스마트 폰 음성 인식 서비스의 상황별 만족도 조사 (Study on the Situational satisfaction survey of Smart Phone based on voice recognition technology)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 폰 음성인식 서비스를 분석하고 음성인식 서비스의 상황별 만족도 조사를 통하여 사용자들의 기대요구와 만족도 간의 관련성을 분석하여 더 나은 음성인식 서비스 발전을 모색하고자 하였다. 1차로 문헌연구를 통하여 음성인식 서비스의 개념과 현황을 알아보고, 2차로 육하원칙을 기조로 한 설문지를 통해 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 사용자는 스마트 폰 음성인식 서비스를 전화를 걸 때에 가장 많이 사용하며, 주로 혼자 있을 때 사용하며 시간대는 대체로 평이하지만, 저녁 시간이 가장 많았다. 또한, 해당 서비스는 집에서 가장 많이 사용하며 손을 사용할 수 없을 때 서비스를 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 상황별 다양한 결과를 통해 개인화 서비스, 조건 인식 기능, 위급 상황 자동인식, 음성으로 잠금 해제 등 다양한 방안을 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 추후 국내 스마트 폰 음성인식 서비스 개선과 웨어러블 디바이스 개발을 위해 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

응급외상 환자 시뮬레이션 적용 효과 (Implementation Effects of Emergency Trauma Patient Simulation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore EMT-paramedic students' experience of simulation education and analyze the confidence before and after education, learning attitude and course evaluation. Method: Research survey was conducted on 38 EMT-paramedic students during November, 2011 and EMT-paramedic students' experience of simulation education was analyzed after applying head, spinal, and chest injury scenario. The confidence before and after education, learning attitude and course evaluation in gender were analyzed by Mann-Whitny U test and the difference of confidence before and after education was analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test and learning attitude & course evaluation were analyzed by evaluating frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation by using SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Results: 1. Students experienced various advantages such as increasing interest and self-reflection on learning, critical thinking ability, and EMT-paramedic-role experience and recognition of importance of teamwork. Students also pointed out disadvantages such as gap between real situation and simulation, limit of time and equipments, and burden of demonstration. 2. The confidence between before and after education, learning attitude and course evaluation in gender were not significant different statistically. 3. Confidence mean score elevated from 5.53(before education) to 5.87(after education), but the difference in their confidence did not show significant difference statistically. 4. Total mean score in learning attitude after simulation education was 3.70 out of 5.00, which is considerably very high. 5. Total mean score in course evaluation was 3.89 with score of 3.83 in evaluation in learning environment and 3.99 in evaluation of debriefing. Conclusion: The finding of this study demonstrate that the simulation education can provide a safe and repetitive practice environment, improve problem-solving ability and critical thinking, and increase the confidence in prehospital emergency care; therefore, simulation may be the new effective EMT-paramedic education strategy.

119구급대원의 재난관리 핵심역량에 관한 연구 (Core competency in disaster management of 119 paramedics)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the core competency of disaster management of 119 paramedics. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 242 paramedics in C area from April 28 to May 12, 2017. The study instrument included general characteristics of the subjects (4 items), disaster experience, recognition, and preparedness (20 items), and importance and performance of disaster management core competency (24 items) by Likert 5-point scale. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient using IBM SPSS 24.0. Results: The seriousness of personal disaster was 4.02 points and the importance of disaster-related education was 4.28 points. The importance to core competency of disaster management was 4.39 points and the ability to perform core competency was 3.58 points. The seriousness of personal disaster and the importance of disaster-related education were positively correlated (r=.600, p=.000). The importance and ability to perform core competency were positively correlated (r=.389, p=.000). Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen core competency of disaster management in paramedics who are the first defense line of disaster.

대학생의 심폐소생술에 대한 교육경험에 따른 지식 - 일 광역시를 중심으로 - (Knowledge According to Learning Experiences of CPR for Health Occupation College Students)

  • Purpose: The first responder's role during a cardiac arrest scene is to initiate CPR. The AHA has recognized and included the first responder's role for improving the survival rate of cardiac arrest patients. Health personnel working in nursing, emergency care, dental hygiene, radiology, and ocular optics frequently confront sudden cardiac arrest while working. This study was to identify the relationship between the educational experience and recognition with the level of knowledge about CPR for college students. Method: Five hundred forty college students enrolled in the department of nursing science, radiological technology, ocular optics, emergency medical technician, or dental hygiene in Daejeon city were surveyed. The tool used was CPR knowledge developed by the authors based on a literature review including 2005 AHA's CPR guideline. Result: The higher educational experience of CPR was, the higher the level of knowledge. The knowledge of the students in nursing or emergency medical technician was higher than students in dental hygiene, radiology, and ocular optics. Conclusion: CPR class should be included in the curriculum for college students in order to improve their accuracy as a first responder to cardiac arresting patients.

정신위생 교육 전·후 대학생의 정신질환자에 대한 인식과 태도 비교 (Comparative Study on the Cognition and Attitudes toward the Mentally III Person Among EMT College Student Before and After Psychiatric Nursing Course Work)

  • The purpose of the study was to compare on the cognition and attitudes toward the mentally ill person among EMT College Student before and after Psychiatric Nursing Course Work. The data was collected twice before and after Psychiatric Nursing course work during one semester 16-weeks from 71 EMT department Students. Used measurements were self-reported questionnaires about cognition and CAMI questionnaires about attitudes. Analysis of data was done by frequence, percentage and t-test with SAS program. The cognition was changed over positively after then before Psychiatric Nursing Course. Especially, It was answered that needed to learning, caring and curing for mental illness. The study of attitudes for mentally ill person was that authoritarianism, benevolence and social restrictiveness were changed over positively but community mental health ideology was not changed. In conclusion, follwing the results of this study, the psychiatric nursing course work was influenced very much to changing of attitudes and cognition toward mentally ill person. Accordingly, psychiatric nursing curriculum will be offered and psychiatric educators have to emphasize the understanding of attitudes and cognition toward mentally ill person.

일 대학병원 중환자실 간호사의 음독자살시도 환자 간호 경험: 포커스 그룹 연구 (ICU Nurses' Work Experience for Attempted Suicide Patient by Drug Ingestion: A Focus Group Study)

  • Purpose: This study to describe experiences of nurses who work in intensive care units (ICUs) where they frequently encounter patients with attempted suicide by drug ingestion. Methods: Data were collected by 2 focus group interviews with 9 ICU nurses. The interview were recorded and transcribed, and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: The results of data analysis, five themes were drawn: 'Confusion about for the attempted suicidal patient care', 'Helplessness for dying with attempted suicidal patients', 'Guilty for insufficient care', 'Ambivalence for the attempted suicidal patients', 'Recognition of need for professional approach'. Conclusion: The results of this study help us to understand patients who attempted suicide through the ICU nurses' experience. It would be useful to develop effective education programs for ICU nurses to preventive strategies for patients who are high risk of recurrence of suicidal crisis situation.

자동차 환경에서 스마트 모바일 블랙박스 DVR (Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR in Car Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 사고 자동인식 서비스 제공과 위험 운전 여부 등을 통하여 운전자의 운전습관을 교정해 주고 사고 전후의 동영상을 재현하는 확장성이 높은 모바일 블랙박스 DVR (SMBD, Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR) 컴퓨터의 모델링 설계를 하였다. SMBD는 임베디드 시스템에 무선 기능을 탑재하여 차량이 휴면상태에서도 사고발생 지점과 영상정보를 무선통신을 이용하여 24시간 관제센터에 통보함으로써 긴급구난 서비스 및 교통정보를 제공 받을 수 있다. 또한 차량 ECU(Electronic Control Unit)의 차량정보 및 센서 데이터와 연동하여 무선 eCall (Emergency Call) 서비스를 실현할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 아동학대에 대한 응급구조학과 학생들의 인식과 태도를 알아보기 위해, 전라도에 소재한 대학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월 1일부터 10일까지 네이버 폼을 이용한 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구대상은 총 293명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 일반적 특성, 아동학대 신고의무와 활성화 방안, 아동학대 교육 인식의 분석은 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였으며, 아동학대 인식 정도는 평균과 표준편차를 이용하였다. 응답자의 일반적 특성에 따른 아동학대 행위에 대한 인식의 차이는 T-test와 ANOVA를 이용하였다.

  • Calcaneal fractures are quite often seen in patients with axial loading injury. In the tongue-type of calcaneusal fractures or tuberosity avulsion fractures, bone fragments are often superiorly and posteriorly displaced, because of the insertion of the Achilles tendon and pull of the gastroc-soleus complex. The Ddisplaced bone fragment compresses the soft tissues, leading tothat makes skin necrosis. To prevent further soft tissue injury, early recognition of the injury by the emergency physician and immediate orthopedic consultation is needed.

초등학생들의 안전의식이 사고유형 위험인식에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Elementary school Students' Safety Consciousness upon Risk Recognition of Accidental Type)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생들의 안전의식이 사고유형 위험인식에 미치는 영향에 대한 관련성을 알아보고자 시도하였다. 2009년 6월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 J도 소재 J시 K시 4개교에 재학하는 초등학생 378명에 대하여 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 Version 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 안전실태의 특성의 변수들과 안전의식, 사고유형 위험인식 간의 상관관계는 안전의식은 외상사고 위험인식(r=.179, p<.01)과 환경사고 위험인식(r=.104, p<.05)에 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 사고유형 위험인식 전체에 대해서 살펴보면 1년 내 안전 교육($\beta$=.139, t=2.654, p<.01)과 교통안전의식($\beta$=.172, t=2.714, p<.01)이 사고유형 위험인식에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
