에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Influence of Adolescents' Participation Type/Degree in Recreational Activities on Emotional Empathy)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 레크리에이션활동 참여유형과 참여정도가 정서적공감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고 그에 따른 인과관계를 알아보는데 있으며 다음과 같은 결론이 나왔다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 정서적 공감의 차이를 규명한 결과 통계적으로 정서적 공감의 하부요인의 정서감염인 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 참여유형에 따라 차이를 규명한 결과 통계적으로 정서적 공감의 하부요인의 긍정적 공유, 정서개입보다는 정서감염이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여정도에 따른 정서적 공감의 차이를 규명한 결과 참여빈도, 참여시간, 참여기간에 따른 하부변인으로는 정서개입보다는 긍정적 공유, 정서감염이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참여정도와 정서적 공감과의 인과관계를 알아본 결과 참여정도는 정서적 공감의 하부요인인 긍정적 공유와 정서 감염에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

패션 제품 판매원의 감정 노동과 자기효능감 및 탈진감이 고객지향적 판매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fashion Product Salesperson's Emotional Labor, Self-Efficacy and Burnout on Customer-Oriented Selling Behavior)

  • The purposes of this study were to extract the effects of emotional labor, self-efficacy and burnout on customer-oriented selling behavior of salesperson by literature review and to examine the effect variables on customer-oriented selling behavior empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 400 salespersons who were selling clothes, cosmetics, shoes, leather products and accessories in department stores located in Kwang-ju city during August 18-24, 2006. Data collected from 307 salespersons were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test, correlation, regression analysis and path analysis. The results were as follows: First, Salesperson's emotional labor was composed of two factors; emotional labor toward the customer and emotional labor toward the organization. Second, Salesperson's emotional labor had negative significant influence on customer-oriented selling behavior. Specifically, the emotional labor toward the organization negatively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior, but the emotional labor toward the customer positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Third, Salesperson's emotional labor positively influenced on burnout. Specifically, emotional labor toward organization significantly influenced on burnout, but emotional labor toward customer did not influenced on burnout. Fourth, Salesperson's self-efficacy positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Fifth. Salesperson's self-efficacy negatively influenced on burnout. Finally, Salesperson's burnout negatively influenced on comer-oriented selling behavior. The direct effect of salesperson's self-efficacy on customer-oriented selling behavior was large than the indirect effect of salesperson's self-efficacy mediate burnout. But the indirect effect of salesperson's emotional labor mediate burnout was large than the direct effect of salesperson's emotional labor on customer- oriented selling behavior.

만성 정신분열병 환자들의 인지 기능과 정서 인식 능력의 관련성 (The Relationship between Neurocognitive Functioning and Emotional Recognition in Chronic Schizophrenic Patients)

  • Objective:The present study examined the association between basic neurocognitive functions and emotional recognition in chronic schizophrenia. Furthermore, to Investigate cognitive variable related to emotion recognition in Schizophrenia. Methods:Forty eight patients from the Yongin Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center were evaluated for neurocognitive function, and Emotional Recognition Test which has four subscales finding emotional clue, discriminating emotions, understanding emotional context and emotional capacity. Measures of neurocognitive functioning were selected based on hypothesized relationships to perception of emotion. These measures included:1) Letter Number Sequencing Test, a measure of working memory;2) Word Fluency and Block Design, a measure of executive function;3) Hopkins Verbal Learning Test-Korean version, a measure of verbal memory;4) Digit Span, a measure of immediate memory;5) Span of Apprehension Task, a measure of early visual processing, visual scanning;6) Continuous Performance Test, a measure of sustained attention functioning. Correlation analyses between specific neurocognitive measures and emotional recognition test were made. To examine the degree to which neurocognitive performance predicting emotional recognition, hierarchical regression analyses were also made. Results:Working memory, and verbal memory were closely related with emotional discrimination. Working memory, Span of Apprehension and Digit Span were closely related with contextual recognition. Among cognitive measures, Span of Apprehension, Working memory, Digit Span were most important variables in predicting emotional capacity. Conclusion:These results are relevant considering that emotional information processing depends, in part, on the abilities to scan the context and to use immediate working memory. These results indicated that mul- tifaceted cognitive training program added with Emotional Recognition Task(Cognitive Behavioral Rehabilitation Therapy added with Emotional Management Program) are promising.

디지털시대 세무대리인의 정서노동과 직무스트레스가 직무탈진에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Emotional Labor and Job Stress on the Job Burnout in the Digital Era : Focusing on Staff Accountants)

  • 본 연구는 디지털시대의 융복합연구로 세무대리인의 정서노동과 직무스트레스, 직무탈진간의 관계에 대하여 살펴보았다. 실증분석에 활용된 도구는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램이며, 직무스트레스의 매개효과에 대한 강건성을 분석하고자 Sobel 검정을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서적 표현빈도는 직무스트레스에 유의한 부(-)의 영향이 있으며, 정서다양성은 직무스트레스에 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정서부조화는 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서노동과 직무탈진의 관계가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서노동과 직무탈진 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과가 규명되었다. 그리고 정서적 표현빈도와 직무탈진, 정서다양성과 직무탈진 관계에서 직무스트레스는 완전 매개효과를 지닌 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 정서부조화와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과는 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 세무대리인의 직무탈진은 정서노동보다는 직무스트레스에서 비롯된 것임을 지지하며, 세무대리인에게 있어서 직무스트레스의 관리가 중요하다는 점을 시사하는 증거가 된다.

가정내 식물 가꾸기 활동이 초등학생들의 정서지능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Plant Raising Activities in Home Upon School Student' Emotion Intelligence)

  • 가정내 식물 가꾸기 활동이 초등학생들의 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 실험집단의 사후검사시 통제집단에 비하여 정서인식, 정서표현, 정서이입, 정서조절, 정서활용모두에서 유의차가 나타나 가정내 식물 가꾸기 활동이 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 정서지능에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 정서지능 변화에서도 실험집단의 남학생은 통제집단의 남학생보다 높게 나타났고, 정서인식, 정서표현, 정서이입, 정서조절, 정서활용 모두에서 유의차가 나타났으며, 실험집단의 여학생도 같은 경향이었다. 따라서 가정내 식물 가꾸기 활동은 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 정서지능 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

보육교사의 정서지능이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 원장 감성리더십의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Emotional Leadership of Daycare Center Directors on the Relation between Childcare Teachers' Emotional Intelligence and Teacher-Infant Interaction)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 정서지능과 보육교사-영유아 상호작용의 관계에서 보육교사가 지각한 원장 감성리더십이 매개 변인으로 작용하는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 보육교사 293명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수 산출과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였으며, Sobel-test 및 Baron과 Kenny의 모형에 따라 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 정서지능, 교사-영유아 상호 작용, 원장 감성리더십 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-영유아 상호작용에 대한 보육교사의 정서지능과 원장 감성리더십의 상대적 설명력에서 보육교사의 정서지능이 원장의 감성리더십 보다 상대적으로 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 정서지능이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 원장의 감성리더십은 부분적으로 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 보육의 질적 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
